Hotel muito bom, mas peca em relação ao estacionamemto. Piscina pequena e elevador parou de funcionar em um momento. Café da manhã excelente e atendimento também. Voltaria e indico sem dúvidas.

Spend a week at this hotel the truth nothing to say about the good deal! Very friendly people but! What is the very bad toilet just grab the beds, the toilet paper every two days you took the papers. The mini bar did not fill it up, and the overall cleanliness of the room was very bad. But what is very good food, the attention of the restaurant staff excellent nothing to say very good! I congratulate the waiters to the receptionist.

It is not dirty but low light odor to moisture and looks like left in several parts. Breakfast is Malisimo, I'm not from. Ask for a lot but your refrigerator looks broken, your cakes tasteless, your juices hot. Pay for five days I'll stay two nights. And I didn't get anything back. If I give 2 stars it's just because the employees were friendly.

We went 14 nights. Although the room was spacious and comfortable, the bathroom had no ventilation and that generated a smell of humidity. The air conditioner did not work very well. The mattress was very good! Breakfast could be more varied and we would have to renew the dishes. The hotel lacks maintenance details. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Well located, I recommend renting car to move with comfort.

The standard room does not have air conditioning even though you are told it brings. It's kind of a fan on the wall that doesn't cool anything.
The bedroom space is like that between a two seater bed and ready. Also as it is many places are nothing more than two girls beds together badly arranged.
There is a single table of light because the other side does not enter another. You can not open the windows, only the shutters. It's basically a dark sucucho where you spend heat.
The bathroom is tiny too.
Towels are changed every two days. They leave No shampoo, and leave a few small jaboncitoss every so much, as if they lasted more than two baths.
The TV has several channels. And the only thing like people is that you can control on/off lights and TV from the bed.
Normal breakfast.
Staff (in general) friendly.
Important! The pool. If you got carried away by the pictures you're going to want to kill. It measures 3 x 5 meters at most, and 1/4 of that space has a depth of 60cm, the remainder, 1.20 cm deep. I mean, five people is already a crowd in there.

The dining room, the variety of very little food disaster. Frozen food. There was a single waiter.
Dirty rooms, sold a half board service and you end up gaining all that consumerism. No one serves you, you have to handle yourself and find out things as you can. This sucia pool is not maintained. The bathrooms without ventilation. The location of the hotel is in a very dangerous part of the city and no one warns that you.

To me, this 3 star hotel should have at least one more star removed. Wi-Fi at this hotel is a joke, actually it's a shame really. The only spot where there is good connection is in the lobby and occasionally the connection is unstable and unusable. My room is not too far and it barely picks it up during the evening. I was on the third floor. What's funny is that the outside patio by the restaurant, which is about 60 ft or about 18 meters, is a Wi-Fi dead zone. The "restaurant" which is about the same distance, has poor connection. There was one spot in my room where you could connect to the Wi-Fi, which was the corner closest to the door. You literally had to stand facing the corner and only then could you get a poor connection, which wasn't even good enough to read emails but good enough to receive and send out messages. As I write this on Google docs, I have full connection to the router but an unstable connection so no Wi-Fi again. The room was comfortably furnished: the beds were comfortable and the air conditioner was pleasant. The TV was fine. There is a small fridge, however, the seal for the door was damaged and we couldn't close the door completely, leaving a small gap for warm air to go in. We tried to find the safe (before anyone mentions, we know it's still not a safe place to leave valuables) but found out that the front desk has safes for our rooms.

Elevador com defeito, garagem com poucas vagas (menor que o número de quartos), poucas opções no café da manhã, manteiga estragada, quarto com a fechadura defeituosa e TV sem sinal e ainda analógica.

Ótimo Atendimento e localização.
