Reviews of a&o Wien Hauptbahnhof
We stayed at this hostel as part of a college trip and I have to say it was appalling. The first night it took until 23:00 to receive our bedding, and then we unfortunately discovered bedbugs. Staff were rude and impatient towards us. Our bedroom light was faulty meaning the room was perpetually dark. The security team needs to be sacked as on our third night a security guard inappropriately touched one of the girls and then proceeded to follow many of us up to our rooms. One security man was banging on the doors and asking to come in. As a group of girls, this was incredibly scary and left most of us sleepless as we were afraid they would try to enter our rooms. Our trip advisor emailed management with the problems, to which nothing was done except to receive “free drinks”. This was useless as we were leaving the hostel that morning.
Nice big clean rooms. Good location to central train station. Staff were ok, not overly friendly or helpful, lots of young people staying in hotel so was abit noisy with doors banging and people making noise in rooms around, but overall a good experience, would stay here again.
It was great, as expected since I stayed there before. I only have to say that the receptionist that checked me in was not friendly as the rest of the staff is usually. But other than that, it was great!
Front office doesn’t care, even though I mentioned that room is uncleaned. They don’t care about it, that was response I got when I stayed there.
Very friendly staff! Good transport links and location, good value for money.
The room quite big, enough space for everybody.
The bathroom is clean, the kitchen where I had Breakfast was pretty ok.
The staff is more than welcoming. Recommend!
Very helpful reception staff 😀
Great location and very clean.
My absolute highlight was how quickly the employee recognized my disability, even though we were still standing in line! That he then converted our room into a handicapped accessible one was then the +++++!
All the staff were friendly and knowledgeable! If needed was immediately help there! The room was very clean and the breakfast fine!
We were with my 90 Year old grandpa there and had desires as a result, some extra (barrier-free rooms, rooms on opposite sides, …). All these were fulfilled by the staff. The rooms themselves were very large and clean. Thanks for all the effort and the great stay!
It is good for a family of 4. Location is excellent as it is next to the hauptbahnhof. They have provisions for toilet and shower.
Good location
Luggage storage service.
We had a private room for 3 nights. TV is very small so that you cannot watch it from anywhere but at only on bed with specific angle.
We expected them to clean the room. They did sweep floor and arrange my bed only first night. Throughout the stay we never had new towels and bed sheet.
Has to do with a Hotel nothing to and should not be sold via a hotel voucher. Outrageous Security act as if get condition prevailed. All in all, the worst Hotel we have ever entered.
I booked private room with bathroom, prepaid and already got confirmation e — mail.
Then I checked in almost 11 p. M. That day, staff told me there was no room left. Stunned, I never ever thought that this situation could happened to me.
The staff offered room in it sister hotel and taxi ride between hotels.
I just travel half the world, exhausted, sleepy and not in the mood for arguing. Besides I had to catch the early train next morning. Desperately except very bad proposal.
But never ever let it passed. L reported to Booking. Com which was the agent.
But worst thing happened, till now I still never get their explanation.
I've had the worst hostel experience ever in a&o in Vien. We got a room of 6 full of bedbugs! The worst thing is they knew about it and they didn't try to correct the situation. I advice you to not go there at all, you'll have a much better stay anywhere else! They didn't want to refund our 3 night-stay, even if we lost a complete day just to wash and dry all of our stuff! They didn't care about our stress through out the experience, all the rashes that we had for weeks after that, the activities we had for the day that we had to cancel to take care of that problem, the clothes that got shrunk in the super hot dryer… And I'm pretty sure, they didn't ban our room when we left and they gave it to another group of people…
Allot of noise poor standard in the rooms breakfast is out of everything no parking no cleaning of the rooms ans so on and so on.
I liked this hostel. The staff was very nice and helfull. The location was great!
Great place to stay overall. Had to wait some time for a drink at the bar at night but otherwise great experience for a first time in a hostel.
It’s was OK when I stay there in 2013. And I brought my mom to stay again at September 2018. The room is fine but the housekeeping lady knock on the door and open it immediately without asking whether is anybody still inside around 7pm. So I thought she might come around 7 pm again at next day. The funny part is the next day my mom and I was sleeping and the housekeeper comes again at 9 am in the morning and open a door asking do we wanna clean the room? Why they don’t have such a plate says Don’t disturb like normal hotels? That just so annoying.
