Hotel bevindt zich op de ideale lokatie, vlak achter het Belfort. Het hotel is mooi modern. Kamer was Pico Belo badkamer is zeer proper. Zeker een aanrader, er is ook een bar en een restaurant.

Good value for money. Low rate compared to the rest of Bruges. Cosy small rooms, only a bed and a toilet. No ironing machine. Could never switch off the toilet light.

Excellent location. Good decor and comfort for the price. Rooms were nice and spacious. The only weak aspect, bath rooms need maintenance. They were acceptably clean but did not match the room and hotel.

Such a great location and the rooms are nice. Staff is very helpful. I've had such a good experience that we now always stay here whenever we come to Bruges (4 times now! )

Clean rooms and comfortable bed! Te only downside was that the beds were two singles pushed together and there was no bar fridge. We would however stay here again!

Booked by booking. Disappointed at the finish. Room assigned a closet. No window big enough to see outside. Obliged to take a superior room to have a window which besides can open only 3 cm. 25th supplement per day. Very expensive room for the service. Very sound with the other rooms. No mini bar, no possibility to faiŕe tea or coffee. For a 3 star and at this price it is shameful. Only its situation in Bruges. 250th the medium sized room under equipped for a 3 star. Mensongé on booking.

The staff not friendly, not even speak French. The cleanliness leaves to desired. Room too small tiny TV you can not even put a USB key for a movie in French. Too expensive for this style of establishment. Never again.

Be sure to visit, take pictures, climb the tower, from there the view of the city from the height of a bird's Eye) ) ) ) in the evening here is also nice and cozy-neat illumination. Before, go for a walk around the city, watch the film "Lay Low in Bruges" to understand where and what was filmed, and what to visit) ) )

On the surface seems a reasonable hotel in a great location. However, on closer inspection — bathrooms and ceiling mouldy, room numbering system impossible to understand, so difficult to find. Top this with reception staff who must be the winners of the 'rudest most unhelpful hotel staff in the world' makes this a very unpleasant place to be. An illogical room numbering system will require you to ask reception for help (who should have volunteered this information at the outset) and this will give them the opportunity to belittle you for being so foolish that you cannot work this out for yourself. Find that you have been put In double bed instead of two twins as booked. They will be delighted to advise you that you were a fool for sending the wrong information and when you look briefly down at your phone to check the booking, bark 'look at me when I am speaking to you (repeated twice in quick succession). When finally it is revealed that they did make a mistake — it is still your fault for not explicitly decribing your relationship with your roommate to make it absolutely clear that you do not want to share a double bed as just booking a twin room is not enough. This is not one unfortunate employee but seems to be the culture of the hotel — if you have a need to be disciplined or humiliated this hotel will fit the bill perfectly.

The hotel in the heart of the city is located right behind the Bellfort tower. Clean, though not new. But the rooms are small, very damp and stuffy (even towels per day do not dry up plus bad smell), terrible audibility. The staff is pleasant.

Beautiful hotel. Great location. Most of the staff was helpful and knowledgeable. However, I was swindled at the front desk on laundry services. I was very disappointed to have been told one thing and then charged an outrageous amount of money for half a load of laundry. I'd never stay again for that reason. Nor would I recommend this place to anyone.

Have stayed here 3x now. Great spot, reasonable prices. Some rooms are quite cramped with twin bed if you book for one. Usually a super staff interaction. Breakfast isn't bad, but certainly not worth the price. No dogs allowed, so be aware. Parking at central station is about 10x cheaper and 15m walk away. Strongly advise dropping off/picking up bags and then parking at interparking station.

Great hotel in the centre of Brugge, handily situated for sightseeing, and easily walkable from the station if you arrive by train. The breakfast is very good and you can really fill yourself up for the day before you set off exploring the beautiful town. Only drawback for us is there are no tea/coffee making facilities in the room.

It's an OK hotel with GREAT location (not that Brugge is all that big anyways! ). The common areas — like lobby and breakfast areas — are very nice, but the rooms are dated. At least ours was. You could tell it was an old hotel and they haven't renovated or upgraded the rooms. We had room 308 and no mini fridge! And the safe wasn't working either. The rest OK, comfy bed, but a shower with a curtain instead of glass — it was like showering in someone's house with their dirty curtains! Breakfast is sort of expensive (20 euro — 15 if booked in advance), but then the whole town seems to be on the expensive side for eating. Still, breakfast was LOVELY, we got so full we only needed one other meal in the evening, and maybe some fruit or so! In summary, GREAT location, LOVELY breakfast, don't expect to be wowed by the rooms, but they have the basics for a short stay!

