I just used the event hall! The hotel met my expectations.

Very good hotel. The value for money is excellent. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
The location is very good. It has a parking space/garage without extra cost.
Spacious rooms, comfortable beds, impeccable sheets.
The breakfast was great and the staff were very helpful.
The breakfast was very good and the price was great.
The negative is the smell of humidity.

14th floor terrace with a beautiful view of Salvador! The staff is very dedicated, attention in the bar/restaurant at the pool very nice and attentive! Everything Excellent!

Like this hotel! I can't say it's real 5* but it's price is very attractive. Very helpful staff: even gave us the room earlier check in time. Reception speaks English good and ready to help any time. Spacious room with all necessary facilities. Big swimming pool opened till late evening. Good breakfast. The only thing — hotel is situated not so convenient, as it seemed to me, but it can be that I just didn't have enough time to look around as we stayed there for 2 nights only. On pic. The truth is very nice place, full, nice of you all, the only bad thing is that a hotel of this category do not have a letter translated to Spanish, nor more receptionist who can speak it, thank God one of them, Diogo an excellent person we knew how to guide us in all our concerns with professionalism, determination and friendliness!

The hotel is located at Av. Acm on salvador. Theres is park for cars. The place is cool, everything is fine.

Very good hotel. Good location in the city although this on an avenue that if you pass you have to go back a lot. It is not near any beach but in car we went everywhere… amazing breakfast. Comfortable rooms. Good pool. Employees in general friendly except some of the pool area… it is in front of a shopping that has good prices and also for eating, supermarket and pharmacy. Close 20HS.

Excellent relation price quality, the best option if you like the beach is rent a car and travel north to Stella Maris or Praia do Forte, is quite simple to drive me without GPS.

Excellent service, facilities and amenities. All of the hotel staff are very attentive and make you feel very comfortable. The room was very good and the rooms were very clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I would add a little more games to the children's Park.

The hotel is very good, unfortunately I got to be when there was a kind of convention and the services were collapsed so the attention was not the expected.

Hotel very comfortable, simple and very clean. The breakfasts are very rich and varied. The place where it is located is quiet, of course far from the city centre. For us it was perfect, because we were looking for tranquility and comfort.

The hotel is located near shopping malls, in a comercial area of the city. There's a Lot of restaurants around the hotel just across the Road. The Rooms May seem old in comparison to other hotelaria, but the only drawside in this matter is the lack of Power outlets near the bed. The room and the bathroom are larger than the expected for a hotel. The AC worked well, despite the minimum temperature being only 21°c (70°F). The bed is confortable, but the noise outside may be loud during the day. The best thing about the hotel, imho, is the staff and the breakfast. All the staff was Very kind and eager to help. The buffet breakfast was very good, and while having It, dont forget to ask for a tapioca to the lady in the back.

Local muito bom para eventos mas o lado de fora do auditório é um tanto quanto pequeno para a quantidade de pessoas que o auditório suporta.

Participei de uma formatura no hotel no salão que fica no primeiro andar na parte de convenções. O salão é grande e comporta de forma confortável muitas pessoas. Todavia, a recepção no saguão (espaço que fica entre o elevador e o salão) é muito pequeno e não comporta o número de convidados, sendo muito pequeno quando o número de pessoas é alto, ficando tumultuado e desconfortável.

Good location, but event Wi-Fi is charged. The parking is R$ 20 a day. There are shoppings nearby.

It looks kind of old fashioned, but everithing works as expected. Nothing to complain about the service.
