Great place for lunch nice and relaxing.

My parents were visiting me and stayed at Caribbean Villas last week and it was awesome! They couldn’t have been more accommodating and friendly. My mom has a hard time getting around so they provided them with a ground floor unit and let us drive right up to the unit with the golf cart. Can’t say enough good things about the service here! They will definitely stay there again and I will recommend it to all my friends and family visiting!

The food is great and reasonably priced but the drinks are expensive and not very strong.

We did a girls trip at the end of February. We really liked the Caribbean villas. Good food and drinks, and walking distance to shopping and more food! Very relaxing place and not a big party area so nice to soak up the sun and the ocean!

This is a beautiful spot to stay and right on the caribbean sea. Views are amazing! Food and drinks too.

Great Staff, Great Location and always a great time!

We spent one night and checked out despite losing our money through Booking. Com. It just didn’t feel safe. The room had a flimsy sliding glass door and no phone. No evidence of any security. We didn’t get towels and when we asked they brought 2 flimsy bath towels and no wash cloths or hand towels even after we asked a second time. We were the only people in the restaurant at 5 pm and it took 45 minutes to get cold and overcooked food.

I dunno. Whenever I spend too much time at the beach bar and their very friendly staff, I find they've moved the Caribbean Sea more than forty feet from my room. Other times it's right there. I wish they'd stop that. Food here is decent, but not great. Very helpful staff that will do their best to make your stay better than you expected. Excellent location! Right on the beach and a 15 minute walk on the beach to downtown San Pedro. Many, many other bars and restaurants within easy walking distance. All other amenities (groceries, pharmacy, cart rentals, clothing) half a block south on the main drag.

Great reasonably priced accommodations right on the Caribbean Sea. Perfect mix of close to town while having some space just fat enough away to be peaceful. Love the staff. What can I say?

A fantastic hotel in a fantastic location. The team here are very friendly, professional and helpful. Probably the best holiday that I’ve had. Will definitely be returning in the future.

Friendly and pleasant professional staff. Awesome food! Some of the best I have had since I've been here. Try the mango pina coladas! And sushi! The best! My room was clean and efficient with a beautiful porch view of the Caribbean.

It's a great place to stay. Compared to other places we looked at on the Caye, I would say for the price, it's very comparable. The staff was really friendly and helpful. Our A. C. Unit went out, and they had it fixed with a new capacitor within an hour. Amazing view, close to town. Nice pool area and bar.

Great bar and rec area on the dock. Go sea July and he will serve up great drinks!

Clean room, great service. Smell from seaweed very over powering and makes water not suitable for swimming. Didn't eat her because I could do the smell but room and everything else was too my liking and within walk g distance to some cool bars.

Rooms are simple, but clean. The staff was all very friendly and helpful. Decent outdoor pool. Overall we felt it was worth the price and we would stay here again.

Nice pool, clean rooms, good restaurant and bar. Gorgeous views. Excursions can pick you up from the pier on the property.

Laid back, tranquil. Nice location. Easy 18 min walk to downtown. Do not hear sounds from the street behind it.

Good rustic beach resort. No frills. A bed a balcony, the beach and on site restaurant. Rent a golf cart to tools around town or go snorkeling it's all on-site. Good for families too.

Beautiful beach side resort with incredibly helpful employees and an amazing bar and restaurant. It's located in a busy area of San Pedro and really puts you close to everything. If you don't plan on leaving the resort, there are still plenty of things to do such as zip lining, swimming, snorkeling, or even having a drink on the dock (which is one of 2 bars). The rooms are comfortable with functioning air conditioning, nice beds, televisions, clean showers, and they all have decks with sliding glass doors that give a good enough view. Overall a great place to spend time at while in Belize.

Great staff and customer service. Rooms aren't high end. But they're clean and comfortable. The beach and laid back attitude, aka Island Time are fantastic!

The food is delicious and the staff is very friendly. The pools are small but have a great view. Must try their crispy Amber wings!

The accommodations are closer to a 2 star (in comparison to US hotels), however the grounds are a 4 star. The staff was friendly and helpful. We were moved several times as the water heater in our first room didn't work (hot water is a problem here but usually isn't needed) and then there was a mix up on our morning snorkel tour (we were placed on an afternoon tour and our flight to a different Caye) was that afternoon). They rescheduled our flight for the next morning and gave us a room for the night. This room was on the 2nd floor and you could hear everything above you. The 4th floor was much quieter as it was the top floor. The location for us was good. Not in town but a short 20 min walk. The beach access here was great compared to some of the other hotels that just had a wall.

Choose this hotel because it was recommend by a friend of the family who had stayed here last year for thanksgiving. I must say it was indeed a great recommendation. The hotel is great for families the kids enjoyed the water sports area and especially the zip lining. Overall awesome hotel!

