A lovely, cozy hotel located near the park, in the old town, all the sights nearby, very pleasant staff. Delicious breakfasts, and a nice aqua area. 15 minutes by Cat train from the airport.

If anybody is trying to find good deals on hotels visit HoteIRᴀven. Com booked a hotel on there and they had the best rates anywhere! Went for the candle-light-dinner buffet. It was amazing. The quality of the food and the service was top notch. They had everything that you could want food-wise. The hotel lobby is beautiful, and the location is close to everything as well as right across from a big park.

A hotel that has everything you need.

It was wonderful staying here at The Vienna Marriott Hotel. From first walking into the hotel everything thing was perfect. Martin the guest relations manager even escorted us to our suite. The rest of the staff was always very helpful. Thank you.

The hotel is in a beautiful area in Vienna. The restaurant had delicious teas and cakes and finger sandwiches. The wait staff were friendly and really cared for the guests. It is a beautiful hotel, and let hough I only had lunch here, it is definitely a hotel I would stay in on my next visit to Vienna.

Went for the candle-light-dinner buffet. It was amazing. The quality of the food and the service was top notch. They had everything that you could want food-wise. The hotel lobby is beautiful, and the location is close to everything as well as right across from a big park.

Magnificent hotel. Beautiful lobby and bars. The rooms are immaculate and the beds are so comfortable. The really look after you well.

Hotel is reportedly 5-star, but it doesn't really feel like it, unfortunately. Underwhelming lobby/food options unless you have access to the executive/club lounge on the top floors. On the plus side, nice gym and pool, and great central location which makes exploring Vienna very easy.

Very nice hotel where the service is quality. The heated swimming pool, the sauna and the Hammam are real assets in winter especially. The rooms are very comfortable.

An absolute beautiful hotel with spacious rooms and well appointed bathrooms. Breakfast area is extremely well appointed with a great selection of food. Staff are super friendly and can't do enough for you. Lots of areas to sit and relax over coffee. Highly recommended.

Really good service from check-in to when we leaved. Good room, with a very large bed an a new large tv. The hotel has recently been renovated. The hotel is located close to most of the things to see and close to the main station, where you find the direct train to the airport.

The hotel is super well located I think it is the best of the hotel the style this is very mid century which is now sweeping… The breakfast was very good and the hotel was very tiny and the staff were very friendly and helpful, but I was very happy to have an event and the truth is that for conventions and events the hotels are perfect.

Stayed there for 1 night with some friends. Perfect location, great swimming pool and health club that has 2 sections (women's and mixed). Breakfast was 31 euros so we passed on that, 100 TV channels, had a view on a construction building!, staff were very friendly they offer sparkling wine / mineral water upon checking in and out! also it has a lovely gift shop. Probably would stay there again.

I was just around cafe, the waitress was very friendly. The prices are already high, but with the discount calculator you do not.

I was there taxi dancer at an event. I would be kindly cared for and received my wishes.

Great Marriot property. As expected this international property is light-years ahead of its American counterparts. Excellent breakfast spread to boot. Would definitely stay here again.

A hotel room that has seen better times in which the staff, however, strives to maintain the splendour and charm of the time. Quite nice is the American restaurant at the entrance, many pretty guys from all over the world. ;-)

No free internet in the rooms low speed costs 13€ a day, and fast speed around Double the low. Staff are very friendly services provided is excellent, location is perfect.

I visit the Marriott Hotel only at the Super Bowl party and am impressed by the ambiance every time. The event organization is top, the service excellent. In particular, the always clean toilets are extremely impressive in view of the crowds.

Was in the sports Bar (appointment). There are 10 monitors running at the same time with three different programs! Not just comfortable.

Very nice stay! Especially helpful was the concierge (can't remember her name) who really came through for us. Pool needs to be kept warmer but that's the only drawback. Very centrally located but you have to make sure cars know which side you're on.

A really big hotel with all the amenities. The ladies and gentlemen at the reception gave good recommendations. Overall, we felt completely at ease!

They organize a very interesting Cheesecake tasting.

I rated 4 stars for the following reasons. Nice however not within reach of all prices high compared to average. Reception staff does not know the Italian considered a 5 star hotel must have multi language staff.