Im surprised by all the bad reviews here. We stayed there a few days ago for 1 night and it was very good for the price. Location is perfect 3 mins walk from the train station.
room was clean and there are towels and soap and blow dryer. Also Wi-Fi and tv
its true that walls are a bit thin but luckily our neighbours werent loud and we were super tired anyway.
this is great for people who just need a room for sleeping and spend the whole day out exploring the town.
I'm here with my girlfriend right now. We haven't seen an eye for about 4 hrs. In the room it is stuffy when you make the window to ventilate on is mur noise from ddr street to hear or from any Assis making the down noise. As well as in the hotel itself, only doors are slammed and no consideration is given to others. Beds are just horrible. And at the hotline my friend was doofed when she asked for confirmation and if it is clear that we can check in at 22:30 o'clock… this is the last dirty shop here.
It is very big facility and have private rooms and dormitory. The security system is very good, every guest is provided with access cards, there are cabinets in the room to store valuables (but u have to buy your own lock) and lockers are also near reception. It is very close to HBF and very convenient to locate. Rooms are spacious and tidy, washrooms are very clean. Well managed and comfortable.
Last weekend I spent 2 nights in room 144 of the Hotels (22.06. — 24.06. ). Unfortunately, we must directly perceive in relation to the hotel a very unpleasant smell that was through the open window, do not remove. Much worse, however, is that I bugs since then, completely littered'm with stings and bites of bed! I would have placed this Information directly in the relevant Hotel, because this room should not be forgiven from my point of view, but unfortunately, you can't reach the reception by phone. I would have reported it earlier, but I went out Saturday, that it is the stings of mosquitoes (only 2), but in the course of Sunday, there were more and more bites, and then the Problem for me was clear! Otherwise, the room is ok, very basic, bathroom fine and the location good — it is fast in the center of Vienna! Nevertheless, I would recommend to rather take a couple of € more in the Hand and elsewhere to spend the night, you must have been really lucky with the room.
Frühstück war gut. Luft stickig. Fenster nur kippbar. Zimmer gros. Fernseher klein. Matratze unangenehm. Gänge gruselig und stickig. Führerinnen für den Arsxh. Vor allem Dani. Automaten inhalt zu teuer.
Good place near the central railway station! Fair price and good conditions! Sometimes it can get noisy because big groups of youngsters came here to visit Wien (from France, Italy or Austria). The breakfast is also good. This year I also discovered that the Wi-Fi is free now (last year I had to pay).
Lost hotel in Vienna, room to review, broken furniture, broken windows, an unpleasant smell upon entering, magnetic cards are first price, it deactivates every day.
Dirty hotel, all this heist on arrival (I won't mention all because there are so many things), TV the size of my hand. But its but the atmosphere.
Unfortunately, I am totally the room smelled disappointed to cat urine, the mattresses are not so clean, the TV works (we had 2 rooms and none of it work), it's used socks were still from the previous guest in the closet, and the furniture and walls are broken. At Breakfast you will be swept out almost because the staff piled up near our place the chairs on the table — it was so disgusting stopped the I to Breakfast. At the Bar, totally overworked staff, it is up to 20 minutes waiting for you at all times perceive and if you then want to have his Deposit money back, it is looked at wrong. When checking in we were informed of our room number and what time is the Breakfast times, no Hello and no Goodbye. I had booked both rooms Latecheckout (up at 14h, otherwise you have to leave until 10 p. M. The room) 10:05pm made us the maid's attention to the fact we're supposed to leave the room or Pay extra?! — after a long discussion she said we will hang a blue sign with the inscription Latecheckout at the door to to, we get to have when you check in… The more I here bad write the is my mood, so I'll end the Text here. I've been in countless Hotels around the world, but this one here, not even once. PS: Vienna is a very beautiful city.
Pretty nice place, but noice regulations are in my opinion too tight. For this kind of place rule of silent hours shouldn't start at 9 pm. Breakfast is okay.
Room correct we eat well only problem no bus parking space.
