Pictures were taken at the room we received. The woman on the reception desk was extremely impolite an even rude at times. There was a disgusting smell of cigarettes in the room. The towels were dirty, the carpet was probably never cleaned. More than disappointing.
Good food. Not what would I call kid friendly, as there are no rails or any safety measures when walking up/down the outside stairs (don't take the stairs if drunk). Friendly staff. Cannot comment on the rooms as we went just for the food.

Very nice place with old Bulgarian looks and feeling. Neat room, all the furniture is in one style. Tasty and various dishes (many vegetarian and vegan, also alcohol free beer). Friendly and helpful staff! Good breakfast!
