Quite old, room is very small, fitness facilities are not working well.

Simple rooms for corporate events.

We have a good experience at the business presentation, good receptive and sound system. The coffee break is fine, but the restroom could be better.

The best choice in the region! If you expect better accommodations than Ibis and do not have the budget for Hilton or Hyatt, this is the perfect fit. Location is okay, if you have business in the area of Berrini or Chácara Santo Antonio. Although the building is not exactly brand new, maintenance is updated and walls, carpets floors and room doors look nice. The room is not big, but not small either and furniture is in very good condition. Bed is comfortable, shower is hot and your wife would aprove bathroom. Room is quiet and no noise found perceptible. Breakfast is very good with variety of fresh fruits, scrambled eggs, cheese, bread, juice, ham for your choice. Free internet is provided, but don't expect to play with your entertainment such as FB, you tube or netflix. For those, payed options are available.

Very good hotel! Our room had a great view, it was very comfortable and quite big.

Estanplaza is a good place for company events, but they could allocate someone from their staff to better organize the flow of people coming to the event.
