Stayed at X' Tan Ha on a school study abroad trip… absolutley loved it! wonderful place with a beautiful atmosphere!

Ate lunch and dinner + drinks several times. Kind and attentive staff. Large portions! I ordered the fish taco bowl and got 3 large fillets of snapper over the taco fixings.

Place is nice. A bit far from San Pedro. Normally I wouldn't mind but the road is really rough. You can always take a water taxi instead of driving. The rooms are ok. Staff very friendly.

Great place. Only reason I didn't give it 4 stars is because of the restaurant onsite. The prices at Temple Run are high and the quality of the food is bad. The fact that this resort is 45 mins from San Pedro makes it hard to find other food options around there. Otherwise, the place was great.

Great, quiet resort. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Me and my wife went here for our honeymoon and loved every moment of it.

Great resort, a bit secluded compared to the city, but for me it is right here that is its charm. Arrived on the island with the Watertaxi, the resort sent a shuttle to retrieve us and take us to our destination. When we arrived we were greeted by a welcome cocktail and a chupito of rum (to start well), and they accompanied us in a very nice two-storey colorful cottage. The resort has a private beach, two swimming pools, an excellent restaurant (of course a little caruccio) and a water taxi service for the city (for a fee). You can also take kayaks and bicycles for free or a golfcart (surcharge)

Very nice Resort and characterized by colourful roofs. The rooms and the houses are furnished with the island style vaguely even a little colonial. The tranquility of the place strikes right from the start because the resort is almost isolated at 7.2 miles north of the town of San Pedro. Included in the price of the stay you can rent kayaks, docking from snorkeling. It also organizes sea and land excursions to the main tourist sites of Belize.

An isolated but really nice resort, especially if you love being a bit isolated. We arrived in San Pedro from Mexico with the Watertaxi and we were picked up at the terminal and brought to the resort. We were greeted with a cocktail and a welcome rum Chupito, given a really pretty little cottage on two floors, the password of the Wi-Fi and the cards to take the pool towels. The resort allows you to take free kayaks and bicycles and to rent the golfcarts (for a fee). Plus, for $8 UD per person, a watertaxi passes by to pick you up from the small pier of the resort to take you directly into town.

Great arrival. We were escorted from the Watertaxi station to the room, welcome cocktail and gorgeous two story cabana. Under the living area and over the sleeping area.

Quiet. Peaceful. Well run. Staff was super friendly. In my opinion this place is the complete opposite of an all inclusive resort as far as all the people and lines at the buffets. If you quiet and relaxation this is the place. Typically we don't like to go to the same place twice because there are too many places to visit. I would come back to this resort due to the peacefulness I felt. Although there is only one dining choice on the resort the menu was varied enough, along with having food in our suite, that we had plenty of choices during our stay. The staff in the restaurant was so friendly it felt genuinely nice to walk in and eat a meal. The excursions were handled well and fun. Snorkeling was amazing at Mexican Rocks. Which is very close to the resort. I could go on, needless to say I was very satisfied with our stay.

The staff is wonderful and the location is gorgeous. Jose at the front desk, Alicia in the restaurant, and Janelle at the bar all served us with the highest standard of care. I'd go back tomorrow if I could.

Just as promised in photos and website, and then some, because of the stellar, competent, professional staff that give discretionary effort. Jamil, Janelle, Alicia, Ruby, Karenna, Ian, Jose, Brendon, Nikki, come to mind; but consistently we find competence, kindness, and authenticity among all staff, while encountering the physical amenities promised such as pristine pools, plenty of shade, decent Wi-Fi (really, is Wi-Fi the point of vacation? ), golf carts With full gas tanks, ping pong, the unbelizeabke sandy beach, swim zone, free masks/snorkels/fina, beach volleyball, hammocks, chaises, walkable beach hikes, etc. Staff are special here but so is management leadership— because there is zero discretionary effort when leadership is weak. Kudos Team X’tan Ha.

Owner thinks busy season is a good time to make updates and do maintenance, including running a water pump to remove seagrass. Not peaceful at all.

Only drove up the road to visit and spend some time at their beach. Drinks at the bar were good, Lounging on the beach chairs and the long dock stretching out into to ocean, peaceful and serene.

We were upgraded to a villa beachfront which we enjoyed tremendously beautifully clean and spacious with all the amenities. Apparently our Villa had been empty for a while and the freon in the air conditioner needed changing and the filtered water on the counter had algae in it so I would definitely take a look at these items and don't hesitate to ask them because they remedied it quickly. Overall this place is a dream come true feel free to ask me any questions and I will answer specifically because they're seriously is so many wonderful things about this place a true Paradise as you will see from the photos.

Best staff ever! All the amenities you could ask for, paddle board, kayak, golf carts, bikes, and more. Only recommendation is bring extra mosquito repellent as they can be bothersome some nights.

Wonderful paradise, the lodge and the sea. Too bad for the mosquitoes.

Great if you're looking for a condo, independent feel. Pretty far up the island, so it's a ride to most places. Offers bikes and paddle boards. Food at the restaurant is good. Bar is pretty rustic. Laid back feel.

Very comfortable, well equipped and friendly staff. Water front is very well maintained. Great for kids to swim right from the resort. Also able to snorkel right in front of the resort too. Food is good at the resort, but it is small and reservations are required. Golf cart rental available or water taxi to San Pedro. I would come back again.

A place of Sueno, all Exelente, view al Mar, cocteles in La Pileta, Paz Buena Musica and the colors of the Caribbean, but one can dream.

One of the best resorts I've gone to. Friendly staff, beautiful area, very clean too. Definitely coming back on my next vacay.

Very nice resort and super friendly staff. Rooms are clean and well kept. The rooms also have a full kitchen (minus oven) so you can save a little if you buy food and cook for yourself sometimes.

Awesome place to hang on the big island! Mexico Rocks right in front of the beach! Easy snorkeling access!
