Stay on August 2, 2018. The restaurant is closed, impossible to have a drink on the terrace and breakfast is not up to scratch. And in addition we are only given a ticket to visit the Atomium instead of the 2 that our formula provided. Admittedly, the missing ticket has been refunded, but we will have lost 3/4 hour in the queue to buy one. In August, it's minimum service in this hotel. To avoid, they better close.

The location is well communicated and pretty. The worker were very friendly and the room was so clean. There are coffee and tea in the room.

Overall, I was not impressed. Tiny room that had a slanted roof you would hit your head into in the morning when you got out of bed. Housekeeping wasn't thorough, and one day decided to skip my room altogether. The floor was stained and almost looked like someone had dropped bleach all over the place. Was here for 6 nights with a group, and based on the prices that were being paid, wouldn't suggest it again. Billed as a 4 star hotel, it is really a 2 star in disguise with 4 star prices.

I Stayed two nights and the hotel is well connected (bus, metro), clean, friendly staff, modern rooms, bed and pillow very comfortable. Full Bathroom with Jacuzzi. The Room has plenty of plugs and views to the outside.

Very good hotel. Very clean and well equipped. Correct staff. Nice and varied breakfast. A little eccentric, which is not a disadvantage.

Comfortable, good location, very close to the European Commission and the Schumann Metro station.

Worst Internet connection I have experienced in the last 5 years, and this is a 4* business hotel! Seems that they don't really like vacuming the rooms. Rooms are small. Breakfast is quite good. Wide screen tv. The gym looks more like a cardio room, but the machines are new and the view from the gym is great.

Good but only 15MB free Wi-Fi for hitel guests!

Good breakfast. Cleaning is modest. Hair of previos client stuck to a wall were not cleaned even uppn request during 2 days.

It is great the rooms are good and the Jacuzzi is nickel only flat these when you use it once when TA more water in the bath it lights up all by itself then this réteind otherwise these a good hotel to advise.

Nice Hotel and close to the centre. To be a 4 star I think the rooms are too small and the shower inside the bathtub forces you to wash on the wall. There is no fridge in the room.

Weekday room at the second side street too noisy.
Do not go into detail for the household. The breakfast is however very good.

Hotel located in Plen heart of the European quarter. Five minutes from the center by Metro! Nice and quiet room.

I booked a room at a very discounted rate on the WE.
Small room on the 7th floor but very cozy with all the necessary equipment;
Impeccable bedding.
The staff are attentive both to the reception and to the breakfast room.
I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent value for money.

We were in a basic room with bed and bathroom. The truth is, we don't need any more. All very clean and the staff lovely and very friendly. If we think about location, it is very well connected to be in the European quarter. If we go back to Brussels, we probably Repetiríamos hotel there.

Booking for a nice hotel night but I had the bottle of open water already consumed from the customer before me, package biscuits open soap used. The.

Very central and chic, the hotel is beautifully remodeled and is located in an old Brussels building.

This s a good hotel in the Euro quarter and I would stay there again. Checking was quick, rooms are comfortable and clean. We didn’t try the breakfast. The purple gorilla in the lobby is a pointless “quirky” bit of decor but that’s a mere quibble.

The positives: + cleanliness of the room + room size + modern + Breakfast The negatives: — I have not noticed a negative point.
Attention all the same to the places in front of the hotel which are paying for the week.

Great centrally located hotel. Very good breakfast. The staff are helpful in accommodating requests. I left one star off due to minor issues with my reservation.

Small room but very comfortable and clean. Buffet breakfast was excellent (probably the best over a 5 week tour of Europe) and staff were great. Easy to get into the centre with public transport but not much around locally — mind you, we stayed the week between Christmas and NYE and many restaurants/cafes were shut, which may not be an issue in the summer. If staying in winter, prepare to eat/explore in the central district.

Recommended: Cozy and warm place, comfortable and clean rooms, clean and essential bathroom. European Quarter area, near the European Commission, area provided by Metro, pubs and restaurants.

