Nice new hotel near central railway station. The standard king room is small with tiny restroom. People are kind and helpful. Decent hotel.

Stayed at this hotel once. The room was clean and comfortable. Friendly staff. Breakfast is good. It is located next to a large railway junction. To the center is relatively far.

Excellent hotel with excellent network quality and staff, who understands that the grateful client is the most important part of the business, and not the prescribed norms, as opposed to the "one-level" establishment next door. Arrived late without reservation, asked for a discount, which received a polite offer for the cost of a single room to get a family with a large bed, given my fatigue it was what I needed. (Do not hesitate to bargain, it is accepted in hotels, especially after 18:00). The room is spacious with everything you need, except that there is no mini-bar, but it seems not necessary for three stars. The room was clean and the breakfast was good. There is underground and ground parking included in the price, as is the breakfast mentioned. Good location.

As if stayed here already 100 times. The staff solves any non-standard and not included in its responsibility questions. Great location. Recommend!

Rooms are well apportioned. Staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet is very good. I recommend this hotel to my friends.

A great hotel next to the train station. Our relatives from Canada stayed there. They appreciated the level of service. They liked breakfast. The staff speaks English at a high level. The rooms are spacious with good furnishings.

It's a great hotel. Good value for money. A wide range of breakfast dishes can be picked up for all tastes. Spacious and light, clean and well-equipped rooms. Attentive staff.

Love this place. Cute modern rooms, affordable price, comfy washrooms and very nice city view at some sides of the building. Very helpful and polite workers at the reception desk. Highly recommended if not looking for a city centre location.

Matches the rest of the network. Always know what to expect: The neighbors will not bother, the bathroom is clean and there is a mixer with a thermostat, central ventilation and a decent breakfast. It is a pity that hotels of this level are not in every city.

Good Hotel, Good Location, Good Staff and Delicious Food.

Modern, clean, cozy hotel with a comfortable bed and a nice panorama view towards downtown Minsk (see attached photo). Both the complimentary Wi-Fi and the air conditioning worked hassle-free. Front desk staff spoke good English and were very helpful. This hotel has 3 stars, but definitely feels more like a 4 star accommodation.

We stayed 4 nights. Room was comfortable, breakfast very good. Shout out to Konstant who worked at the front desk. We tried to purchase circus tickets online but all responses came in Russian. He read the response to be a rejection of our credit card and proceeded to help us choose seats online then used his own credit card to pay for them. We were extremely grateful for the help — our card would never have worked and all seats were sold out when we arrived at the circus. GREATLY enjoyed the circus and helpful folks at this hotel.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. Minus one, the noise in the entrance door leaves much to be desired.

New Clean hotel. Why not five: Like a center, but to get somewhere, you have to do alley, and it's clear that the taxi driver is not you, but it's a long time. The room was clean. And there's no ordinary little thing, a one-time comb, a toothbrush.
And there's no exchanger.

The hotel is situated in the city center, nearby the railway station. The hotel is relatively new and clean. Personal is nice and polite, service quick. Breakfast is nice; one can take coffee and even some food to go. Breakfast varies slightly every day.

At Hilton, as always, it's nice to have all the same hotels in this network. You come to your house, you know what and where it is. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Always ready to help. It's a tasty restaurant.

We had a guest room on the phone. On the day of the settlement, they arrived at the hotel at 18 o'clock. The visitor was told that his number had been sold and that there were no more free rooms! The reservation was valid up to 16 hours, which we were not warned of. We were told that we were called on the contact number we left behind, but no one answered the phone, although we left the office multi-channel phone, and if there was no phone answer for one telephone, then after several beeps, the call goes to the other two parallel machines. Of course, our guest was not left homeless, we put him in the Victoria Olympus Hotel where he was greeted with a smile, and even said that he remembered him from a past stay at their hotel, and it's kind of a mitigated unpleasant situation. We were really embarrassed! Hampton works for more than a year, and already this rude attitude to clients! No one's ever apologized!

The location is excellent. The train station was excellent. To the Minsk centre, 15-20 minutes on foot. The room was clean and comfortable. The bed was comfortable. Quality service and polite staff. The room was clean and comfortable. You can adjust the temperature in the room, there's climat. LCD TV, lots of programs. The bathroom has liquid soap, body lotion, shampoo, air conditioning, shower gel, hairdryer, towels. The breakfast buffet was very good.

Really nice new hotel right next to main train station, with excellent service and tasty breakfast.

Conveniently near train station. Stayed here for two nights. There isn't much to see nearby (need to walk at least 1km), but if you need go catch an early train, then the location is spot on! Breakfast was good.
