Beautiful place! Clean, big, careful. Everything is perfectly armed to pass it 10 points. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The beach is the prettiest in the area.

Excellent service, the food is very well prepared and good taste. The best beach in Bahia, very clean. We emphasize the service offered throughout the resort, all very friendly and predisposed. Very good entertainment throughout the day for both adults and children. Facilities are always clean. The truth an amazing experience, it's like being at home. Happy to have chosen this hotel!

Comfortable Hotel with spacious family rooms. Good quality of food, although it would be missing more variety. The sea is very nice, warm and without waves. Some jellyfish may appear.

Very bad attention to my baby. I was with a fever and we called the pediatrician and they didn't warn us. On top of that, I was told at the front desk: If you are interested your child would have stayed waiting at reception. Terrible. They never gave me the name of who gave me that answer. A pity but I do not recommend it!

I don't want to leave. Food and desserts in abundance, recreation for babies from 0 to 3 years. There's another game sector for bigger kids. Several pools, it's not cold. Bars in each sector, including the beach where there are also meals and dessert. Ice cream all day everyday as many times as you want. Large dining room, comfortable chairs, comfy beds, all rooms have air. Beautiful, it's the best hotel in Puerto Seguro.

Greatest resort of my life.

We were with all my family the last week of December of 2017. An hour before departure to the airport we were robbed of two suitcases at the hotel. Nobody there took over. No one gave us, nor gives us any explanation. We can't communicate with them, they don't answer the emails. We don't recommend it at all. Whoever goes to stay there is very careful with the belongings.

Ok Perfect for both the welcome and the environment that surrounds you is wonderful suitable more for families with children but also for singles.

For start, I usually avoid the all inclusive thing but there was a group of friends heading there so did I. So take this in consideration when reading this. Place is beautifully designed, accommodations are good and clean, very family/kids friendly. Most of staff was very friendly too with few exceptions I have appointed to the manager, who I found is a kind and committed professional. Food is buffet style, wide variety, like you may expect on this kind of places, but was just average (sometimes the hot food was not hot). Drinks was the worst, low quality spirits and wine, with sparkling wine being the exception. Beach bar is terrible, no real food, same bad drinks. No table service at all, you have to get in line every time you want something. Dinner at the so called "a la carte" restaurant at last night of our stay was above average, better served food, table service, same drink options thought. We got a courtesy invitation to this restaurant on arrival, it seems everyone does, I can't tell if you may pay an extra for this.

Great Place to go with your kids. The snorkel boat trip is the best I have done.

Excellent hotel, we passed an excellent holiday in the 2016 Summer with my family.

We loved the hotel. It is not the Caribbean, but it has many advantages. Its size is ideal for letting children make friends and enjoy a little bit of freedom. Simple food but good quality.! the drinks are great served with dedication by the people of the bars… Spacious and comfortable family rooms. The divine Beach Sunset with live music and passion fruit cahipirina… Pools that allow a few laps and swim… And the entertainers who dance are great! The gym is small but allows train… I hope to not increase more rooms since it is right on many people for the
Common places… We spent an unforgettable holiday… We were in family with a preteen and children km 11-year-old… All enjoyed to the full. Thank you!

Magnificent resort, staff and excellent run. All inclusive, pools, apartments and especially more efficient cleaning. Actualy at 20 meters from the hotel with All inclusive and daily animation extension. They say, among the best if not the best of Porto Seguro and surroundings. I recommend it highly.