Staff are friendly. Still, the service leaves something to be desired at all corners and ends.
With 20 people standing around the counter and looking to register or take care (e. G. To buy drinking) you should be prepared to expect a waiting time of more than 45 minutes.
Next, management should consider whether it makes sense to refer to its cancellation costs despite proven illness. In my view, this is a case of force majeure and should be given a derogation.
The end of the song is: I prefer to take a few more euros in my hand in Vienna than to book this hotel again.
Hotel and plumbing clean, all very spartan furnished, no wardrobe in the room, TV just slightly bigger than a tablet. Breakfast in order, but in a hall!
The mattress bothered us the most. It consisted of plastic, which is "well suited" for a pleasant sleeping environment! Head pad and blanket also all with plastic filling. But you can't expect more on price either.
Front desk staff could be more professional and accommodating. Rooms are extremely clairvoyant. You hôrt with windows to the courtyard people outside talking, every door slamming, whether in the aisle or in the other room. If you talk on the aisle, you can have a say without leaving the room. Cleanliness of the rooms could be more thorough. The moldy silicone seals of the shower should be renewed. Breakfast is good, choice quite OK. It is very inexpensive and the close proximity to the main railway station very convenient.
Very nice hostel, but the curfew is around 9pm … a little too early … on the other hand the food is not top.
Nice clean room, not very big but the right size for the price. Really appreciate the 24 hour reception and bar.
We had room 423 first and had to perceive a very unpleasant stench. After that we moved to the EC 30 and the room was i. O. Generally the hotel is very noisy. The doors can be heard whenever they fall and you can also hear the side room. Breakfast according to the category. Staff very friendly. Parking in front of the hotel.
We've been here with the class for four days. There is nothing wrong with the room if you use the rooms simply to stay overnight, — — > no mold, running water. However, no special comfort and the beds are not pleasant with the faux leather.
In the evening there is a security outside that is basically too sensitive to the volume level, conversations in front of the hotel are not tolerated, even if they take place at a volume, so that no one is disturbed from outside. This was extremely corrosive and just unkind.
Very bad experience…
Hotel quite well located (nearpdu schloss lookout) but this is the only positive.
The rooms are extremely narrow with foul smells that never leave and follow you throughout the hotel! Even after 5 days of aeration this smell pursues you (if you want to try the adventure invest in deodorant) The sheets as well as the towels are stained and do not smell the rose either … The mattresses must be padded with rubbish given their hardness… The metal bunk beds are in danger of collapsing when the hotel is only 4 years old. The light works 1x out of 5. Room cards don't work… The curfew is at 9pm (youth hostel or retirement home? ) The meals are little varied (we had 2x right to the same dish in 4 days …). In addition, the freshness is not there. The sympathy of the team (vigils…) is more than desired. After the famous curfew the corridors are still as noisy … We had the right to a night visit (11pm) from a member of staff who insisted that we close windows and curtains (we just wanted to get the smell out…). Lunch packets are extremely expensive and not complete almost empty …
In short we will never return to this hotel.
To boycott.
One of the most budget options to stay in Vienna. I Recommend booking on the hotel's website, so it can be much cheaper.
Then the rooms are spacious and clean, but I'm just saying that our accompanying professor started screaming in the lobby because of the security…
Which is naturally surly and intrusive.
The only star here goes to the staff. The beds are made with faux leather mattresses. It was not enough for clamping bed covers and the much too small linen cloths have immediately slipped, so you lie half the night on the leather. The towels as well as the pillows smell kind of weird. As if they were med together moist and packed into the cupboard.
The whole building is extremely clairvoyant. If you have a little light sleep, you are quite wrong here.
No matter how cheap the price, it's still too much. I will certainly never book A and O again.
Very good quality for the price. Great care and service to groups of students. The breakfast is avarage.
Comfortable and clean, good location, steps from the train station.
Very cosy and very good for large groups.
Can barely write this review, the Wi-Fi in this place keeps on dying. Staff is rude. Very rude. We booked 6 people into several rooms. We find out there are only two towels per room. We asked if we can please get extra towels for the other people. They refused. Said we must pay extra to get a towel for the other 4 ppl per room. This is the level of petty behavior you have at this place.
