The staff is more than friendly, they were really welcoming! Everything is really clean, we had every facility in the room, from coffee, water, tea to a tablet from which you can set everything regarding heat, lights, etc. I am always concerned if the room will be warm enough, but here you can set the heat by yourself and this I think it's a big big plus. And on top on that it's pet friendly as well!

The staff are very welcoming, the prices are reasonable and the dishes are delicious!

Hotel at the top! Perfect room, sad. Beautiful bathroom. Extraordinary bedding. Installation top electric velux, electric shutter, electrical installation at the top. Shower, room, … Cleantops. Coffee and water ds the room. Very nice, cosi. Well heated. Little better to make the soundproofing vis-à-vis the adjoining rooms and the corridor but it is a detail … Lunch at the top and very nice staff. Really nothing to say. This was our first time but we found a nice place to stay in Durbuy. It remains to test the restaurant next time. Well done to all of you. We had a wonderful night.

Premium. Kind. And pleasant stay at the hotel. Well clean very welcomed by a welcome drink and we are set up in our room, quick service at the restaurant in super awesome kitchen.

5* for the breakfast and 10* for the tall blonde waitress! (shame on me, I couldn't get her name, something with a T…? ) She's just amazing, welcoming you with a huge smile early in the morning, good sense of humour, friendly and professional, it can be seen that she loves her job! I definitely had the best breakfast as tourist, I would like to see more often staff like you have, as I travel a lot. Keep up the good work!

We had a great night at your house. The rooms were very clean and mostly well maintained (modern).
We came at the last minute as we didn't sleep well at the other hotel located a few 100 meters from your home (2 small beds assembled for a couple, which is really not comfortable as the two beds keep moving away).
Every time we go to Durbuy, the only thing that makes us want to come to your house is the full lunch for a decent price. We eat well by the way…

If I had the opportunity to put a — 10, I would! We went there in mid-January for dinner. We settle down and after waiting a little over 35 minutes, I go to the counter and ask the waitress if she has not forgotten us. She replies: "I'm busy and I'll come when I'm done with what I'm doing" (she was doing the math). A little lady comes to take our order. We're finally asking for our burgers. We wait another 35 minutes and finally the other waitress comes to tell us that they no longer do them. She comes back to us without the menu. We wait another 10 minutes before she comes back with the menu, we ask for 3 fried steaks. After an hour of waiting, we finally receive our dish! The steak was tiny, the salad and fries in small quantities… So we recommend a french fries dish because we were hungry. The fries never arrived and we're still waiting for them! I go to the counter to pay my bill because I was fed up, the waitress asks me if I ate well and I say no. She can't find anything else to say to me but, "Are you angry because I forgot you? ". I tell her that I don't think she's correct when I came to see her and we're still waiting for our second plate of fries. So far, we've always been happy but this is the last time you'll see us there.

Hello yesterday we wanted to come already when we arrived the boy passed us we waited to see if there was room but nothing we then settled at a table we looked at the map we waited for the waiter but still nothing
The waiter came to take the order of drinks not a word from him so we wait tjs, he serves the table next to us and leaves after he shone by his absence!
We tried to call the girl who came next but there also nothing it lasted — 35 min so we got up and went to eat in the park right across the street

First of all we had to ask for the card ourselves because I think we had been forgotten. The white wine for the main course was brought at the same time as the aperitif. Between our arrival and the arrival of our dishes we waited 1 hour so white wine more very cold. There were five of us. A fried salad, 3 fried balls and a mixed grill (the most expensive dish was tiny) — double serving of fries. We had to claim the bread and the tall thin basané waiter repeated "bread? " Well yes bread. The balls tasted good but there were lots of very hard pieces and impossible to eat. A ridiculous dish of fries for 5 people including one who had asked for a double serving. A second dish arrived 5 minutes later. Immediately we ordered a 3rd and this same server answered "again? " and then went away mumbling in his teeth. Just the young waitress with the nice long blond hair, we showed her the condition of the balls and said she was going to say it in the kitchen. No commercial gesture on the note! In short, too many things to blame to give a positive note and therefore we will never go back. PS: even the people behind us told us good luck given the long wait they had to face.
