Reviews of Cosy Palms Guest House
Stayed here for two days with my GF and her sister. The rooms are cosy and ok for cleanliness.
The yard is maintained to some extent. The pool needs some work and it was really dirty and neglected.
The patio furniture was also neglected, dusty and not clean.
The customer service was good, the ladies at reception did their best to ensure we had a good stay. Violet was the best as she meet out needs with a smile.
If you need breakfast, you have to order the day before at P90/person.
You better off eating out at nearby malls Molapo Crossing Mall and Airport Junction.
Oh checkout is at 10am😕
We booked via booking. Com and traveled from South Africa, one we arrived they told us they are fully booked. And the receptionist was utterly useless and couldn't care less.
There are way better places to stay than this place. Dont waste your time or money.
