Craves

Good location, generally friendly staff. Decent breakfast. Restaurant looks nice too. However, the cleaning of the rooms is not sufficient. I found hair on many places, an empty glass of wine from the previous guest and in general I had the feeling the room had not been vacuum cleaned in weeks. The TV did not work. Room smaller than expected on the pictures. Price was above 200 euro's, which I consider way too high for the quality offered.

Centrally located hotel close to the main tourist attractions. A unique concept and the rooms and the corridors are boldly painted.
The reception and the breakfast area smelled a bit musty. The fan in the room did not work right away and needed a bit of coaxing to start spinning.

Lovely rooms, decorated well. They were all clean and a decent size. Was nice having a bathtub. The free coffee pods and water was also nice, alongside a welcome sweet treat. The location is fantastic, right in the middle of everything. Also, every staff member we spoke to was polite, attentive and helpful. Air con was great also, in summer! — would highly recommend. Would return here if we came back to Brussells.

I loved this hotel. The rooms were excellent and clean. The beds are comfy and I got a good nights sleep during my two day visit. The rooms had a nice vintage style, which I found cozy.
The service was good. When you arrive they give you a nice welcome treat, which is appreciated.
The location is the best bit about this place. Right next to Grand Place.
However you could hear a little noise.

We stayed here for a short Christmas break as a family of four, we were in one of the family rooms and whilst the website photos didnt make much sense for anyone interested there is a single room with a double bed and then in the sitting room/kitchen/dinner room there is a sofa bed / futon for the second double bed.
The room itself was nice but overlooked the street which was a little busy through the night especially with a casino near by, the sofa bed was not the most comfortable but we still managed to sleep well enough.
The location is brilliant, right near a super market and very easy access to the main areas of the city centre especially for the Christmas market — lovely food / drink and brilliant lights everywhere!
Also easy to jump on the trains and visit other areas like the Atomium.

Unbeatable location… I didn't expect the hotel to be right in the center of Brussels. You will find yourself surrounded by local bars, shops, cafes and restaurants, and only a 2 minute walk to the Grand Place, among other notable tourist sites.
The hosts spoke excellent English and were very accommodating for us dropping off our bags early to explore Brussels before checking in.

We did not have a nice stay here and will not be staying again the next time we come. We arrived before check-in time and they let us leave our bags with them while we explored the city, which was nice. However when we arrived to check in at 3, they gave us our keys and we went to the room and there was already someone in it! We went down to the reception to tell them and they were apologetic, but didn’t seem as shocked as I was. I travel extensively for work and have never had this happen. They gave us a new room key and we went up to the room.
After a long day of travel, a shower is the first thing I want and I hopped in the shower only to realize that there was absolutely no shampoo or body wash left in the shower, the container was completely empty and clearly hadn’t been checked by housekeeping. When we called down, they did bring another shampoo quickly, which was nice.
The biggest issue with our stay was the AC/power. I will say we were there during a massive heatwave, however for what we were paying, I would expect a certain level of power, this isn’t a hostel after all. The AC is absolutely blasting in the lobby/restaurant area, so we were really excited when we walked in, thinking it would be like this throughout the hotel. Nope. They do not air condition any of the hotel except the lobby, so the hallways to the rooms on each floor as stifling.

The bulilding in which the hotel is located has a very beautiful facade. The ground floor and the hotel elevator have a beautiful design, also the bar loocks very good. There are beautiful decorative objects in the room, that give a touch of elegance. I noticed the cleanliness of the room and bathroom, the quality of the bedding and towles, the very comfortable mattresses and the very good ventilation in the bathroom. Upon arrival, we found a welcome note and two candies, a gesture that confirms that : " small details makes the difference ". The reception team (Voran, Moad, Khalid) is very kind and ready to help. We felt very good in this hotel!
PS: those, who cleaned room 302, did not put the coffee pods (for the coffee maker) for 3 days. A bad gesure that we announced at the reception and they gave us, the pods. Unfortunately, they told us that although they notified the cleaning team but they did nothing about it. Maybe someone from the hotel management team, reads this message and takes the necessary measures. It is sad that such a gesture made by the cleaning team, can ruin the work of the entire hotel team.

Our stay at Craves was very enjoyable. The beds were extremely comfortable and staff very helpful and friendly. We loved the room we were given!
The only problem I had is that the tub is a high step into and very slippery without anything to hold onto. A well placed handrail would have been nice.

Great location, right in the centre of Brussels. Check out is late, 11.30am. Room was nice and clean but no fridge. Service was not amazing — called reception to ask for an iron and told to come collect it if I wanted it, happy to do that but not a very friendly tone. Would still recommend overall for location. And they can store your bags.

Positive: Absolutely loved this hotel. Great price, great location. Very cute like a boutique style decor. We didn't eat at the restaurant but it looked nice with a bar. Super cute decor, candy on our bed with a little note and high tech ipads in the rooms etc.

This is a centrally located hotel, a five minute walk to Grand Place. We asked for a room away from the elevator as suggested, we stayed in room 310. We had a very comfortable stay, a good nights sleep was had. We also had the breakfast the next morning which, provided a good selection to cater for different tastes.
The staff were very friendly and acted promptly when I reported a faulty hairdryer. I would recommend and stay here again.

The stay spent in this hotel was a such a good time. We liked the room very much as the whole design. Perfect location two steps from the metro station and in the center of the city.

Location is great, right amongst the shops/restaurants. Great shower and amenities, big firm bed, big tv. Lots of space to put things. The decor and style of the hotel is stunning — very noir/kitschy/sexy. Someone has excellent taste. Cons: Pedestrian only entrance — no door taxi drop. Annoying to drag luggage over cobbles in the rain! Nearest taxi rank is a few minutes’ walk away — be warned. Very thin walls — we could hear our neighbor snoring and showering. Earplugs are provided. The hotel reception being in the restaurant was a little odd especially when it was busy.

We had to spend a night at Brussels before our next trip, and easy to say we were NOT disappointed. The hotel is very pretty, from the classy entrance through the whimsical elevator to the gorgeous room (which can be a bit much for some people). I only wish the whole aesthetic of the room was also brought to the bathroom, since it did make ot feel a bit left out. However we did have everything we needed, some fresh water, coffee machine and a great sleep. Service was also excellent, I a request to put a single rose on the bed (thinking that it would be just simply ignored BUT) the staff did not disappoint and left us a very happy gift! We felt very welcomed and special, thank you! In the morning we decided to take the hotel’s breakfast, which did have a wide a variety of choices. The only thing that fell a bit flat was the coffee taste and a lack of non dairy milk options.

This hotel tries very hard but didn’t quite deliver. The good bits — close to Grande Place, easy to find, fun design, friendly welcome, good breakfast. The less good bits — long, dark, rambling corridors to reach my room (218? ), position right next to a lift which was noisy all night, another noise which I could not identify (but may have been a fan) clicked and whirred every few minutes, again all night long.

Beautifully styled hotel with an easy check-in process and incredibly kind staff who went out of their way to hold my bags, making my arrival smooth and stress-free. The room was elegantly designed, with attention to detail that made it feel both luxurious and comfortable. Although I didn’t get a chance to try the restaurant, the overall atmosphere of the hotel was inviting and well-curated. The location was also ideal, allowing me to easily explore the surrounding area. I left feeling very happy with my stay and would gladly return!
