Second time we stayed there and very happy, we had our 3years old boy with us and forgot to ask for a bath not shower room, got to the bedroom and realised, went back to reception asked them, they sorted a new room, it was massive big, good view to the garden across the road. Had a surprise from the hotel sending us in 2 days a plate with fruit, cake, Apple strudle it was a good, comfortable time, close to the Rennweg station, tram 71 right outside. Downside breakfast is very expensive. Staff are very friendly, no noise.
We will definitely stay again.

The front liner hospitality is 1000%fabulous… fast reply the email, and they even kept my luggage for several days since I have to go to Munich. Place is incredible. The only hotel who have bidet on their toilet is shown their hygienic level.

Surprisingly cheap for Vienna and for the level of the hotel itself. It was very quiet and the internet worked well. With cleaning there are difficulties in organizing and coordinating the work of the staff. Came to clean the room at 7am on the day of departure :)

Room was spacious and clean with cozy atmosphere. Even the restroom was large and there was ample space in the closet. Receptionist and bellboy were welcoming and speedy with their work. Several dining and bar facilities although I haven't had a chance to visit any. Refridgerator was rather small but okay for keeping 2 nights' beverage. Only one disappoint was the view from the window — or the lack of it. My room was facing into the central "garden" with no glimpse of the sky and the rooms opposite were too close. I had to keep the curtains closed all day.

Big rooms with fast wi fi and lots of storage space. Very good breakfast and polite hotel staff. Great location, next to Belvedere and 15min walk to city center. We will definitely come back!

It's a great hotel. Good numbers and location. Very mediocre breakfast.

This was easily one of the best hotels in Vienna. Today it's just a shadow of the past glory. Staff is great and if it was the only thing I rate it would be 5 star rating. Other than that I must say that there is much better hotels in the area for same price. We paid around 200 € per night for two persons including breakfast. Room are outdated with visible damage to the furniture. For example there was broken shelf, broken shower. No slippers or bathrobes, no mints on pillows, small things that add a touch of luxury and were once a standard. My recommendation is to avoid this hotel until it is renovated.

Everything is great, the position is very comfortable, and in a quiet place, but the lack of tea or coffee in the room has upset.

Swank Hotel. The front desk upgraded us to a suite. Of course they get 5-stars lol! English speaking staff, perfect after the language mismatch in Prague. Located near the tram lines and a major train terminal across the road. Transfer to the airport was a breeze. There’s a box noodles and sausage stand at the corner that opens till 11pm. Excellent for supper after the operas downtown. You can walk downtown but I suggest you take the tram from near the hotel.

The center of vienna is e very good hotel. Tram and metro, super market, hospital are very close to hotel. Big and comfortable room with 100€ per day. Very good breakfast and coffee — juises 24hours free.

Amazingly luxurious, everything you need either in your room or right downstairs. Bar serves delicious cocktails and the included breakfast in our package was a sumptuous buffet with plenty of option. We only had one night here but I wish we'd had a week, the room was grand and made us feel like royalty!

My husband and I stayed 6-9th April. There is nothing I can fault about this hotel. Staff at reception extremely helpful & welcoming and a big shout out to the young men serving behind the bar… the great asset to the hotel.

A great hotel! The staff were very friendly and caring. I highly recommend this hotel which is much cheaper than in the hyper Center! Only 10 15 min for a good Walker! Rather 20 for a quiet stroll to the city center! For the others there is the tram right in front of the hotel as well as a metro stop with direct access to the airport!
A Lidle and a Burger King at 2 min for 2 3 races even if the room service is super good!

This is a four star hotel which deserves a high rating for value for money! Plus: — Clean and inviting rooms with comfortable beds and space to work. At least my room was also fairly quiet despite facing a street — Varied and tasty breakfast buffet — Nice sauna area with regular sauna, steam room and showers — Friendly service from all the staff I encountered! Minus: — Location is OK, but not optimal if you are a tourist and want to be in the middle of it all. It takes 15-20 minutes to walk to the center of town, although there are public transport options. On the other hand, the airport train station is located only three minutes away — The gym is tiny and with only a few cardio options and no strength training equipment. Had I had time to work out this might have induced me to rate 4 stars.

Had booked an executive room on the top floor. Very spacious, great bathroom with bathtub and extra shower! Breakfast very good and extensive. The executive room also had access to a private lounge on the 7th floor where a small breakfast buffet was also available in the morning. Here it was very quiet and pleasant!

A great seminar and Congress Hotel. The location is ideal in the vicinity of the expressway — and road stations and 10 min walk to Vienna's city centre. The food is perfect. Service very nice and effort:)

The luxury is there, huge entrance hall very large rooms, hearty breakfast and personal listening. Spend a very good stay.

What a romantic getaway? Or maybe a family trip? Everything can be in this hotel. Even if you have pets also have a place in this hotel. Even so, it is quiet and elegant. The staff very attentive at all times. In the bar next to the reception you can eat or just take something. In the room you can take a tea or coffee free of charge, the only drawback is that you have to go down to reception to get the coffee or the tea bag.

I was in the House during a meeting. The staff were friendly and helpful. The meeting rooms were technically well equipped. I can recommend the location for events…

Brilliant Hotel very well communicated with the centre, the tram and the metro stop is just 100 metres from the door of the hotel and if you want to go walking are about 20 minutes walk from the opera house. The rooms are large and are very well preserved. The rooms are large and bright. The hotel staff is very friendly and gives all sorts of explanations about the points of interest to visit Vienna. Very recommendable price-quality relationship.

I was very pleasantly surprised by this hotel. It is a very modern, clean hotel right next to Belvedere. The rooms are very spacious and the staff very helpful and polite. Recommended.

