Great atmosphere, beautiful pool area, and friendly poolside staff!
Restaurant area staff didn’t want to make us any drinks on the menu, which was weird considering they weren’t busy.
I can’t comment on the rooms, but the puppies on the premises are very cute.
We had a bad experience with another hotel close to the border in Belize and we didn't have any place to stay, we called them, fonrtunately they had availability, hey were almost closing (around 10:00p. M) I asked front desk to stay little bit longer and they did, great service, I don't remember the front desk girl's name, but she was a young lady, very nice. I really appreciate that she stays longer that her working hours, the rooms were fine, we could tried the food, but it looks very delicious, they have parking lot inside of the property very safe with a night security guard, the pool was massive we love it.

I used to always and love purchasing food from this restaurant but lately they have been really bad towards my family, every tome they order rice and beans to be exact, they say yes and 16 minutes later they would reach out back and say none is available, gave them the benefit of the doubt until it happened, to me. Why would you guys take our order knowing you do not have the food getting our hopes up, then reach back out 16 or 20 minutes later that there is none. Please try to improve that.
