Incredible Resort, everyone & everything was incredible, except the over weight manager he was a total jerk. Besides the one bad apple the hotel and staff was one of the best I’ve had the privilege to stay.

Loved our time here. Great staff, clean rooms, very nice facilities. Breakfast was awesome. Beautiful beach. Would return in a heartbeat.

I enjoyed my stay at hotel Viva. My focus wasn't too much of staying at the resort but 70% / 30% somewhere else like Recife pe pe peher praias. I'm not a picky person but had smelly towels and smelly pillows at our room. I think that is the only reason why I didn't give 5 out of 5. I found it the food very good and they are very good to change it around every meal. The pool is amazing and not over crowded. Exterior of the resort I think is good but the rooms needs some work on it. Decorations at the rooms needs some work. I think they also need some cleaning work on the bathroom as well because the edge showers has black mold and glass not clear cleaning. Overall I would come once more since they are kids friendly and we have kids. But after that I would get bored of coming back for 3rd times if I did by then I think my review would be one instead.

Good place to go. There is a bar with delicious drinks and foods. It is a good place to have a night sleep too.

Excellent, impeccable service, you have everything available. Very comfortable room, facilities in excellent condition, breakfast that does not give you for lunch, really a pleasure. In addition to the pools, you follow the bottom and you stumble upon the beach, a spectacular beach.

The hotel is very good in everything. The beach is not that good, lots of swell not suitable for kids. Outside the property of the hotel, it's all very ugly. The streets, the houses, everything. They are excellent hotels built in a very poor area and away from downtown.

I went with my partner two years ago. Love this hotel, its people, the quality d2 attention. Everyone's good predisposition. The food was delicious. It's all amazing.

Very good hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There were people who spoke Spanish, which was very important for tourists from Spanish-speaking countries.

The hotel is beautiful. The facilities too. Few umbrellas on the beach. The animation for adults saved on Tuesdays is very bad. You face the drinks you have to buy more than twice as much as outside. Excellent food.

It is a unique place to rest and enjoy. The service is excellent, from breakfast to dinner, activities, animations, staff and cleaning, nothing to criticize. Pool expands, access to the sea, and the place beautiful like none. Highly recommended for families with children and couples.

The place is nice, but the organization leaves a lot to be desired. Very noisy. Impossible to take a nap. Fourth sheets and towels. Many Argentinians and virtually no one speaks Spanish! The food is good. Bad breakfast times. Tip : Avoid it.

It is a really nice and confort hotel. Maybe the food could be better, but it has a lot of options of food. It has been a great experience.

Excellent hotel. Beautiful pools, nice and clean rooms. Beautiful view from the room balcony. There's a plenty of food at dinner and breakfast. Despite being nice quality food, it's not too tasty. I wouldn't say it tastes bad, but it doesn't taste at all. By the same price you can have excellent food at the restaurants in Porto de Galinhas, 10min away by car.

Fantastic room, with fantastic entertainment area and quality everywhere you look. This is heaven!

Staff is extremely impolite. We were mistreated several times. Orders take forever at the restaurant. Several items from the menu were not available. "All-Inclusive" rates does not cover drinks and only includes meals at the buffet which is just "ok" for a resort. AC in the room is subdimensioned and does not cool properly. I do not recommend this hotel at all, way way way overpriced.

Excellent. Nothing to reproach. Very good food. The hotel put a person who speaks Spanish which made our stay much better because any concerns solved it with it. Very helpful employees. It would be very good that at some point is All inclusive. We are 5, my lady and our 3 children. The truth an unforgettable holiday.