Great apartments on a high level, cleanliness is capitalized, absolutely to the next owner, perfect holiday-no matter if alone, as a couple, as a family and also with dog, absolutely recommended.

The room was very nice and comfortable. Bed and bathtub But really the hammer, good way out!
Unfortunately the towels changed daily which is absolutely unnecessary and not standard! In the bar there are apparently two categories of guests: (Staff in order for this price I expect more professionalism throughout the house!
Wellness Area I can not say anything — the breakfast may not be so good that it is worth the price!

The location is about a 10 min walk from downtown! It’s beautiful when you walk in but the rooms need a little bit more love and care. Besides that, their breakfast is amazing! Totally worth the pricy amount of 25.00!

Austria Trend Savoyen is always my preferred option whenever i'm going to Vienna. Responsive and friendly staff, excellent breakfast, spacious rooms, location ideal for city trips.
Something negative? Yes, that the stay is always too short :)

All good, but soap fell down, all of a sudden, when I was in the shower, with my eyes closed, and it hit my foot. I’m okey, but it could have been painful, as soap is supported by a metal piece. No screws, no glue… details are what make the difference between good and excellent.

Very good hotel, located close to the center of the city. Room spacious and comfortable, likewise the bathroom. There is a bidet in the bathroom. One of the dispenser of liquid soap (just the sink) was empty. You are finished hang up the phone and already had people knocking on the door of my room, to replenish the liquid soap; excellent!

A very good hotel, spacious room and clean, good service and very attentive. Modern facilities and buffet breakfast plentiful and of high quality (if you want a glass of Colacao you must ask the camarer@). Very good experience, and also is connected to the center via tram number 71 or 15/20 min walk. Others 5 min walk to the right there is a shopping centre where you will find a Lidl by you if you need to make a few purchases of urgency. 3 min walk towards the left side of the hotel on the same avenue Renweg is a restautant typical called Salm Brau with a warm excellent typical dishes austrians, plus they have a letter in Spanish. A greeting.

A very nice hotel. Luxurious and very nice. Curtious staff and a nice (although a bit expansive) breakfast. Located in a great spot in the center of town, walking distance to attractions and restaurants. I really enjoyed myself there.

A big old hotel that somehow manages to maintain its quality. Good size rooms, well maintained, great location next to the beautiful botanical gardens and ready waking access to lovely parts of the city.

Very quiet. The treatment of the employees is excellent. The breakfast is disappointing. Everything else, all perfect.

The Hotel was very close to the centre of the city. I have been twice a guest and both times had a great time. The rooms are new and well cared for, definitely clean and equipped. Relatively expensive Minibar. There is a fitness room and for those who like me to run are offered different itineraries in the city from the hotel on a brochure in the room. Recommended. If I go back to Vienna I would definitely stay here again.

Although not Central… you can get there easily… near the tram stops! A few steps from the Belvedere… very clean… quiet… staff available… x an Italian is not advisable breakfast… too expensive!

Great location just 10 minutes walk from the centre of the city. Five minutes walk from Belvedere. Great brewery pub on the road to town. Only about 6 or 700 yards from S Bahn station. Hotel clean and a little business like but still great for a city Base. Would definitely visit Vienna again and stay at this hotel.

The hotel is fairly centrally located. The U — and S-Bahn, tram and the bus should be used in the immediate vicinity.

Terrible experience. Some one broke into my room (I have a picture showing the broken door) and the manager refused even to apologize for the fact. Unbelievable behavior at what is considered a high level hotel.

Nice and modern hotel. I stayed just for one night and didn't really use a lot of the facilities, so I can not judge on them. Breakfest buffet is just perfect. Nothing to complain about here. Internet access was very fast and was included in my room rate (even though some other commenter down here reported different). The room looked really nice. Just like any other modern 4 star hotel you can find anywhere.

Good hotel in a convenient transport availability. Several supermarkets. The rooms are spacious, clean. In-room Wired Internet. Small criticism to harvest a few times instead of dirty glasses brought nothing. There is a good café with breakfast:).

A great hotel, while not in the centre of the city, it is only a 10 minute stroll into schwartzberg platz. Amd from there, everything is so convenient! The rooms are big, clean and comfortable, the staff are lovely and there is a nice buzz in the bar at night. We haven't eaten food here and think €23 each for breakfast is a bit much as you can go into any of the coffee houses and get breakfast for half the price! Hotel is very easy to find! Just get the S train to Rennweg from Wien Mitte and the hotel is just across the road! Book a massage while you stay also! It is fabulous and not overly expensive! We loved this city.

Loved it! Hotel staff VERY courtious and friendly, rooms clean ans confortable. Hotel a bit far from main attractions, but thats OK as it keeps the neighborhood quieter. It has CLASS! A must return for the wife and I. Save money and buy a 3 day transit ticket. Much better way (and it 's safe! ) to get to the various attractions.

Less than 100 metres from the line or the S-Bahn (tram) that in 5 minutes (3 stops) leads to Wien Mitte, from there it goes anywhere, even at the airport.

Technically the hotel has not convinced me. Air conditioning up to 27 degrees shuttled up, read what only solved after a night. The atmosphere was very pleasant and the earthy shades meet my preference. The question was disappointed after a room with a view, which did not exist the plain in the allocated room. At least there was no road out but. The Belvederegarten behind the hotel would have been nicer. For this, I've been running there in the morning. By the way, how many other Vienna also.

Large, clean rooms, comfortable beds, buffet breakfast and friendly staff. There's even a coffee maker and free Internet in the room (in the lobby exists however the latter), then it would be worth me 5 star rating.