All cool, only had to live with a girl who was always in a seizure (weed and all cases)
The rooms were not very nice. It was not very clean, the beds were super uncomfortable, (we had a double bed which kept sliding apart) the TV was tiny, the kitchen was a catastrophe (dirty, stinky, not very well equipped). It was usually quiet load at night despite a curfew. It was located directly next to central station which was perfect. The personal was friendly.
Bad in every respect: indecent food with dirty dishes and exhausted cutlery, bar on the terrace always closed, towels for half the people in the room, daily maid service absent, staff aggressive and rude. Don't give money please. Sucks. (P. S. Google entered the possibility of putting 0 stars)
My dinosaur enjoyed a lot the stay was an incredible experience.
Dirty dishes, security too arrogant, cleanliness of the rooms does not exist. Beer costs 2.50, but they charge you 3 because then you should theoretically give 50 cents back giving the bottle, but no one warns you. Very poor food.
Also privacy does not exist as security comes into the room with arrogance when she wants it.
You can not stay together in the room with friends as security will hunt you in a very short time, and if you go to smoke outside the hotel you follow without letting you talk. The walls are in plasterboard and do not allow soundproofing.
I highly recommend the stay/overnight in this place.
Fascism of the most biechoes.
Not very helpful and incompetent, the arrogant and overbearing security staff enter the rooms of the underage girls and boys without warning the teachers and violating the privacy law. Bad food and dirty dishes. Not recommended for school groups.
Real class with you!
Shower and toilet in the room for the three of us, it was also warm.
Always very happy to return!
Good overall service, without expecting anything special as it is a hostel and also very busy. Not very receptive the kitchen for personal use, good only if you are the only ones to use it.
The room was very clean. Unfortunately, the room was right next to the fire safety door. It was extremely noisy and all night. Not so good with two young children.
Hotel is a 2 star, so don't expect fancy stuff. But it has great location from autobahn as well as for U-bahn (subway). And what I liked the most is fast check out and breakfast which has many many good dishes to pick. :)
This is the second time I have been to this hotel and Feel very comfortable during my stay. The accommodation is simple but sufficient and clean. The breakfast buffet can easily keep up with larger hotels and is very rich. The proximity to the main railway station is particularly pleasant. I can only recommend this hotel and will book my next stay in Vienna, again here.
Aurelia Kundmann.
A very convenient place to stay once you find it. It's slightly hidden from the main road but about 2 blocks from the train station. The place is huge and you can easily forget you're in a hostel. Someone comes every day to clean the bathroom in the room. The rooms are spacious. The prices in the vending machine are high so get your water and snacks from the nearby supermarkets.
Friendly reception. A defective hair dryer was quickly replaced. Could sleep very well the surroundings is very quiet despite proximity to Vienna Central Station. Good value for money.
Neat, clean, good service, very good breakfast, everything very well.
I will start with the most important thing: DO NOT STAY IN THIS HOSTEL!
I have visited many hostels and this one was the worst of all in my life. I was stayed in a room 316 from 17.11.15 to 21.11.15 with a lot of people who were drank and smoked right in the room. They all night talked loudly, shouted, laughed and not allowed me to sleep. They slept with two people in one bed and not even go outside from room. The room was very dirty and toilet was clogged and the water in the bathroom did not going down. Also there was an unpleasant smell.
I would also like to add that staff even did not told how to use the various services at the hotel.
Do not stay here anyway, otherwise you will be really regret about it!
The hotel is very nice. The staff were very friendly and the room was very clean. Breakfast is good. )
Nice hotel. It is a 30 minute walk from the center. Near the park.
It can complicate the access according to the street from which it comes. It is clean, works well the Wi-Fi and the staff is attentive and helpful.
Walls were not very clean. Sound isolation from walls are low… You can follow conversations and hear when people plug in their phone charger :D also the mattresses are quite hard and pillow low and soft. That is a personal taste obviously. Aside from that the location was optimal. Very near the main station with connections to the whole city.
The A&O Hauptbahnhof hostel is in a great location (a short walk from the main Train station in Vienna, is clean, sunny, and comfortable. Beds were great. The 6 person dorm where I stayed had a bathroom and separate shower in the room. My roommates were sweet and considerate. I will definitely book there the next time I am in Vienna.