Rooms are large and spacious. The M Club lounge for elite members is one of the best. The food service is wonderful and staff is lovely. The bar and cafe inside hotel… all great. Location is also convenient. One of the Marriotts I will be returning to.

The Vienna Marriott Hotel was large, elegant, and my room had a beautiful view of the city. Customer service was great, the room was always clean and tidy, and the beds were large and comfortable. Slept very well during my stay. The location is also perfect, just a stone's throw from Stephansplatz. Would highly recommend staying at this hotel.

If anyone is looking for great deals on hotels go to HotelRaven. Com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around… I was here for a convention, like many times before, so I will write about the convention hall. The food that Marriott prepares is always okay, just what you expect from hotel food. Austrian delicacies mostly that I suppose they prepare for these kind of events. The desserts were also made with care, like you can see on the pictures attached.

Quality and quantity at candlelight dinner has diminished very strongly. Mass feeding. Eat lukewarm. Service poor. Drinks only after repeated request and then incorrectly brought.

Were at the Christmas dinner buffet. Price/performance does not fit. Music was too loud.

We had a Christmas party there. Very good food and also the staff was very accommodating. I would definitely want to spend a night here too.

Organize our Christmas party every year at the Candlelight dinner at the Hotel Marriott. A huge buffet with exquisite dishes — friendly service, waiters read every wish from the eyes. Gladly once again.

As event location wonderful, no matter whether party or business. These are the reasons that make the hotel more of a busy coffee, restaurant or EKZ.

A beautiful hotel with very friendly staff and spacious rooms. Only drawback: Smokers have to take the sidewalk in front of the hotel.

This is a very nice Marriott, and is within walking distance to many restaurants and sightseeing attractions. The staff is also very friendly. I will definitely stay here again when I return to Vienna, which I will definitely do since Vienna is a great city to visit!

If you visit Vienna as a tourist, probably the best you can do is to check-in at the Vienna Marriott Hotel, at Parkring 12a. Very well located in the heart of the city, this charming hotel offers excellent rooms with all amenities (including a swimming pool, shopping arcade, Business centre, great restaurants) and friendly staff! Ask for a Park facing room (at extra cost) to round off your stay.

Great spot to stay in Vienna. Huge spread for the breakfast buffet. The executive lounge is also really nice, fully stocked with snacks through the day and a hot pre dinner with wine/beer available late into the evening. Rooms have been updated and are always perfectly made up. I stay here every time I am in town.

Comfortable bed, large and spacious shower and bathroom. Executive membership gives you more spacious rooms and access to top floor lounge, great appetizers food, snacks and unlimited wine, beer and soft drinks. The location is excellent centered to everything, walking distance to most attractions. The staff was kind and professional and always ready to help. The only reason I gave 4 stars is I don’t like carpets everywhere they make my allergies act up. I find carpets to be poor in hygiene and a trap for dust particles throughout the corridors and room. Besides that particular nuisance I would highly recommend to stay.

I was invited to the Champions bar for a buffet dinner and the preparation and preparation of the food was excellent. Also, I was very fascinated by the cozy modern lobby. Almost a pity that as a Viennese here I will never need a room:) great hotel!

I walked in just to ask for directions and… LET ME TELL YOU! this is a fantastic Marriott. My friend and I were trying to figure out how to cancel our reservations to stay here! It's nice. I mean like… Really nice. And the employees are super helpful and recommended a fantastic cigar bar.

Checked in today, all was easy, front desk was kind and efficient. Gave us water while we checked in. Rooms are clean and have been updated. Our overlooks the park which is good. The pool was very clean, nice as was the workout area, sauna and coed steam area.

The hotel was renovated and new superior rooms are great. The hotel is on Park Ring and all the attractions in the center are within walking distance, close to the hotel there is a metro station. Christmas Gala Buffet and Gospel Brunch was exceptional. I'm Marriott Gold member and executive lounge is the richest I've ever seen in Europe.

Excellent Hotel. At the center of everything and within walking distance of the metro, and markets. The concierge was extremely helpful every day with pointing us in the right direction and how to use the metro in order to get to attractions outside the city. There was construction in the building, but it was never a bother during my entire stay.