Very pleasant to stay and is central as it it is right behind the Belfry Tower which stands on the grand market. Good clean bedrooms, has a excellent breakfast room with a good variety to choose from (self-service). No lunches or supper is served but you are surrounded by good restaurants. Does have a evening bar which is quite and respectful.

The hotel is located very close to the most beautiful squares of Bruges. The service in French is impeccable, breakfast buffet with a lot of choice (sweet and savoury). The room (executive) was very well equipped but faced a noisy street during the day (opposite the brewery Burgundy of Flanders).

The location is great, very central. The rooms are a little tired and could do with a refresh. Room was too warm and AC blew directly onto the bed, though windows open fully so was able to get some air. Like many older hotels, there is no convenient power sockets near the bed. Big breakfast room, with useful fare.

It was very close to the staff. Try to avoid the rooms with the number 800 and more because they are very far from the entrance of the hotel and on the way there are various architectural barriers.

A nice modern hotel in the centre of Bruges with an underground garage, if you're driving, it's very convenient. Average budget, but everything is available on foot — museums, restaurants, beer bars and shopping!

For one night the room is enough, for me personally the bed was too soft. Service was probably OK, breakfast on Saturday only from 8:00 am I find too late…

This is a pleasant, modern hotel. Very central with helpful staff. Alas we had issues with our room and had to be changed. We also had trouble with our access cards and the champagne bucket we ordered on our arrival wasn't taken away during our two days there. Finally they really could do with some decent in-house catering; the breakfast is great but you have to ask from reception for anything else.

Completely satisfied. Perfect for a short break in Bruges, as the location could not be better. The rooms have actually stopped somewhere in time. However, this does not cause any damage, because they are clean and this is more important.

Located right behind the belfry tower in the market square, so very convenient for sight seeing and bus transportation to and from the train station. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel location is fabulous, very central and close to the main square, you are never more than a few minutes walk from the main parts of the city. The hotel is clean and modern, and the breakfast offer is very good with a mix of hot and cold, the coffee is some of the best I’ve had in a hotel! The room was clean, however the bathroom was atrocious, shower didn’t work correctly, the sink blocked, the finishes were very poor and mouldy and the shower tray was dirty and old fashioned with a flimsy curtain. Needs some serious investment to match is excellent location. Would stay again but the room rate needs to reflect the room quality, not just the setting.

Good Location. Friendly Staff. Clean Rooms. Overpriced but probably in line with other hotels — but £140 per night is way too much. £13.00 for breakfast. Generally it was ok, I would recommend Martins Brugge but say to people just check others as the prices are very high.

Perfect location of the hotel, located just behind the belfry. Nice services for this hotel, especially breakfast is varied and good.
Small Bemol However for our room quite dark and humid, probably due to the architecture of the place.
Finally, little tip: Prefer the underground pay car parks of the city to the one of the hotel, you will walk a few hundred meters more but save a sum not negligible especially if you stay several days in this city where you do not get Move little or not by car.

Stayed here with my partner this week. Staff are lovely and very helpful, from first looks of the hotel and lobby it look very nice but I didn't think much to the rooms. The room we stayed in had nothing but bed, bathroom and the basics — towels and shampoo. Hair dryer and a kettle would have been nice. The room decor was very hard/cold and gloomy which although wasn't particularly nice was perfectly adequate. It was very clean. The only real complaint I had was that they folded up my clothes I left of the bed when we we out for the day, and put my pjs under my pillow. I'd rather they'd have just left the bed slightly messy and not touched them.

Only downside room side street very noisy, the windows do not insulate from the noise of the street! Especially the nights with animations.

Nice Hotel Clean Hotel and staff not bad. The rooms are small but very decent. The bathroom's not bad. Breakfast is very full and we advise you to take it. The hotel has a private parking, a can expensive but very convenient, you see.

3rd Floor room = no pressure (and CA is without hot water) to take a shower. Answer of the reception: you have to wait because everyone takes a shower at the same time. Hotel Parking = €30 at night! On the other hand it is very well located: close to the Belfry, the Markt, …

Honestly could not recommend enough. I was going to use air bnb but decided against. Location is perfect, easy walk from the train station. Easy to find also. Beds were comfy, pillows were great. Nice view of a church. Super happy with hotel :)

Great place! Inexpensive. Beautiful. Located in the heart. Was allowed to leave at 12 (although check-out before 11) and leave the car in the underground Parking until the evening.

Very Central location. Bathroom and room clean and functional. Highly recommend the Happy Hour in the Hotel Bar. From here everything can be reached by foot. The Breakfast is neat.

