It's my first time here and was treated like I was a long time friend by the staff that I met so far.
Beautiful hotel and very friendly and helpful staff.

The impression is very twofold, on the one hand polite staff, decent rooms-if you take comfort (Standard room so-so), very decent breakfasts on the type of buffet. On the other hand, the guard misses the hotel at night prostitutes (because hardly a regular guest will come to the floor of the second night exactly for an hour) that together with the cardboard walls will spoil your sleep and rest. Also spoils the impression of the kitchen worker who takes the dishes for breakfast. A kind of gopnik style, croquettes, T-shirt with a large print, checkered shorts to the knee and cap, although sort of as the rules of etiquette for men in the room is supposed to shoot a headdress. Overall a decent hotel with some features.

Daily cleaning of the rooms is made and towels are changed frequently. The staff works for fame. The price tag is acceptable. 4 Elevators. There is an ironing room with a good iron. Close to the supermarket. The Metro is very close by. Very fast you can get to the center, the station, with Nemegi walking even went olnazhdy. There are free buses from TC "Castle". Good hotel. I have been in two different rooms for the "same" price (there was a differemce of just 10€). The first was on the 5th floor and it had an old tv, the second was on the 12th and had got a better tv. I hate the fact that in the hotel there are broken fridges… in the first room it was completely broken in the second it was a little better. Wifi doesn't work very well especially on high floors.

Booked Double room for 3 nights on Bellagio about three weeks before the trip, came out about 6500 Russian rubles, the payment was made by Belarusian, directly on the spot. The Hotel provides a shuttle service from the airport for an additional fee, as well as a check-in to the room up to 12 hours (at 12 it only starts) for half the daily payment of the room.
