One of the strongest positive attributes of this property is its infrastructure. Quite an amazing design consisting the largest lobby of the country and the atrium. No matter how many times I will visit this place it'll be as new as the first time.

Very unprofessional behavior at Buffet-Iftar. Refill not given. Pushed to finish the program as soon as possible when it was followed by dinner. Took off the food items before the guests even finished eating.

Awful experience so far… done with this! 1. Asked many times for room service, they didn’t feel to appear… 2. There was no one to take luggage at exit time… 3. We Reserved room earlier, still they made us to wait for 2hours! for entry 4. Worst part is the receptionist behaved so badly when we asked for 1 hour extension for exit 5. Overall totally unfriendly, and no touch of responsibility and hospitality was there… horrible!

Very poor service! Specially the breakfast service! NO GLASSES FOR WATER even after asking like 10times no, Serviette on the tables. Tables are left as it is even after guests leaves. It’s MESSED UP! Please upgrade your service otherwise you gonna lose customers! Worst part is I’m gonna have to deal with this crap for next couple of days as well!

Great location and in room amenities. Although I wasn’t happy with the dental kit. The toothpaste couldn’t be punctured for use. Food at the xchange restaurant was delicious. The warm jacuzzi was a blessing. Room service top notch. Poolside food okayish but pricy. And above all the breakfast was well stocked. Overall a good experience.

They overcharged me on my room despite the fact that my travel agent already paid for the room. Its been almost a month and they still haven’t refunded the amount. Very disappointed with Radisson considering their reputation.

We had booked 3 rooms in Radisson for 2 nights. The hotel infrastructure and the staff behaviour is polite. Although, check-in process was painfully slow. But what surprised me the most was that the washrooms on their breakfast floor was extremely dirty. It was smelling foul and not flushed. I cannot believe I had to see a sight like that in a 5-star hotel. I felt sick throughout the day after this.

The SPA is bloody disgusting here. The manager does not know how to behave and he is an ill mannered person. If thats the way they treat the guests then the whole radisson deserves one star for it. I will encourage my other friends not too come here also. Its a waste of time waste of money.

Amazing experience. From entering the hotel til leaving it, the staff treated us with great hospitality and warmth. They're truly polite and very friendly. The food is phenomenal especially the dinner, although overpriced to some point. Other than that, the pool is great and the interior design is very nice. The best place to stay while in Chittagong town. But consider that, this is a fuve star hotel and price is on higher side. Food price is also at par. But if this category is your cup of tea then look no where else. Location is just beside famous Chittagong Club which is also in the main city but got a bit relief from the crowd. Some rooms have view of Chittagong Stadium and lot of greenery. Staffs are well behaved as usual. Very neat and clean.

Taking the location and architectural beauty into consideration, Radisson Chittagong is better than Dhaka Radisson. But, their services require a serious upgradation asap. Also they need to understand that, only charging premium does not make your hotel a premium one. They seem to be very weak in positioning. High time they position it properly. Good luck RBC.

One of the best hotel In Chittagong Bangladesh. Food is costly, but you can taste a very good quality of food just opposite of the hotel. These restaurants are in the old stadium.

Worst ever experience. Traveled all around the world and had experience of five stars hotel along with this chain too. The people who worked for it had zero experience in hotel management, specially sales department. The total management is somewhat don’t properly treats the guest. All of the staffs are below standard.
The stupid management ripped me off with double rent only staying extra half an hour in the room.

I stayed there on 17th April. Awesome feeling. Lobby, front desk, welcome drink, environment, room service, swinming pool, sauna, gym, rooftop restaurant, mini bar, complementary items everything is up to the mark. All the things will make one to feel comfortable here. But there are some sectors where importance should be given-
1. Slippers are low quality
2. One of my guests didn't get the welcome drink
3. In buffet breakfast maximum items are prepared for the foreigners (Bengali items should be included more)
4. Premises is small.

The room was very large, very comfortable and clean. Free Wi-Fi was available in all the Hotel area including the room. There are plenty of restaurants and cafes in front of the hotel. Inside the hotel there is a large swimming pool with a beautiful view of the green area near the hotel
and big gym with a coach. The hotel is among the most important hotels in Chittagong city, and it hosts international players, government members or airline crews and staff.

Love the place. Staffs are very friendly and cooperative … food quality is very good. Close to many restaurants. You can see the sea from rooftop. If lucky from room also. Breakfast is good. They have 5-6 restaurant inside of the hotel. All kinds.

Stayed for a night. Huge room with good amnities. Was too tired to go the restaurant so asked for room service which was fast and food was satisfactory. Buffet Breakfast has so many options. The only thing bothered me is the noise of vehicles passing through flyover.

Radisson Blu Chittagong one of the best hotels and five star rated in the city. The environment is nice and cosy with the most beautiful interior in Chittagong. We had dinner their. The day was the victory day of Bangladesh. So they had Bangladeshi cuisine on that day. Food taste was good. Would be more nice if we could taste their other cuisines.

Went to Chittagong Radisson Blu for the first time and the experience is a keeper. We were there to attend a wedding hosted by United Group and our party rented 58 rooms to accommodate all the guests. The lobby was much bigger than the Dhaka Radisson and had great ambience. There is a restaurant & bar in one corner to cater to your needs and the concierge was friendly and helpful. I stayed in 13th floor and I was pleased with room layout and setup, it was very neat & clean up to one's expectation, it had LED TV and mini bar offers local & imported beers and soft drinks. Swimming pool was in great condition and it had section for kids as well. Overall great experience and I recommend for anyone wants try out Radisson Blu Chittagong.

Radisson Blu Chittagong is a ginormous hotel opened recently in the heart of Chittagong. The rooms are beautifully decorated with a fantastic bathroom. Very comfortable stay and highly recommend for work/leisure purpose.

New and amazing hotel, however restuents inside the hotel and Spa is very expensive. Street food is avaibale walking distance however cleanliness and safety walking on the streets for foreigners is a big question mark, nice pool area and bars. Lobby area is great to relax and have a chat with friends. Friendly staff and very helpful always willing to go the extra mile. High levels of security available so very safe place.

The best the city has to offer. Sad thing is the better Restaurants don't open till the evening. And some of them are not open on Fridays.

This hotel is NOT 5 stars quality. Peninsula is way better. Managers and staff are unprofessional and service is bad. I uploaded the pics so everyone can see how this place is NOT clean, I have complained many times but no response. For the past 4 days I haven't had hot water in the shower, I talked to the managers and they both started arguing with me about the water temperature. I used to stay at the Peninsula and I never had any issues. I just called complained to my work so they can move me from this hotel.
