The attention is a big shame on Reception took us 1 hours and 20 min to give us the key of 4 rooms. It is a shame.

We blocked the cards of the room because it had not received the transfer from the page to reserve. Us if we had paid.

Good location and friendly staff.

Room was comfortable, clean and has everything I needed. The location of the hotel is good, a lot of bars, restaurants and options all within a walking distance.

What to expect in an ibis. Very comfortable bed! Perfect location for getting around the area.

The reservation was made by internet, where in no place said to q the parking is not included, not only that, but the parking lot is shared (public). The mattresses of the beds are 4 cm, literally, the debit card did not work, (in all the rest of the places whether) … Conclusion: a Lot of propaganda that is not reflected in the service.

Last year I hosted and was spectacular, the hotel is very cute but this year I attended pesimo at the reception and I could not ospedar, I went to the hotel light and they treated me great and the price is much lower.

Localização excelente, quartos limpos e espaço razoável. O serviço deixa a desejar, demoramos 1h pra conseguir fazer check-in no meio da madrugada.

Modern reception Hall and renovated rooms offering the simple comfort awaited for the Ibis brand. The location in the city center makes it easy to eat with always a bar or restaurant a few steps away.

The hotel is very nice. The room is just like the other Ibis Hotels, nice and clean with everything you need. It's near restaurants and bars if you want to go out. Breakfast is very good with a lot of delicious options. Receptionists are very polite and helpful.

Is uns worth, but the morning coffee can only be removed with a stick of plastic for lack of utensils.

As with all IBIS, the attention just by a value more than reasonable and a very good location to spend a weekend or a business trip.

Rooms are tiny, so does the bathroom. Internet couldn't be worse. Very disappointed.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. It also was very basic (e. G. No toiletries aside from bar soap). The hotel is just a couple blocks from a bus stop where one can catch the 120 bus to the Brazilian falls, the bird park, and the airport. From the same stop, guests can catch the bus to Argentina. Two decent sports bars with open air seating are within a block, as are a couple other restaurants. Those seeking luxury should stay at the Sheraton or Belmond. This is a solid choice for those interested in a more basic accommodation.

I was hosted in a room that I believe would be for people with impaired physical because it had all the features in the bathroom. When you take a shower the floor of the bathroom is completely full of water, or whether to go to the bathroom, had to jump over a puddle of water on the floor. The mattress very uncomfortable, it was spring but very fine, and finally I think that escacea the bedding since you really spend in the cold room. Despite all these drawbacks I had to pay a $ 200.00 also I think EXCESSIVE for the quality of service provided by this hotel. Another topic, I arrive at the hotel at 23, 00 and only had a choice of meals to offer, you finish eating what they wanted to give me. I am a regular customer of the hotels Ibis, but not really back to stay in Foz de Iguazu, and of course, I'm not going to recommend it to anyone. Surely calificaremos our experience in TripAdvisor, also. Thank you very much.

The bathroom was dirty with hairs on the ceilings, the towels were all dirty as well, internet barely works had to use my 4g for everything. I've been to many ibis hotels and never saw one so bad like that one. Will never stay there again and lost all my loyalty to the company.

Worst service ever at Reception. Only speak Portuguese and not willing to answer your questions.

Nice rooms, great location.

Great place to stay. Just around the corner you can get buses to National Park, airport, Argentina and Paraguay! Hotel was very clean. There was a great selection of food at breakfast time and it was replenished as it was used even if breakfast time was over. Once there were guests eating the staff made sure the full selection of food was available.

This hotel is placed in a great area. It's near of pubs, snacks, bus stop, supermarket and bakery. It's staff was very kind and preparated. The room was cleany with all essencials for a great staying.
