Frame nothing to say the more than perfect service and tasty dishes 10/10

We are disappointed. 45 min to receive a drink. 30 minutes for the Ardennes plate … we had come to eat on the go… result nearly 2 hours in a restaurant type brewery …
The room was not filled to its maximum… two overwhelmed waitresses … it's just shameful.

Impeccable service of the server, but the aberrant thing and that you can not pay with bancontact below 40. I think even in Monaco they don't!

A little stay spent in love. What can I say?
Wonderful room, nice bed. Small problems of temperature at the level of the shower but once you find the ideal temperature, it's perfect.
We didn't hear a single noise despite the number of people in the square.
Breakfast very well. Pastries, cold cuts, cheeses. Coffee, hot chocolate, tea. Nothing to say! Perfect for me.
We didn't eat in the restaurant as it was no longer fawn season, doe etc.
I recommend it with my eyes closed!

Piege to c. Even with sugelé as you serve, a 4-year-old would do better. 25 eur for a sole miller, it's in prices, but cooked in butter would be better and completely thawed, it would be top.
You have more chances to win the lotto than to have a smile from the boss.

More people who kill the trade. Kitchen not fresh, deplorable service. The ultimate tourist trap. You can admire trout hanging out of the fridges for several hours and so on and the best. Bring immodium if you want to eat there. It's more prudent. And poor staff! Clean rooms do not exist. And, icing on the cake, on my arrival, failing to clean the toilet, flushing the room would have been a minimum. Don't step us foot, either.

We lunched in this restaurant. The food was not fresh and way below standard. The ice cream was served a bit melted during late autumn as shown in my photo. Only the mushroom soup was nice. The service was not good either as the waitress was cold and robotic.

Sunday 17 December, arrival at the restaurant in 12h20, soup and flat, out at 2.30 pm. Bread normally served with the soup but received when we were finished! Very slow Service, warm dish, staff unpleasant and overwhelmed by the affluence (expect more staff in the Christmas market) very minimal child dish. Wasted our time and money for not much.

Nice hotel in the middle of the city. Flat and large screen, Italian shower and wc apart.

I don't know where to start. One star is even to much it is old cheap filthy and the breakfast is a joke. We've seen better rooms in london which were not so expensive. The rolls and pasty on the breakfast buffet were old and hard. The koffee (which Belgium is famous for) tasted like water. The pool is only available from 8 to 12 am and it cost 20 euro extra so when you want to sleep in an "enjoy (as if) " breakfast till ten you have to pay 10 euro per houre to use the pool! For the rest see the pictures and enjoy especially the pictures of the toilette I still get sick thinking about it. We had a reservation for two nights and payed them but fleed just after one night.

First room had a really bad smell, we got another room in the Attic. Very small room, smells like food at dinner time. Power outlets throughout the hotel expose electrical wires. Fire alarm trigger broken, but not replaced. Even the number on our room door didn't match the number on the key. Breakfast ok, but very basic. Clearly yesterday's left over sandwiches mixed with today's fresh ones… I've stayed in hotels for half the price which were at least twice as good… Money thrown away…

Hello, so we went to you, of 30/11/2016 at 01/12/2016 for the holidays of halloween, we had a lovely welcome, we had the room n° 1 to the have floor, (many thanks to have taken into account the notes that I had made, because my husband was super sore legs and stairs n to its not going for him) room is very nice and clean, congratulations, breakfast, very well, thank you for everything during our stay we will be back its his for sure, and recommend has of other people. Our recent stay.
The rooms are spacious but dilapidated, not to say poorly maintained. Already the handle of the chamber door was poorly fixed and, with every manipulation, we were afraid that it would remain in our hands. The mattress has also exceeded its service life. The toilet seat was only fixed on one side and the paper holder was likely to fall from the wall by pulling on the paper. We had booked a superior room! So I'm not asking to see the "Standard" category. The Nr room. 2 overlooks the parking space in front of the hotel with all the related nuisances: windows closed due to noise and night Music until 03:00 hrs in the morning.
The breakfast buffet is plentiful and good, but arranged in a way "anything": bread in the bags of the baker, jam etc in baskets dilapidated and broken, plates not control after the plunge!.

In any case we will not go to this hotel again.

Service was horrible. It was made to seem as if the indoor pool was included, but when we arrived after booking it wasn't. We were greeted poorly by reception. Once they finally could be found at least. Free parking til 10am, after which it was 1 euro every 30 minutes.

Customer service was lacking. Took a long time to find someone to check in & check out. No one was really around & it seemed once we find someone, our presence was a bit inconvenient to them. Read the fine print when booking online; everything cost extra, pool, breakfast, gym, etc. Parking was free on certain days/during the evening, but 1€/30 minutes starting @ 10am. Rooms were cozy, clean & had large bathrooms with a tub. Wi-Fi was free, but makes you log in after idle for an extended time.

We went in to get Duck Thai style, but we're told that they could not serve it. With a bit of disappointed we glazed over to another table and saw another gentleman eating a nice piece of steak. We both ordered it and were not disappointed. The pepper saus was a bit thick, but the big pile of fries compensated nicely. The waitor did not speak anything else then French, but he did his best to communicate with us. I would come back here and get the roasted pork. That one looked amazing as well.

Reservation not found despite appeal + mail confirmation. Result: Room reservation for birthday, we were left with the low House of game with Cabinet or missing a handful, very cold even after 4 hours of heating bottom. Room windows open has our arrival with 7 ° outside. View the dirty roof with windows without panes so wake up at 7:30 with the Sun. If you have a NAP, work will not tell you.
Bathroom: very cold too, no mats for the floor so a towel for 2 people. Toilet was renovated. The walls are not very clean: black marks. The shower head is not working or functioning not found. Hair dryer down.
Fortunately we don't not came with our baby… extremely disappointed.
We are far enough away from the rooms in photos for the what we reserve at the base. Even the quality of the TV is disgusting. And for the pool photo: count €40 per person.

We sit there on a rainy afternoon to take a coffee and a waffle. The coffe was decent but the waffle was real shame for Belgium, dry, cold not good (probably frozen).

We spent 2 nights in this hotel where we went by chance and no complaints everything was perfect, the friendliness of staff and the boss, comfort and especially the cleanliness of the rooms, we very well ate breakfast and great dinner buffet. We recommend it very highly.

I spent a great weekend with my boyfriend in hotel, the patrons are friendly, the room was nice and clean, the restaurant decorated with taste and care, and food quality.
We have not been disappointed. I recommend this to all those who want to spend a nice stay in Durbuy.
