Enough space in the standard room with nice breakfast.

Often cozy. Good breakfast.

Very good sized rooms! Kitchenette and good sized bathroom. Fairly clean. Not really central but right next to a subway station and within walking distance of the centre of town. Had a slight issue with the staff — we paid for our city tax when we checked in but they didn't take note of that so tried to make us pay again when we went to check out but got it sorted. Overall would recommend!

The Hotel itself is great, no downside about it. The only problem is that it is about 30 minutes walk from the centre of Brussels. Yes, if your goal is to go to the European region, it's perfect.

Great hotel. Free Services (Wi-Fi, computer and printer). Big Room. Large bathroom. Especially clean. Warm and welcoming space. A 100m from the European Commission, so very close to public transport (Metro/bus). Excellent value for money. I recommend.

Nice place to stay. Large rooms, confortable bed. The rooms at the back at the hotel have balcony. The room is clean, the bathroom is spacious. Near eu and other institution. Lots of bars and restaurants arround. Close to the hotel there are many shops if you want to cook in your room. There is a kitchen space with sink and electric heater to cook. We are glad we choose this hotel.

I enjoyed my stay, the hotel is close to the bus stop which leads you directly to the airport. On the other hand the beds are sorely lacking in comfort as well as the pillows. The rooms are very spacious!

Good reception, clean, nice garden The balcony would benefit from being highlighted, my girlfriend did not like the mattress too much.

Great place with great food and an almost perfect pricing considering the location.

The location is only a few stops from the city center with the underground train. Check in was quick and simple. The rooms were spacious and clean. The breakfast was full of options and the staff were nice. The check out was quick. Definitely recommend it and would book here again.

All OK, just a little slow the elevator… big and clean room… convenient for Metro, bus Zaventem airport and train! Should!

Rooms have old and scruffy furniture, carpet is so disgustingly full of stains and dirty that you refrain walking barefoot, air conditioning was not working (open the window! Said receptionist …). Totally overpriced. To avoid.

The room was clean and the breakfast was excellent.

I would have put a 5 star if there was at least water offered and if at breakfast we did not hear the staff arguing in the kitchen.
Otherwise good breakfast, spacious room and cheap at weekends.

Very bad long-term experience with this hotel which does not really meet the expectations of a 4-star quality. Specifically: Obsolete interior and equipment, few or no free sockets in the rooms to connect your own devices such as mobile charger or laptop (you have to unplug the lamps or else), dangerous broken electricity cables (see photo), weird old noisy AC machines not easy to figure out (and there is a need to literally push the pipe out of the window), unsecured Wi-Fi vulnerable to hacking (dangerous to access internetbanking for instance). Often: Dirty dishes (cups and spoons), floating dirt in the kettle, incomplete tea/coffee set, lamps don't work (broken bulbs), tap leaks, only one towel in the bathroom, missing napkins, peeled wallpaper in the bathrooms, dirty notepad with few sheets (such as two), closets with no handles to easily open them, old space heater with broken foot etc. Funny: They mention in the Hotel Directory, that "you will find a flayer in this directory for your remarks and suggestions", however there is none. As if it were not enough, there seems to be a frequent experience (not on my side fortunately) with stolen personal belonings in the lobby. Two of my friends have already lost their laptops in there.

The best of our stay at the hotel was the location and breakfast.
The rooms are very large but there was a heat in excess, we had to close the radiators.
The service of the hotel does not know Spanish although in Booking indicated that yes, no problem because the English dominate it perfectly but it is something to consider.
I'll leave you some pictures of the buffet breakfast that I loved.
As I commented, the best thing is that it is very close to the Schuman stop, which is a train station with link to the airport and two metro lines that go straight to the center, I would say they were line 1 and line 5.
The hotel is well priced.

