The hotel is very good and in a great location, and the rates are reasonable, especially because of the host named Sahin, who is an incredibly kind person and a great host.

Good value for money in winter. I paid less than 10 usd per night. Shared kitchen available.

It’s a beautiful place where the hotel is located. By walk you can access Nizami Street, Park Bulvar, Government House and lot of other places in Baku.

The place is great, we were living in a newly renovated room. The staff is welcoming, they provided all the needed information, we did not pay for an early check-in.

We absolutely loved the service and the staff, Tabor and Sabish were helpful and so friendly. The only inconvenience would have been the rooms have thin walls so you can hear others very easily.
