Excellent service and restaurant.

The pictures on website really are different than what you get. Still for location it's great Staff if friendly and is pretty clean. We reanted a conference room as well and while it was a simi empty down stairs it was everything they promised. We did have to find people to get things started.

Great location because the mall is very close. It could improve the look of the bathrooms, not to say they are bad, only that the hotel is very elegant and the bathrooms are not. The breakfast option is perfect, very complete, varied and healthy. Maybe the attention is a little more friendly and the staff could speak Spanish. The metro station is now available. From 4:40 a. M. To 12:00 p. M.

A business hotel for sure. It's no place to go with family. Very full of people and long lines to do the check-ins and check-outs, any time of the day. Try to avoid the lower rooms, they can be very noisy. It's a little scary the proximity with the airport. You can see the planes close to your head! It's well located, close to shopping malls and the airport.

Superb location (near the airport and a major mall), decent breakfast and spacious rooms for a fair price. Excelent for business trip or weekends.

Great location! Few steps from a big Shopping Center (Bourbon Shopping) and another few steps from a metro station that connects you to all the city. Very good instalations, lots of conference rooms, with big and clean restrooms nearby. Good restaurant, nice affordable food. Good price for stay.

The hotel has a lot of guests which may influence the flexibility and level of service. It is also not the newest one. But generally it is fine and the breakfast is lovely.

Beautiful hotel in the center of Sao Paulo. The staff is very friendly, rooms are very clean, and easily accessible to different parts of the city.

A very great Hotel easy to get in and out of the city and navigate from and to airport. Front desk is very helpful and the concierge knows what they're doing found this hotel to be fear and value for money.

Old hotel, attendance to make the entrance in the hotel very time consuming 45 approximately.

I recommend this hotel. The room is clear, the shower works nicely and the breakfast has a lot of options.

Enjoyed my staying there very much. Room was very clean and cared. Staff was very friendly and well trained. Good amenities and spacious bedroom. I would suggest more vegetarian/vegan and gluten free options both for breakfast and restaurant menu.

Staff was polite and efficient. The room was very clean and had the minimum necessary for an overnight stand (. G. Powerful shower and comfortable bed). Only one downside: the blackout curtains were not effective.

Great experience. Very good location. Staff is very helpful. My only feedback would be renewing some parts of the hotel that look old. But overall, nice. I will definitely come back.

The two rooms where I had meetings were strangely triangular, with questionable acoustics in some spots. Coffee break food was pretty boring, especially for a week long meeting. Lunch was also a bit too stuck to the beef-chicken breast-fish triad, but was tasty. Service was always impeccable!

Very well staffed, friendly, great service, good food (though on the expensive side). Good location (next to large mall). Ned was okay, no problem sleeping, however I wouldn't call it comfortable. The room was very clean. What I found strange is that although the hotel seems to be run like a high end hotel, the tower I was in wss not maintained well. Again, very clean, just the hall rug by the elevator is damaged, the bedspread in the room was old and noticeably frayed. Parts of the wall were showing wear. Just those things don't seem to fit with the great service and very clean rooms. Not a bad stay at all, and maybe the other towers / rooms didn't have the same feel and look as my room.

Very nice hotel and friendly attention. The rooms are comfortable but the thin walls and you hear what happens in the adjoining rooms.

O hotel em si é muito bonito, e limpo. Porém as camas são mal forradas, a comida servida no quarto no jantar e o café da manhã vieram frios. Erraram no prato pedido a noite, ao invés de frango trouxeram carne, foi pedido pra retirar e não apareceu ninguém. O controle da TV não estava funcionando. Não voltaria a me hospedar novamente. Existem opções mais baratas inclusive com café da manhã incluso.

The room is very clean but small. Beds are not very soft, what I think is great. Staff is friendly. Breakfast is good with milk, cereal, different kinds of breads, juices and some hot plates. Quality of food is ok. Great location near a shopping mall. Parking is US$5 (R$15) per day.

It was so good, the restaurant was parfect. The room was very nice and the service are no to so good but its ok. The location is normal and design hotel is beautiful. Thaks!

I did not have much more contact than with the hotel's lobby. Because of the event that was happening at the moment. Everything seemed to be fine, but I wouldn't describe it as excellent.

Location Attractive value.

The Bourbon hotel has a big room for your stay. The staff is good and it has a lot of options for the breakfast. The only thing I didn't like was the crowded breakfast. Because the hotel is big, that is a lot of people having breakfast at the same time.

The location is great. It's next to a Mall, Drugstore, Market and the most important, close to the clinic I'm doing a health treatment. My room is very good (big, big bed and bathroom) and the service is excellent (room service is opened 24 hours, that's nice! ).

Quarto limpo. Muito bem arrumado. Ar condicionado SEM problemas de poeira (feito limpeza). Banheiro pequeno, mas suficiente. Preço de café da manhã e estacionamento reduzidos. Ao lado (atravessar a rua) do Shopping Ibirapuera.

This hotel offered an exceptional experience. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The location is great, especially because is close the shopping center Ibirapuera. The staff were friendly and the breakfast delicious. I noticed a person was visiting the breakfast buffet and writing annotations, checking the food temperature etc. I could not have better impression on the food freshness. The internet speed was the best I ever seen in a hotel. This is important to note because many hotels offer free internet but most of the time it is impossible to make a phone call using Skype. I travel quite often to different countries in Europe so the comparison is fair. Highly recommended.

Very Central location, modern and clean rooms, good facilities, fast Wifi and excellent Service. The Hotel is a huge complex of 2 towers and has all the essential amenities: Pool, gym, Sauna. The Breakfast buffet is good.

Very expensive and the rooms are terrible. On the bright side the hotel is clean but the room looks more like a motel.

This hotel is close to the local airport (not the international one GRU). Nice safe location, next door to a large shopping mall. Rooms are spacious and well equipped. Staff is friendly and helpful. Downsides: 1) Too close to airport approach — very noisy until 22:00 every night 2) Bathrooms are poorly designed for persons larger than average 3) Toilet seats are hard, won't stay up 4) Mildew present in shower stall Internet speed is relatively slow.