I was new to Brussels and I booked this hotel from the very minimal options provided by my company. Over all my stay for 14 nights. Some of the issue I faced were: 1. One of the receptionist was never courteous since my check in. a. She was so demanding on the payment during check in. The tone and satire was very annoying as if I would run away without the payment. b. There was no vegetable cutting knife provided in the kitchen. Especially as an Indian I have very limited options to eat in Europe. When wanted to borrow a knife from the kitchen for an hour my request was denied. And the response was “It was not my department” and I cannot help. I will have to wait for the next shift receptionist to get the knife. 2. Every alternate day I had to complain about the hot water. On my 6th day of my stay when I wanted use the bath tub, I noticed the water was too bad. It was muddy yellow and with iron particles (could be from the boiler). Please check some of the pics I shot. a. It was shocking as it was the same water I was drinking and cooking my food for almost a week!. When I posted a compliant I was given an option to change the room (the one right above to my room), but when I tested the water it was same. b. I wrote a written compliant to the hotel Managing Director (MD). But I never got any response for my letter. Could be my compliant was never shared with the MD or the MD was least bothered to respond. c. I had to spent the whole night without water.

Nice and extremely spacious rooms. The cleaning needs to get better. The coffee machine had dust in it.

Nice hotel in the EU area of the city. From our room you can enjoy a fabulous view of the city, spacious room.

The hotel is not too bad, not far fro; the town center. Good location with spaces to park cars. The only problem was the insulation, when you are in the room, you can hear bathroom noise of neighbors.

This is the third time in this hotel… impeccable. Just breakfast at 17 euros a bit expensive.

Very old Hotel Painting of bathroom that crumbles, fridge dating from the Middle Ages, etc… I strongly advise against it because we see that no maintenance effort is made by the establishment, and we feel a complete let go of this hotel.

This hotel is not clean, nor hygienic at all. Mold in the walls (I've added pictures, not sure if they will be approved). We were given room 802, very disappointing. Nasty stains in carpet, gross sink and toilet, uncontrollable climate in room it was extremely hot, had to open the window all night, but due to stormy weather our sleep was continuously disturbed. I am pregnant and the mold next to the bed just can't be healthy. Breakfast was disappointing too, absolutely not like the official hotel pictures! We have filled out a complaint form, very curious how the hotel will respond. After about two weeks the hotel refunded our stay to compensate for the unfortunate experience.

From pluses: — the location (the Windows overlook the European Commission, the metro is 3 minutes)
— huge room with a large bathroom and a kitchen
— Breakfast (average range, but the service is great)

But there is one huge minus, negates most of the advantages: no air-conditioning system in the room and poor ventilation. Yes, the room has a fan (has mini). However, this area does not save anything in the +25 on the street in the room constant stuffy and very hot. Fans have to keep always on even at night. The second small negative is the hotel is quite old and it begins to affect the interior at our visit one Elevator was always broken, the room itself is a little posharpanny, part of the hinges on the cabinets torn off, etc. Life does not interfere much, but for someone can be decisive.

Close to transport and the european quarter has 2 minutes of the european commission. Small downside the breakfast is not the price paid. Excellent service, er staff friendly.

This is a very odd hotel. Reception need retraining about customer needs. Cold and dry communicative approach. Location is generally convenient.

Room was clean and nice. Had a kitchenette however nothing to cook with. Comfortable and good value for money. Good location.

Large rooms with kitchenette for reasonable price (€70) near Metro.

Okay. For the money I would have expected, however, to a better room. But it was clean and fairly quiet.

Free internet. Very large regular rooms. Good interior condition. Superb location if you're going to EU institutions.

Awesome place to stay. Rooms too good. Excellent Wi-Fi. And very friendly staff. Loved it. Definitely worth every cent.

In conclusion to recommend.

Room large enough for two, lots of cupboard and shelf space. Staff dealt with any little problems efficiently enough if slightly joyless. No attention seem to have been paid to energy efficiency — Air-conditioning unit was left running WHILE EXHAUST HOSE WAS IN THE ROOM. Incandescent bulbs. No option to not have towels replaced daily. These are wasteful, with no benefit to the guest. Many types of breakfast, but don't expect anything with fibre, except All-Bran. Internet access overpriced at 22 euros per day On the whole a good experience somewhat spoiled by nagging feelings about the energy being wasted in my name.
