The best house I've ever stayed in. Think of all the smallest details. Service, courtesy, fine food. Cost of accommodation per pocket. New hotel, designed to a high standard, the rooms are very thorough. Very pleased and highly recommend. When I fly to Vienna again I will certainly return to this hotel.

This has to be one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in, the interiors are very on trend, rooms are gorgeous with floor to ceiling marble bathrooms, the beds are sooooooo comfortable! Nespresso machine in room also along with bottled water mini fridge flat screen TV. The hotel has a rooftop terrace along with sauna and steam room, robes and slippers provided. Breakfast is amazing so much selection even a juicer so you can make your own fresh juice!

A lovely hotel, serving a nice breakfast. It has very comfortable beds and a large walk in shower. They keep the rooms very clean. I would recommend it.

This very clean, is a great hotel, the metro station 3 min walk away and is 2 stops. It is super quiet. This expectacular.

Rooms and location top, breakfast varied, semi-barn very large, service very friendly, a bit long waiting time (but there was also a lot going on). 5/5 to score.

Very nice hotel, super located. Would I definitely book again for a city break in Vienna. The sauna area is really highly recommended, so it's also worth a day visit. The view can definitely be enjoyed very well.
Very large and cozy rooms.

We were there for breakfast and a one-day wellness day. Breakfast offers a lot of choice, but if you don't explicitly ask for it, you only get a filter coffee instead of a delicious coffee. So absolutely announce coffee wish. The wellness area is very beautiful, bright and modern. There is a big sun-weather. In addition, a tea bar and water with herbs. Nice for a short break and to enjoy.

Was in various hotels in Vienna, I liked them very much. Is centrally located, a lot of possibilities nearby if you want to do something or just explore Vienna. Very friendly staff, good and varied cuisine, clean rooms.

Great hotel in Vienna with proximity to the tram. Service very previously coming. Rooms in the usual good Falkensteiner quality, very good sleep comfort, appealing room size. Breakfast buffet is very extensive. Nice seating in the courtyard. Pleasant service. Parking directly in the hotel's own underground car park. Ideal for a weekend!

Very nice hotel! I went on a business trip to Vienna and stayed at this hotel for one night. The rooms are very spacious. Bed is comfortable. Tv can be little bit bigger for that room size. Variety of snacks and drinks available in mini bar. There is also a nice spa in the hotel. Overall ambience is very well maintained. I would like to stay here again.

Fine location, pritty low room maintenance, skipped agreed bed arrangements (asked for double, got 2 twin ones). In general ok, but for this category and price, some serious flaws.

Thank you for a great stay. It was my 2nd stay with you and — apart from good things — there's not much else left to say. One minor improvement would be to move the electrical sockets closer to the bed. Like this I could have my mobile close to me while charging it. In closing, I'd like to quote a famous Austrian: "I'll be back! "

Wonderful hotel just a short walk from the centre of Vienna, near Metro stop. Quiet and neat area with a magnificent park. Modern and spacious rooms, the suite with a large terrace. Free access to the Wellness area (sauna, Turkish bath, gym, etc. ) Welcome drink in its beautiful lounges. Splendid breakfast. Every morning you get a flat with jogging routes and a water bottle.

A very good austrian hotel with high quality rooms and breakfast. Unfortunately, the rooms towards the main street are really noisy. Therefore, only 4 stars.

Great hotel, strategic to get to the center from the metro stop around the corner. Breakfast costs €22 per day per person as well as parking costs €22 per night, but leaving the car in Vienna becomes an impossible mission: it is very expensive.

A very nice Hotel with a great Restaurant. The Staff are very friendly and Breakfast is the Madness. The Sauna Area is pleasantly quiet and cosy. We will be happy to come back if we are back in Vienna.

Great service. The location is also very good — 4 minutes from the metro station and 2 stations away from the city center. The spa is also a must visit and experience place.

I Have to say that the hotel staff were outstanding, very good service on the part of all of them. The rooms are spacious and have details that other hotels do not offer. Breakfast is very good but I missed some salad/lettuce, it was still very good.

Fantastic hotel with good transport links to the rest of the city. Restaurant has a small menu of items which are all done very well. Lovely big terrace and a nice birthday surprise! Had a really great stay here.

Currently enjoying a great breakfast here. This is a very comfortable, well appointed city hotel. Well served by conveniently close public transport, it's easy and quick to access the heart of Wien. Staff are friendly and ultra efficient as you would expect from a Falkensteiner.

Really Nice hotel, clean, rooms zith lots of space. The staff is well repondant. Breakfast is huge, lots of variety from meat to veggies, sweet cakes, vegan food, self made waffles… Litlle fitness studio to get ride of the calories, followed by sauna/hammam and sun bath with sight on Vienna's roofs.

Friendly and clean. Breakfast was good. Close to the subway and quick to get into Central Vienna. Would stay again. Only weird thing is that the rooms have these awful half blankets that don't cover your whole body… Stupid choice for a place you come to sleep. I asked for a second one as they don't have bigger blankets.

It's Nice hotel to stay staff are friendly and it's very good for families with children because they have play hall with huge projector and so many toys. I really enjoyed the staying.

Simple but nice hotel located conveniently close to the underground station just minutes away by foot into the city. The buffet breakfast was big and exceeded my expectations! There is also a cozy lounge with wonderful staff.

Were on Secret Escapes here. Great rooms and rich Breakfast. Is very close to train, Bus and metro to get train to the city core, such as Karlsplatz.

We come back from Vienna and we found this hotel very well at all levels : room "comfort" nice and clean, staff very nice and listening to us. The hotel is very well located to the metro and close to tourist sites breakfast gargantuan and very good products offered. For us, it is all positive and we recommend and hotel.

Room was beautiful and clean. Staff is friendly and kind. One problem I had: first night temperature in room was 15''C and after that I get sick. Air condition system is strength. It's not possible open windows in rooms. Every day room was cleaned. All other thinks I liked.

City hotel, a little off the beaten track but with excellent transport links. Rooms nicely decorated, great shower. Window not to open.

Designer hotel! Inside there is also a very good restaurant! All well looked after!

Nice clean room with friendly, mostly English speaking staff. Comfy bed but the double bed is two singles that slide apart far too easily. Good location close to underground station that makes getting around very easy and not too many stops to most attractions. However, the cleaning staff have an awful habit of walking into the room unannounced which really wasn't appreciated.

Beautiful hotel inside. Close to the underground and trams make it easy to get to anywhere. Room was conf and bed luxurious. Nice bathroom. Staff friendly and mostly English speaking. Air conditioning was a relief. Nothing significant worth complaining about.

Room modern and with a generous bathroom. Breakfast very good with preparation in situ of eggs to taste. You do not have room service, bad.

Everything about the hotel was great! The breakfast was large and there were a lot of options to choose from. The rooms were big and clean and air-conditioning worked wonders in the hot Vienna. The location was good also only three metro stops from Karlsplaz and Schöbrunn palace. The grosery store was next from the hotel and it had good stack of products. The people in the reception were very polite and helpful. Thanks a lot for the stay!

Had an amazing stay there, the conditions were excellent, very good breakfast, very polite personnel, nice atmosphere, very warm and helpful lobby clerks. Close to the subway / metro. Will definitely visit again when next in town.
