Yesterday we booked a room at madamz. Yes the interior is very beautiful but the customer service was horrible, your rooms do not have charging plugs we had to call the reception area couple of times looking for help with where we can charge our phones, they told us we should unplug the fridge nd charge only to find out that its a round plug which needs an adptor. We called again asking for the adptor they said they dnt have it, we shud bring our phones to the reception so that they can charge for us which I felt is wrong to leave my phone with someone I dnt know. Please provide a directory in your rooms cos we had to struggle again re batla go lletsa your reception area mme go sena sepe se se supang ur number, thnx to the invoice that we were given after paying. Your fridge was not working plis try to fix that cos we bought drinks nd put them in the fridge after 4 hours they were still hot. Please next time try to put a kettle nd some tea ingredients in your rooms rona ba bangwe re rata tee. Please next time make sure u show your visitors/ guests how ur appliances are operated… re kile ra tsaya 2 hours re re re tshubile geyser jaaka ne re laetswe ga re re re a tlhapa metsi a tsididi. We had to look around only to find out that there is a button on the geyser that needs to be switched on. Please next time after someone checks in make it a point that u inform them about ur internet nd its passwords, it should be standard. The customer should not ask for such info. And please cover ur juice leswe le tsena mo teng. Today when we checked out no one even said anything like thank u for staying with us in madamz bed nd breakfast. Ne ba tsentse ditlhogo ko reception area. Just feel gore ke latlhile madi ame tota I was not, nd iam still not happy with ur services.