Definitely not a 4 stars hotel. Clean but very small room. Advise: don't be glad that you have bubbles in the bath tub. Avoid. I don't know what is with that stange purple gorilla in front of elevators…

Great hotel located right in the core of the EU institutions. Clean rooms, kind staff and a really confy bed. Very near from both the metro and train. Highly recommended.

For me it is not worth a 4 star. Very little pressure at the shower knob that I even gave up washing my hats. Nice TV on the wall of the wall in front of the bed with so much of the display underneath it that marks the hour. Without exaggerating the figures that mark the hour are 5cm on 5 with a blue light disco type that illuminates the whole room. You cover your head to try to sleep, once asleep in your sleep you remove the blankets from your head in order to breathe better and bang the light of the clock wakes you up. In A nutshell I only slept 2 hours. However for me it is not worth a 4 star.

Hotel is situated in vicinity of Schuman square and all major EU Institutions. Nice breakfast, small bathroom and strange huge blue gorilla at the elevator entrance. You can find lots of restaurants and pubs in walking distance. Tram, bus, metro and taxi stops also are near.

Very nice place, many choices in shops and coffee with terrace. Ideal for getting bored when it's nice.

The hotel is very pleasant and has a very good breakfast. It is a little way from the centre of Brussels and as such is the only negative. Staff are friendly and curteous, plus helpful. The European parliament building is a stone's throw from the hotel, with a pub and restaurants nearby also. Rooms are comfortable and well equipped and clean. From the short time at the hotel I would definitely consider staying again.

Nice hotel with a great location, what makes it so convenient. It is located in a very nice neighbourhood with cafes and bars just around the corner. The European commission is also only a few steps away. The rooms are rather small and could be better cleaned. The breakfast is way to expensive. It is also unacceptable for a 4 star hotel to let you connect to Wi-Fi with only one device and if you want to connect more devices or a faster connection you need to pay 10 euros per day! Other than that: nice hotel, quiet rooms, great location. Definitely recommendable!

Good and supportive staff. I liked the room very much, it was clean and pretty. Bed was very good and the view was nice also.

Its perfectly ok. Room quite small and dark but comfortable. Didn't try the breakfast. Lobby is nice.

The Spa is quite small, which is logical given the geographical situation, the place for these facilities is limited. Not fears have for occupations, many parks nearby, the metro station qq hundreds of meters, which gives access to the Center about 10 minutes!
A bottle of water is available, and has been renewed during our stay, which is nice. It is also possible to participate has an eco — good action and to collect a good number with qq gestures simple and ecological.
My only complaints are that the taxes are high (€7 15) and the room for the breakfast service is a €6 p. P. Notons is it possible to have a newspaper with breakfast, and that 2 times I have not received.
Nevertheless, I give 5 stars to increase the overall rating of the hotel that deserves more than 3.5/5 a time to write these lines.

Terrible hotel, air conditioning is not working properly, a ripoff for a 4 stars, I strongly recommend this hotel.

The best thing of this hotel is its location. It is a 5-minute walk from the European Commission and other institutional buildings, and is also cheaper to other hotels in the area, offering a great service. I love the classic air in the rooms, and if you stay in one of the upper floors, the rooms are great. That Yes, the best thing is the breakfast. It is a varied and top quality buffet, so it is worth. Do not get you 5 stars because the Wi-Fi is quite expensive and payment, and do not understand that at this point there are hotels that continue to collect Wi-Fi.

The hotel is rather old, it is very close the the European Commission, but away from the Center.
It is very clean and the area is very quiet and safe, so the hotel is quiet.
The staff is very friendly. The varied breakfast is worth take him.
It is surprising that in some toilets, bath has whirlpool.

More fun than bruges. The welcome is warm rather well placed with a restaurant in the vicinity. BTW, I recommend the meet meat. Possibility of parking in front of the hotel without taking the parking of it.
However mini bar empty when I arrived. A remake ;-).

Old, dusty, noisy rooms. Not 4 stars for sure.