The location in the city is really great, about 1 minute to the belfry. The reception and bar are modern and pretty nice. The rooms are okayish, maintenance and cleanliness could be improved.

Loved the Ultra central location and the hot chocolate bar at breakfast was a great touch! Parking was super easy to access, though there are cheaper garages just a few blocks away. Staff was friendly and helpful. "Comfort" room was a little bit small for a family of Three for 3 nights. Any longer and you should look at a larger room. Smoke wafts in from the patio if the doors are open and People start smoking right out front of the hotel. But that was our biggest issue and it was such a small thing. Not an issue if you are a smoker or used to smokers. Oh, and it was a little bit annoying that you can only have two devices connected to their (fairly slow) Wi-Fi. Those two things were not a big enough reason to take away a star. I'd say a solid 4.7

Very nice Hotel in an excellent location for tours in the city. Especially for all the traveling by car is important, there is a Parking lot! What is missing to the 5 stars but, rather, it is one of the expensive Hotels and all the extra a surcharge may be required. Anyone who takes the but in purchase to be disappointed and have a wonderful stay in Bruges.

Nice hotel, and a fabulous location being in the heart of the town centre directly behind the historic bell tower. Lovely clean rooms and a decent size even in the basic room. Disappointed that despite using the "Eco" option for room cleaning, that seemed to get largely ignored and towels were replaced anyway. It may be that the towels were on the older side of acceptable and nearing a need for replacement. Plenty of parking too — so perfect for other UK visitors road-tripping their way to the city. In excess of 40 spaces available beneath the hotel and off street for a fair price (€25 per night in 2017). Would stay again.

Hotel well placed in the centre of Bruges, easily accessible by car (private parking on-site but expensive and impractical). Standard home that could be a little warmer. The rooms are relatively spacious, clean and quite comfortable.

Perfect location in the centre of Bruges. It advertises as a 3 star hotel but feels like a 5 star. The building is modern and stylish. The staff are helpful and friendly. There is free Wi-Fi throughout. Our standard double room was spacious and very comfortable. There was an excellent power shower. The only problem we had was the lack of power sockets near the bed. The bar is cosy and well stocked. We will return.

Good points: Nice room and bed, excellent location, car parking. Bad points: Horribly noisy and the builder's drilling at 7:30am were really not appreciated. Staff weren't really concerned when we mentioned it on checking out. Also the bucket collecting water in the middle of the corridor on our floor.

We have just returned from a great weekend in bruge and stayed in the martins brugge which we found to be a lovely hotel and very comfy bed and clean the breakfast was surperb and very close to everything I would reccomend this hotel.

First impressions since we just go here is that the room is generally clean, but the silicon around the bath tube is moldy and the Wi-Fi in the room is total rubbish. The room shouldn't be advertised that it does have Wi-Fi.

Really close to the center and friendly staff. Our room was clean, a bit small, and slightly "worn". Nothing to really complain about, but also nothing to really praise. Just the price is quite high (still within the local range apparently).

This hotel is really great. It is located right behind the Belfry, which makes it a quiet spot from the market. The condition of the room was good too. It was spacious, it has air conditioning, the bed and pillows were really comfortable. I'd strongly recommend this place for anybody who is visiting Bruges.

Reported a dead bulb, 2, in the bathroom (reported immediately). No response in 2 days. Shower in the dark. Response of hospitality: "no staff on Sunday. So more expensive on Sundays but less service.

Booked here for a long weekend. Staff was nice and welcoming upon arrival, we had come early, so our room wasn't available, but they did store our bags for us so that worked out fine. Room was nice and clean, with air conditioner and small refrigerator. You simply can't beat the location. This will be our go-to hotel every time we visit Brugge.

Clean rooms, size measured. The room was in the on — or new construction. The reception was very friendly and professional. I think the garage price of €25, — per night for very expensive. There remain but not many alternatives. Good breakfast.

Very nice and cozy. I liked, but the mjor was breakfast q is buffet and de TODOOOO.

The hotel is in a great location. I could have had a great stay if the room assigned to us were not so filthy and smelly. They did not bother on changing the pillows or pillowcases, not to mention the sheets and comforters. The pillows were stinking and yellow. The person in the lobby said that they were clean and that they had no more pillows when I requested them to be changed. After an hour of back and forth they finally sent (only) two clean pillows. The toilet had urine from previous guests and if they did not bother cleaning it I can imagine the rest of the room. The whole room was unclean and grubby. We slept with the windows open and got out as soon as we could.
