Hotel com as facilidades de um all inclusive, comidas e bebidas variadas e de boa qualidade, atendimento muito bom e quartos espaçosos. No entanto, as colchões recém trocados são de uma densidade muito elevada, o que tornou um pouco desconfortáveis nossas noites. A praia do hotel é muito bonita e limpa, só acredito que o horário de funcionamento para quem acessa de carro poderia ser estendido.

Beautiful hotel where to spend a few days of relax and rest without doing anything! By way of suggestion the Jacuzzis should be separated so that the children do not enter since you can not use it as relax. They don't listen to the Posters. As for the service of ten!

To be all inclusive your standard room is low level. The beach Club is 10 minutes by bus. The beach is close to three blocks. The pool is small for the amount of people. The food is common, buffet and no light options between lunch and snack. The attention is very correct. They are friendly and attentive to resolve the claims. The cleanliness is very good.

Beautiful Hotel. Super Recommended! The private beach is the best in the area. Warm sea, almost without waves. Very abundant food (almost everything in the region). Very friendly staff, always happy to help. Very good cleaning.

Highly recommended, we stayed a week in all inclusive, the attention of all the wonderful staff, the animators give good roll all the time, the cleanliness in the common areas is costly and discreet, the food is good, especially the dinner menu Japanese, it is true that the Restaurant is not always open but what appetizers they offer are wonderful, lots and varied drink. The atmosphere is very good both family and for rest. I don't put the fifth star because the facilities can be improved but it doesn't influence much to enjoy. The club Paradiso is a spectacular private beach, with individual tables, playground, restaurant, children's pools, entertainment for children and adults, the bad thing to go by bus but it is very worthwhile. Recommended and to repeat, again I congratulate you for the attention provided by animators, waiters and employees.

Nice hotel. I stand out at the reception of Breno and Mr Andrade in the gastronomic sector, they speak very well Spanish and always predisposed to help. The rooms are clean, spacious and all for the bathroom (soap and shampoo). Meals and drinks? Always abundant at breakfast, lunch, snack and dinner. A very tasty burgers and pizzas sector in the afternoon. The rich drinks, the beer TB. The bartenders attentive and friendly. The pool is clean, the activities are scarce (only gym classes in the evenings). Jackson (animator) a genius. He lived in Argentina and speaks Spanish TB. At night some show for adults and/or children. The gym is good and complete. Sector for children large but scarce of materials. The staff always attentive and helping in whatever they can. They offer transfer to the beach Club. Very tidy and on schedule. Good option to rest and relax a few days.

I don't give 5… xq a little flojita the food… (I'm argentina and we are not fans of this type of meals, much molo, a lot of soup, all chopped small, is not xq's is bad… they are traditions) otherwise excellent… Sooo excellent!

Os quartos deixam muito a desejar. O all inclusive de petisco só tem batata frita e presunto. Serviços de péssima qualidade. Funcionários do beach clube muito mau educados.

Hello I went with a friend the 12.3.2016 we had a great hotel, the people it serves, the food is the best. All very clean and always trying to answering everything. We came with a lot of worth we want to go back soon I recommend this as the best in porto seguro greetings. Jennette.
