My experience over here wasn’t the best at all.
AC in the room wasn’t working.
They had to give me an Air Curtain Fan (that was making so much noise) to use through the night. It was not a good experience at all.
Other persons also complained about same or similar issues, AC not working.
I hope they resolve all this issues.
It was a good hotel I lodged there and I enjoyed every moment.

I had the opportunity to stay at Sun Beach Hotel during RAS BENIN 2025, and overall, it was a good experience.
One main challenge was communication. The receptionist could only speak French and the local Beninoise language, which made basic conversations quite difficult for those of us who do not speak either. Considering the number of international visitors who come to the hotel, even basic English proficiency would be extremely helpful. We often had to rely on sign language, gestures, or find someone who spoke French to step in and help. It was a mix of funny and frustrating 😅🤷🏽♀️.
Aside from that, my room was perfectly fine— no issues at all, especially compared to the experiences of some other colleagues. Clean, comfortable, and peaceful 👍🏽✨.
Overall, Sun Beach Hotel has great potential, and with a little improvement in communication at the front desk, it can offer an even better experience to international guests 🌍💙.

Le principal défi était la communication. La réceptionniste ne parlait que Français et la langue locale Béninoise, ce qui rendait les échanges difficiles pour ceux d’entre nous qui ne parlent pas ces langues. Étant donné le nombre de visiteurs internationaux qui fréquentent l’hôtel, même une connaissance basique de l’anglais serait très utile.
