I recently had the pleasure of staying at X2 Bed and Breakfast during my trip to Brussels, and I couldn't have been more impressed. Situated in a calm area yet conveniently close to major tourist attractions like, Grand Place, Palais de Justice and the Belgian Chocolate Village, the location was perfect.
The room was incredibly spacious with high ceilings and a luxurious bathroom. It was impeccably clean and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities provided. The fact that it was cleaned daily was a huge plus, ensuring a consistently comfortable stay.
What truly made my experience exceptional was the hospitality of Xavier, the host, and his wonderful family. Xavier was incredibly attentive, detail-oriented, and professional, making sure every aspect of my stay was perfect. His warm demeanor and helpful nature added an extra touch of warmth to my visit.
And let's not forget about the breakfast! Freshly prepared with the best croissants I've ever tasted, along with eggs, fresh juice, and delicious coffee, it was the perfect way to start the day.
I can't recommend X2 Bed and Breakfast highly enough and will definitely be staying here again on my next trip to Brussels. Thank you, Xavier, for such a wonderful experience!

We had a really pleasant stay at this bed and breakfast and found it to be a really good option for a visit to Brussels.
The location is a major plus. It’s an easy walk to Brussels Midi station and also close enough to the city center to get around comfortably on foot. Communication with Xavier was smooth and responsive, which made arrival and logistics simple.
Our room was generously sized, cleaned daily, and comfortable. Homemade breakfast each morning was fresh and enjoyable. The selection stayed mostly the same from day to day, but everything was well prepared and satisfying.
A few practical notes for future guests. Access to the rooms is via a narrow, steep staircase, so it may not be ideal for anyone with mobility issues or traveling with small children or lots of luggage, though Xavier did assist which was very kind of him. The street is generally quiet, but sound insulation isn’t perfect. We stayed during colder weather so windows were shut but we were able to hear occasional street noise and some creaking from the floors above.
Overall, none of these points detracted from our experience. We felt it offered good value and would recommend it for a comfortable, well-located stay in Brussels.
