Disgusting! I don't recommend anyone.
Black mold everywhere that was quite obviously white paint over. The smell is barely withstanding, moldy and moist you feel like you're in a basement.
The curtains are filthy, the couch is 90% concrete and the upper cover is made of synthetic leather. The upholstery of the couch had yellow spots.
The fridge in the hall was so noisy that it was heard in the room. The curtains were filthy.
Ants were everywhere, especially in the bathroom and in the "Kitchen" (a filthy sink of the noisy fridge and nothing else).
The old dirty windows led straight out to the main road — the joke: You can't open it, but you can't close it either.
So you should sleep with a half-open window where there is a lot of traffic at night and day and there is a bus stop at the felt every half an hour a bus stops which is so loud that you wince every time you drive.
The bedding was really filthy there were not identification stains on it. The room was very small.
Not only the people without hindrance from outside (Main Street) can get into the room quite unhindered (windows are half open) and can take everything, in the room is not even a safe where you can stow the valuables.
I felt totally insecure and filthy in this place.
And I don't understand all these good reviews, because apparently we weren't the only ones who complained.

The water was. Or icy or boiling in the shower. The 10-inch TV with 3 channels. The bathroom does not include Shapoo, I told it was for the most expensive rates. I don't include breakfast. The air conditioner has no control or knobs, or under zero or off. We don't have blankets to hold the air. The bathroom window is broken and all the street noise goes in. There was the light of the broken living room. The minibar had nothing to drink. Disaster. And very expensive. For all these discomforts we pay $1500 pesos a night. It's not worth going. Better find someplace else. They also wash their hands of everything and have no adapters for our chargers.

I am staying and I love it, it is clean, the breakfast complete, the pool very nice, re well located in front of a super big. If you leave the keys you clean the room, change of towel and sheet. Free parking is homeless but well kept. Very friendly staff. They can speak Castilian. It's full of Argentinians. I'm very comfortable. He's wearing two toilet paper. Two soaps. Towel and Tohallon clean. The refrigerator cools very well.
