A Marshall amp in my room, guitars in the lobby and a hotel reception turned into a bar. Very cozy, great design. These are all music to my ears and eyes.

Class Hotel. Very clean and small room but enough space. With free mobile to Vienna to explore. Qualitative Breakfast Buffet. Highly recommended!

Smooth self-service check-in/check-out. Helpful and friendly staff. They helped accommodate parking. Clean and modern rooms. Great location. We didn't opt for the breakfast, but it looked and smelled very good every morning. Highly recommended.

Very comfy rooms. Great staff. Excellent and healthy breakfast. It's boutique so don't expect too much storage in room but who needs it anyway.

The room we had was a king size bed that was very comfy and the room was clean. The place room comes with a tablet to use in house, along with a Google phone that you can use throughout your stay, with free calling and unlimited data. For us, the room had what we needed, bathwash, shampoo, conditioner and lotion of high quality.

In short, great location (5 mins walk from train station and main attractions are within vicinity) and in-room facilities. A significant shortfall is the lack of a in-room fridge. Stayed at the hotel from 30 May to 2 June 2018. I love the open concept toilet that makes the room so much more spacious. There is also an ice dispenser :) another shortfall is that they didn’t replenish the tissue box when it ran out of tissue. Service-wise, I would say it’s just average. Feel that the counter staff could be more friendly.

This hotel blew me away! I travel to Vienna every few weeks for business and have stayed at a few dozen different hotels in central Vienna and this one is unlike any other hotel. The staff was lovely, the room was clean and spacious with really cool and modern design, the gadgets in the room were very useful and fun (tablet, mobile phone and Marshall speaker…), the toiletries were very high quality and smell A M A Z I N G (so good I had three showers during my one-night stay… just for the smell! And ended up buying a set for home! ), the bed is the perfect size and firmness, the pillows are firm but soft (and two different sizes), breakfast was delicious — nice selection of cereals, bread, meats, veggies and cheese, delicious teas and fresh juices, and last but not least the location — with my business meetings being held in exactly the same building, I could have chosen a better location! I will surely stay in this hotel, most probably with a few of my colleagues as I simply cannot stop bragging on about how good this hotel is! A real hidden gem of Vienna!

Excellent location, and that’s all about it. The hotel is very basic. It has neither room service nor a restaurant for meals. Breakfast is served in the bar with basic items. The hotel is black in colour in all its common areas. Don’t expect much. Just a hotel to spend the night in.

What an amazing place Ruby Lissi Hotel and Bar is. It's located in a perfect location in the heart of Vienna with many delicious restaurants neat by. The rooms were brand new with the coolest shower and all at a bargain price. You've got to check this one out!