We stayed at the hotel between 18 — 23 May, wev had an excellent time during our staying, we want to mention, the excellent service, from Mis Miriam, Mis Terecca and Mr Martin, wonderful people, thank you Nurit & Eli Ben Moshe.

Comfortable and conveniently located hotel. Very good breakfast option. Notwithstanding its central location, the rooms feel quiet and relaxing.

Location: The hotel is conveniently located right on the Ringstasse. Directly across the street is the Stadtpark. Major sites (except the Schoenbrunn Palace) are within a 10 to 20 minute walk. Plenty of good places to eat (i. E. Cafes and restaurants) nearby. The Hotel: It is very modern and clean. The lobby has free Wi-Fi. Our room was very spacious for a European hotel. We didn't utilize the pool or fitness center, but we saw a lot of people heading there. A nice shop in the lobby (but your are paying hotel prices). Convenient American Sports bar in the lobby as well. Also located within the building was a travel agent who was able to book our OBB train tickets for a day trip to Bratislava (I highly recommend it). Plenty of cabs in front of the the hotel. The UBahn (subway station) is a block away. The tram stops right in front of the hotel. Since there were 5 people in our party, the doorman was able to hook us up with Abdo, who had a Mercedes minivan. His rates were comparable to a cab. Only complaints were a) the rooms were too hot (but it was unseasonable warm for December, so we opened the window to cool off) and b) the room Wi-Fi speeds were pretty slow for 10 Euro a day. Staff: Extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The concierges were able to answer my questions before and during our stay. The Hotel manager (Alexander Lang) is a very nice guy. He provided a lot of insight on places to visit and eat.

Has a nice sports bar on the ground floor. Too bad it does not have smoking area anymore. Small tipps: if you can place your order of food before 6 PM, the prices of some selected food, e. G. Burgers or stakes are halved.

We celebrated the New Year in Marriott Hotel which was horrible. The hosts were unfriendly, accused us of having a missing ticket even though we presented it to them on the entrance. The food was not delicious, the design was cheap (the hotel was hung with the cheapest balloons which looked terrible). The theme of the New Year was Brazilian Carnaval with half naked women and men dancing horribly. I can frankly admit that this New Year celebration was the worst in my entire life. If you want a hospitable and pleasant New Year and stay at a hotel, DON'T STAY in Marriott, you will be eminently disappointed.

Wonderful location, less than 10 minutes walk to Stephansplatz and about the same to Wien Mitte. Good service at reception. The man who welcomed us was friendly and helpful. We all enjoyed the executive lounge and went for a swim with the children. Pool was cold but I've noticed that pools in Europe are colder than in the UK. Room was okay, not massive. Very anodyne and a "lovely" view of the interior courtyard! Bathroom was small but good shower. Best bits were location and staff, worst bits were blandness of rooms and Wi-Fi wasn't the quickest.

Very good location, right on City Park. I recommend the Biergarten just inside the park. Room very comfortable, all aspects of a five-star hotel were there. I was disappointed with the conference / public area Wi-Fi. We had a conference there, and it never seemed that we could get it to work properly. Staff were nice. Nobody grubbing you for tips for doing nothing. The business center was good at getting copies and computer time. The Wi Fi in my room worked fine. Breakfast buffet was exceptional! The staff even allowed me to speak some of my crappy German. And with a smile. Fitness center was kind of tiny. That's okay; park is right there.

We spent a weekend at Marriot Hotel in Vienna in February 2014. During our visit, my daughter got stuck with her hair in the jacuzzi due to some sort of a technical problem. Her hair was sucked into a hole which normally blows out bubbles. If she had been a small child she would have drowned. It took the staff more than ten minutes to switch off the jacuzzi. The only help they offered was a sissiors to cut of her hair. This whole experience was very painful and scary! The most remarkable thing was that the staff never bother to apploligize. This is not what you expect from a so called 5 star Hotel.

What sets the Marriott apart is its incredible location. Its really at the heart of what Vienna has to offer. Many local shops and restaurants all near by. We were able to walk easily to the opera as well as sight seeing and local art museums. If I ever head back to Vienna, this is where I will choose to stay again. Great hotel for business or pleasure.