Hotel was worth every penny we spent! Very family oriented, the kids enjoyed the slide and water toys. Two small swimming pools, two restaurants, spa and a tour office. We went snorkeling with the whale sharks which was an unforgettable experience. The staff are nice and kind. Very relaxing vacation.

Vacation was awesome! from check — in to check-out everything was so smooth. The kids loved the hotel especially the 30ft high slide that takes you straight into the ocean. The loft villa we booked was equipped with all the amenities we needed. The two pools are on the small side but the ocean is right there to access. Would certainly be back!

Check in was fast and easy, hotel grounds was clean and gorgeous with all the plants, trees and flowers. Most of my time was spent at the pool, bar and the spa. The massages from the spa on the dock was incredible very relaxing. Hotel has two restaurant which is great. Staff is easy going and polite.

Enjoyed my staff at Caribbean Villas Hotel is had so many amenities. My family and I felt as if we were staying at a resort instead of a hotel. Kids played at the water park all day everyday during our stay while we had cocktails at the dock bar. The hotel has two restaurants which was convenient. Highlight of our vacation was riding around the island on bikes that the hotel offers for free. The hotel also offers golf cart rentals but we were on a budget so we enjoyed the bikes for free. The staff is friendly and we hope to return to San Pedro again in the near future.

Check in was fast and easy. We booked the pelican perch loft suite in order to accommodate four of us. The loft was comfortable and situated all four of us comfortably. Decor was beautiful and nicely thoughtout. Amber beach bar and restaurant is great as well as tsunami sushi restaurant just wish the sushi restaurant was open for lunch the restaurant didnt open until 6:00p. M for dinner. Enjoyed the poolside drink service and the spa was a nice onsite service. The property is beautiful, the staff was extremely nice.

Stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. Check — in process was easy and quick. The front desk was very informative and polite. The hotel had a lot to offer for the price we paid. Two swimming pools, two restaurants, a zip lining feature, two bars, spa, tour office and free bike rentals. Would recommend to anyone especially families.

The staying in the Caribbean villas hotel was very pleasant and enjoyable for us. We liked the location very much. Not too far from a supermarket nor from the gas station if we needed to gas up our rental golf cart. The service people everywhere were very nice and polite. We liked the breakfast very much. The main problem we faced was the lack of Wi-Fi signal in the rooms. However, we got strong signal at the beach bar. In regards to the hotel rooms very small yet comfortable. If your traveling single or with a partner you will certainly have enough space. Cool zip lining feature from beach bar to dock bar.

Stayed at this hotel with my girlfriend. Beautiful hotel, nice staff, comfortable rooms, awesome spa services. Not to forget we loved the onsite sushi restaurant was a really great restaurant with amazing food.

Had an amazing time at this resort. The friendly staff gave great service and the food was phenomenal at the Amber restaurant. The tacos were delicious and Tsunami's sushi was exquisitely fresh on its wonderful artistic presentation. The bar/restaurant was right on the water so you had an amazing view with your meals and drinks. They also had a lot of fun activities including the water slide and floating obstacles right by the dock. I definitely recommend this place and will revisit in the future.

Tsunami Sushi is a must have while in San Pedro. Some of the best sushi anywhere.

Loved staying here, they maintained their beach much more than some of the others from the sea grass. Clean and easy access to the restaurant and pools. In a nice area as well, close to action but not in it.

Good service, rooms clean, shower water pressure VERY low. Nice restraunt on site, food ok — bars ok, property kept clean.

Very clean and well appointed. My only complaint is that the bed was on the lower quality side. But still a good value with great staff and owner!

This place has average prices for the night. The AC works amazingly. They have a sweet slide. If you don't stay the night at least ride the slide for a dollar. There's a bar here and you can play cornhole too.

My mother was severely injured and nearly drowned at Caribbean Villas Hotel in October 2015. While I begged and screamed for help the staff and the manager walked away and offered no assistance as I carried my mother unconscious in the water. It is sad that a company that strives on excellent service and 'your new home away from your home' would turn their back on a guest and a fellow human being in desperate need of help. Please be careful while vacationing as always, but especially while on this property. You will be left a lone at the end of the day.

Caribbean Villas is definitely a place to stay. Staff is amazing and the place is clean, comfortable and beautiful. Right on the beach :).

This hotel is homey and very friendly. I believe they are in the middle of working out some kinks after expanding but the staff is eager to please. The rooms were clean and comfortable and sitting on the deck of your room is fabulous. Any trips or excursions we wanted they booked for us at the front desk and we were picked up at the end of their dock. The staff at the bar were terrific. I would go back in a heart beat.
