Beautiful hotel, good location, good place to stay for holiday!

We held our party this month and it was awesome! The staff and members of the hotel are very helpful and accommodating to us especially to Ms. Danica and Mr. Ian for giving us all support for our event. Highly recommend to everyone.

Romantic atmosphere, quiet rooms, helpful concierge.

The lighting of the room is really very romantic and sexy.

Clean hotel. Friendly helpful staff. And good choice of food and drink in and around the hotel. If you eat in brenigans or Italian restaurants, show your room card and bill is discounted.

Breakfast is okay quality only. Rooms are clean but few rooms have smoking restrictions. Pretty safe hotel.

If I could give this place a zero, I would. Was put up here for the night by an airline due to missed flight. Google states it is 15 minutes away from airport but at 10:30pm, it took more like 35-40 min to get here. Wifi is free, however, connecting is near impossible, when connected I had 1 bar at best and it kept kicking me off. Had food vouchers and was told buffet was closed but room service would bring a meal up. 30 min later no food so I called. Front desk apologized and said they will be up shortly with it. Going on 2 hours and still no food. The room smells musty and no frills. Took a shower and it appeared it had not been properly cleaned. Mold and mildew growing in grout and along shower threshold. Mold/mildow growing inside sink where basin joins counter. No shampoo or conditioner but 4 bars of soap. There was some type of liquid soap dispenser attached to inside of shower but the container had about a tablespoon left and dispenser tip was caked with old soap that had turned brown. All around unimpressed.

Good hospitality. Spacious rooms. Clean bathroom. I really like the stay. Dining also super yummy.

The staffs are very accommodating especially the manager Taro Murray and waiter Kris. We enjoyed our iftar so much. More power & God bless!

The room is beautiful and has some great features in that there's a remote for the lights, Do Not Disturb, and even for the curtains. The staff were incredible! The staff answered every question or resolved all issues with the utmost care and speed. The bathroom comes pre-stocked with a toothbrush and paste, razor and cream, and soap. The shampoo is attached to a dispenser in the shower and wasn't a terrible thing. The one downside is there is no face towel/wash clothe as the hotel only has hand towels and bath towels. All in all was a great experience.

WONDERFUL place for a relaxing holiday or a stop over. The hotel is situated at a prominent location close to all amenties. The offer you a wide variety of food with an amazing flavor. Every meal comes with a different menu. If you book a package food included you need not worry yo go anywhere looking for a variety of food as their buffet breskfast, lunch and dinner is packed with a variety. Good Arabian salads and desserts are rhe part of buffet as well. The staff is really caring, polite, humble and good enough to make you feel at home. The rooms are all equipped with the stuff you need. Anytime you ask them for help they rush and FEEL proud to serve you. Even the room attendant Kumari is so generous and willing to help you out any moment. I have been staying in the hotel for a couple of days now and really enjoying their hospitality.

Nice hotel and clean but little far away from the old city very good breakfast and dinner I have the opportunity to visit it by gulf air while I was travelling to thailand soo thanks gulf air.

Room is clean and tidy, but the service in the restaurant is the worst I have ever experienced. Just now, after a long, hectic day at work, I was looking forward to sitting down in peace to enjoy some dinner, and that's how it started. Soon after, about a dozen people came rushing in, and that was no problem, it's a big restaurant and there are plenty of tables, and I'm the only other customer so I'm sure I won't be disturbed. Boy was I wrong. Not only did they occupy the tab…le next to me (not really a problem either), the waiter went ahead and invited 3 of them to share my table without checking if it was ok with me first, and even proceeded to push my plate in my direction to give them more room. Keep in mind every other table in the restaurant was unoccupied. It's not fair to get angry at the guys placed at my table, they don't know any better, but completely unacceptable for the waiter to do that. So here I am back in my room, still a bit hungry because my peace (and a little bit of my dignity) was stolen from me and I didn't want to be the entitled guy telling people they weren't welcome to eat with me. Reading back, it seems a silly complaint to make but I'm still in a state of disbelief that it actually happened. On top of that, breakfast this morning was a shambles too. I went down at 7am, and literally every single table was dirty with plates and cutlery just abandoned there.

The service. Cleanliness. Teacher. Great food, excellent food and also desserts.

Good hotel for singles, but if you are in family you will probably need to look somewhere else because of noisy disco and bars all around. If you are a fan of parties then this might be a perfect place for you.

Very spacious rooms. Clean and tidy. Anne's Spa is a very professional Spa. Appolo club is my best choice. Pretty music, classy and Elite kind.

It's a great hotel! Lovely clean, equipped with all the essentialrooms.

Not bad place for short staying. Location is like 10 minuets drive away from Seef mall and Citycenter mall. But the area is very noisy at night even with close windows you still can hear the noise of vehicles. Breakfast wasn’t bad but I didn’t find many Arabic usual dishes for breakfast. Family friendly hotel.

Its a great hotel Hospitality and housekeeping are good. People who work there are nice to their customers. Food provided here is also good. There's free Wi-Fi available. For shopping lulu is in the left side of the hotel.

Nice hotel. Rooms are comfortable, with nice beds. Washroom is simple with a nice shower. Do not expect much of the hotel restaurant.

The hotel is so-so. Spend the night one night and no more. Gulffire is inhabited here by those who have a long transplant and paid for the visa in advance.

Very average place, the airline sent us to this hotel to wait out the night because of the delayed flight, the room itself nothing, but it did not work at all, no socket, no doorbell, no hairdryer, no safe. A less bearable meal, some of which was even delicious, but for breakfast there was only instant coffee, and in line for the omelette had to stand for 15 minutes. In general, I do not advise to live there by my own will.

Great hotel for holidays in the Bahrain. Great rooms with door service. Pool, gymnasium available for the guest. Morning breaking has the options from india and gulf countries. Great location as all the daily needs items available on walking distance.

In this hotel I the 1st floor there is one of the few legitimate massage places in bahrain its called anne's not too expensive highly recommend.
