Excellent breakfast here — even as a diabetic I find everything I need!

Unable to sleep as rooms far too hot and no air conditioning. Fans in rooms but power cut first night between midnight and 7.00am. Hotel undergoing renovations so could not open balcony door, I am sure it will be lovely when work is completed. Excellent breakfast with plenty of choice and the staff were pleasant. Nice looking Hotel standing alone in lovely surroundings. Can't say if it is good value for money as this was part of a package deal.

Very nice place. Comfortable hotel and beautiful green setting. High-end Ibis. Enough to rest and make a real break. Very nice staff, beautiful smiles, cheerful looks and perfect helpfulness. One downside: sweltering heat in the room and no air conditioning, the fan is not enough but is already appreciated. Breakfast really interesting in terms of choice. It would be perfect if some foods were less industrial (breads, pastries, scrambled eggs).

The setting of this hotel is nice. Easy to access. Parking is huge and easy. The conference room was fine. The chairs a little hard at the end of the day. The lunch time buffet was full and very good. Cold and hot, with soup and dessert.

The hotel itself was par. The cons of this hotel: There’s no water, coffee, or tea in the rooms. No shampoo either. No ironing boards in the rooms — only in the hallway, which was weird. There was construction going on, so not much fresh air in the room because the balcony was closed off. It was somewhat cramped for my taste. On the positive notes: the surroundings were gorgeous! It was easy to go for a walk or run into the forest. Beautiful nature to enjoy. The breakfast buffet was outstanding. There was coffee, tea, and water available, but it was downstairs. The employees were very kind and accommodating. Reasonably priced. Close to town and shopping, but still private and quiet. Overall, I would have given the hotel 3 stars but the nature and environment deserves 5 stars.

Very good hotel, possibility to rent rooms for meetings or training with all the comfort, Airco etc… Outside there are deckchairs to make sunbathing when it's good;-)

Very nice hotel, very nice meeting rooms without forgetting the ample parking. This hotel is very well presented: clean with beautiful colors. Finally everything is perfect.

I went there as part of a professional training. We were very well received. The lunch buffet is very plentiful. There's a taste for it. The staff are welcoming and attentive. A place definitely to recommend.

The conference room we had access to was small but well equipped. At midday, the hotel provided a mini sandwich buffet. Unfortunately we could not eat outside because the terrace is reserved for customers.

Very comfortable, perfectly suitable for business trips. I have been their guest several times and never had a reason to complain. I didn't assign five stars only because its location is not optimal if you work in Louvain-la-Neuve and you have no car. On the other hand, there is no other hotel serving that city…

Hotel Basic but clean and personal friendly, but the ceilings are not very high, have to the impression that the ceiling falls on your head, and in the stairwell you have to lower your head for not this conger!

Nice place in nature. Comfortable room but a small can. Equipped with a terrace. Friendly Bar as well as the bartender. Breakfast well supplied in salted and sweet food. Sorry no pictures. I went there for a club meal and the buffet and was well furnished. You can go with confidence.

Comfortable stay. The most of the Hotel: located near the city centre that you can join on foot.

Second stay always well welcome this time we have to enjoy the relaxation room and the restaurant at the top meals of qualities to personal adviser always listens keenly our return.

Good service and very friendly staff. The rooms are nice and quiet. Hotel located in 15min on foot from Louvain la Neuve.

No ac, no toiletries, no toilet paper, no fridge, breakfast is the same every day and not that good. The staff is really nice. The hotel is clean but super basic. Won't be staying there again.

Not a good hotel. The resturant was very poor, l ordered a well done steak answer cut into what came and the blood went everywhere. At breakfast fast the following morning no white bread. Returned to the hotel at 3 pm having been out since 9am my room was not cleaned. It's a very poor hotel. Also although the hotel carries the louvain it's about 40 minutes / 50 miles from the city of Louvain. I would never return.

I was just sleeping there and the bed was perfect. The room provided everything needed. At breakfast they have international dishes but I missed vegan yoghurt and fresh fruit.

Poor quality and service. Last night l had a steak and it very clearly said med/ well done no blood it came the blood was all over the plate — the steak was raw. The waiters comment was hard luck, this morning went to breakfast asked for white bread the response was "we have not got any white bread today". The hotel address suggests that the hotel is within the area of Louvain well it is not, it's about 45 minutes drive from Louvain about 30 miles away. I would not recommend anything about this place!

The best hotel in town. Very good breakfast clean room well equipped Wi-Fi a little slow. The near Christmas must is here very well lifted.

Le service était très aimable et serviable. Ils sont à l'écoute et sont très attentifs au besoin des clients. Un petit effort d'hygiène pourrait cependant être fait. La qualité gustative des plats était vraiment appréciable et nous avons passé un moment très goûtu tant par la beauté de la présentation des assiettes que leur contenu.

It is a standard ibis styles installment. Comfortable and nicely located next to a large green patch.

Very convenient for Herge museum. Family friendly. We had 2 adjacent rooms with a private connecting hall which was perfect for us. Good breakfast buffet.

Disappointed to have a room with 2 beds glued when we booked a double bed room and we refused to change by saying without looking convinced that the hotel is full. If this is not possible we warn people in advance instead of putting them before an accomplished fact. The toilets are without locks, the door can not even close completely because of a faulty handle and the door leaves an opening at the top (zero intimacy to the toilet)

Nice Hotel and quite modern. Ideal for a few days on a professional trip. Prices still high.

30 min from Brussels. Good nature around. Rooms have no air conditioning. Bar and restaurant overly expensive and food quality is just OK.

This hotel has all the basic amenities for a hotel. Great breakfast, sufficient rooms, Var and restaurant with limited menu. There is no air conditioning, but few places have it here in Belgium. Frankly it's not really needed. I'm here in July and the weather is comparable to fall weather in Philly. Quite lovely! Cool mornings, warmer in afternoon. Low humidity. I recommend this hotel.

Place is not brand new but still Q/P ratio is very good. 1. Decent size rooms with bathtub 2. Nice breakfast with freshly made orange juice and eggs boiled the way you want 3. Hotel is placed in the middle of a small park 4. Quiet, for some too quiet, but for me it was perfect 5. The downside was lack of any English Channel in TV not even one :/ 6. Free Wi-Fi speed was good even during the evenings I can recommend it even for a week long stay.

So let me explain my weird review. The hotel is very clean and the rooms are cleaned and kept very well. Overall, the facilities are great and me being a clean freak this is a great facility. If you are looking for a hotel that is clean, has free Wi-Fi, good/free breakfast, and a place that you are comfortable and sleep well then this is a great facility. Now on the other hand the staff was not friendly and multiple times were rude. The food in the upstairs bar is very expensive and the beer is just as expensive. Yes, for the other review there is only one ironing board and one iron. They cater to conventions and large groups so if you are in a small group then it is very hard to get any service or be noticed. Otherwise, good place to stay if not needing much from the hotel staff. They are there to be there. The cleaning staff though is impeccable. Nothing like them nowhere.

This place is OK if you need to organize a convention or if you are around for business for one day or two. The food is OK although it's bit expensive. Rooms are small for the price and you'll need to pay 10 euro for 24 — hour internet access. And last but not least, It's incredible that a >120 euro per night and ~80 rooms hotel only has 1 iron and the staff I'd not able to take it back from the guests, so either take an iron with you or keep your clothes wrinkle-free. Families or people who plan to stay several days better look in Corbais. There's a cheaper option.
