Luxurious, clean & friendly. An oasis of colour in grey Brussels. Check in was perfect and covid friendly. Deluxroom with sauna was great. Nice high tog bathrobes and easy screen mirroring for transfer from your smartphone. Due to covid we had breakfast in the room which was perfect. Free nespresso machine also in the room. Hotel Parking was very easy and check out was very friendly. All in all a great hotel.

Stylish hotel at the fancy side of town. When we stayed here there was renivation on the outside, we heard refurnishing of the rooms was on the way. We got a business room which was nice and specious but a bit unpersonal. Service was good, and the breakfast was very very good. Lots of choice and all fresh. I would recommend it for this area of brussels.

A clean, green, and upscale hotel. Our room is large, big enough for a family, and the A/C is up and running well. The breakfast selection is fantastic and the staff helpful and kind. Parking is free as a guest, and the hotel is right close to dining, shopping, and even an escape room location for some local fun! It's a good hotel for your stay in Brussels.

Good hotel, in the center, amiable staff, some speak Russian, the room has tea, instant coffee, a kettle, a refrigerator, give mineral water, a bottle of 0.5 in each hand. Breakfast is good, 15 euros. In principle, there is no sense, as nearby restaurants and cafes already allow breakfast for 7, and if you buy in 24-hour mini-markets all sorts of cookies or cupcakes, a chic breakfast can cost 3-5 euros per couple. TV 3 Russian programs : Russia 24, Russia 1 HD, STS.

Very good hotel, superb staff and good location. Spacious room with huge bed and bathroom. They helped us to plan our day. Also provided us many guides of Brussels. I don't the name of staff… But lady on the reception was very polite and helping. Enjoyed our stay.

Honestly perfect as hotel, staff very nice, helpful and professional, breakfast is plentiful, the parking is quite wide, and the location is just what it takes if you want to be neither too far nor too close to the city center.

When I was planning the trip for Brussels, I had two things in mind, waffles and chocolates. But I never thought you’d give me the BEST experience. From the amazing hotel, a generous upgrade to a sweet suite room for me and my two sisters. All the amenities we enjoyed like the gym and sauna. Being situated at the finest shopping area, it’s close proximity to transportation, restaurants and market, made our visit so convenient. The day trips to Brugge, Antwerp, and Ghent would not have been easier if not for your well informed, professional, and very hospitable front desk (may I mention, she’s the tiny lady, short-dark hair, wearing glasses, with the most beautiful smile. ) Wrote down her name but lost the hotel’s business card. I highly recommend this place and will most def stay here again on my next visit.

Nice hotel in a nice location. Gym is a good size. Rooms are a good size. We were worried as our room was on the first floor and the road in front is super busy with cars, but noise was no issue. Staff could be far friendlier. During our entire stay not once were we greated on the way in or out.

Genuinely top service and friendly staff. The location was also ideal in a nice and elegant avenue of the city centre. What I also particularly loved about it was the hearty breakfast. A great selection of healthy and fresh products to set us up for the day.

We stayed at this hotel and were delighted with our weekend. Very spacious and very clean room. Very friendly staff who very well advised us as this was our first getaway to Brussels. Great breakfast, Room Resto bar very friendly. Spacious rooms but rather poorly insulated at the ceiling, we heard children playing in the room at the top, the reception prevented at once made the noise stop.

Great location, great staff, great room, great service and a great breakfast! This hotel has made our Belgium trip amazing, we stayed here one night, and enjoyed every minute of it! There was especially one man in the reception (manager maybe? ) who lifted the experience to the high level it was. Upon arrival, 3hrs before the original check-in, we got the key to the room. He showed interest in our trip, what we wanted to do and gave us a map where he pointed out what we could do. The breakfast was so good! Lots of different food, drinks and coffee. If I return to Belgium, I will book this hotel without even checking any others! 10/10, Thank you!

Superb hotel, very well located, with breakfast beautifully lined and the possibility to ask for gluten-free products (very good! ). Rooms are very large and ours had a sauna individual very convenient! Bedding perfect. A place where we love to return!

The rooms sontt really large and modern, the hotel offers a very good breakfast and the staff is friendly, however lack of some services, such as a swimming pool, but it is a detail. The location is good, close to a tram stop, and the place Louise.

Great priced for such an upscale hotel. Beautiful and clean, beds were awesome. Only issue is elevators can only take one person with 1 suitcase, very small.

The hotel was amazing. Located in kinda push area. Staff were amazing particularly two sweet girls at reception, they even let me check out late like 2pm. Breakfast was also amazing too. I booked over short break website, was so cost effective the price I paid.

You can see this at the institution, as well as partially on motivation of the employees. + Room + very good bed + breakfast + free parking in underground garage, rooms not very clean / dirty and not to open — window bathroom slightly on bumming — sauna small; Shower there to gegammelt, plunge pool / bath broken — gym: almost all the devices defective and obsolete or not maintained — rent movie at the TV did not.

Superb Hotel. My husband and I spent a wonderful weekend mid-September. The rooms and the reception really very well. In addition, the beauty of Brussels and the weather really gave us want to come back. Double what pleasure in the room to have a bed of 2 m. Thank you all.

Terrible. Charged an unauthorised card for an amount in excess of booked cost. Despite raising a dispute with the hotel and asking for a breakdown of cost, I was not provided with this, and emails were not replied to, and then payment was taken without prior authorisation. Will not recommend.