Family private room is big and clean, no extra charge for towels and linens. Nice location and staff. Though the room could have more lights.
Lights by beds didn’t work, TV could not keep volume on for more than a minute making it impossible to watch news. One of the curtains was not hung to cover the window so light came in all night long from outside. Air was stale and smelled of smoke in room and in hallways. For 86 Euros, it is not worth half of the price. The only thing this place has going for it was a very friendly staff person who checked me into this hotel/hostel. This place makes a Best Western in rural Nebraska seem like a fancy Hilton.
The first issue is that the employee was trying to cheat and take the money for breakfast saying we didn’t pay for it several times until I forced him to double check and he finally confirmed we have paid for it. We checked in the hostel and went to bed, turned off the light. After 5 minutes my girlfriend immediately jumped out of the bed saying her whole body is itching. She was full of some bites. We started checking the bud end we found the bed bugs all over it. We immediately went to the reception in the middle of the night explaining the situation. My girlfriend was itching and couldn’t not stop crying. The staff was very impolite and careless not even saying sorry. The other clients staying next to us were also shocked that the guy on the front desk offered my to put the blanket with the bed bugs I brought downstairs in the plastic beg. Everybody was completely shocked from his behaviour. He said he can’t and is not going to do anything and offered us to spend the night in the waining area seating on the chairs! My girlfriend was half naked, she was crying, we were all shocked and we didn’t even hear «Sorry». HE said the only thing he could to is to a check out for us not even giving the money back or not even assisting in finding the hotel or anything. Imagine the situation: 1. You are a tourist. 2. It’s your first day in a foreign country. 3. You are coming to the hotel paying the money. 4. You got the bed bugs. 5.
The internet did not work during half of my stay. Otherwise quite recommendable.
The location is pretty central, like about 5 min by foot from the train station. It's not at the main Street, rather hidden. It provides beds and a bathroom in each room and everything is clean. The Wi-Fi is for free but it works a bit slowly at the main times (from 6 to 8 am, and from 8 to 12 pm). You can buy a high-speed pass but you don't have to. You can go by the two underground lines "U1" & "U3" and it's only 3 stations to the Stefansplatz by the Dome of Saint Stefan.
Nice hostel next to the mainstation. The staff is friendly. There's free wlan in the hostel. The beds are comfortable. Every room has toilet and shower. The Only bad thing is, at the breakfast Buffet there's no bacon.
The room was not cleaned every day of my stay and had food crumbs and hair on the floor. The common kitchen is very small for all the guests, they could improve it. Everything else was perfect.
Close to public transportation with restaurants very close. There is a bar in the reception with a machine of pizza, coffee is you need something at night… Wi-Fi could be improved.
The hostel is not a great thing. They charge sheets, no air conditioning and the TV is not catching signal. Not very advisable.
Ladies and gentlemen,
In this post I want to talk about the circumstances in the area of security. We'll start with the pro arguments, your Security in the home: sorry, there are no. Now the cons (because there are too many, I can be Brief and give you a rough Overview in this sphere, type) : Well where to start. First of all, the Security people are completely rude and speak broken English. Secondly, The Security gates and again, and gives you a warning to get. Thirdly, the Security you can't discuss. Fourth: the total withdrawn and perceive themselves as the center of the world. (Well I can) understand it, Yes, because where else you might be not the "babo" hang out.
Fifthly, they give you the feeling that you, you eat the same would. Sounds at first glance, ladies and gentlemen exaggerated but believe me this is not a hyperbole but a fact! His eyes as wide as he would see roasted meat, and his arms so wide as if he had razor blades under the arms.
Excellent service. We receive more of what q showed the page on the Internet. Excellent cleaning. The location of easy access to the metro. Very safe. Would return to use their services. Thank you.
A&O Wien Hauptbahnhof is pretty close to the central trainstation in Vienna, but the central city is half an hour away. The room was full of nice people and looked clean. The service was fairly decent. The only downside is that the Wi-Fi is not that great if you do not purchase premium Wi-Fi.
Would have given zero star if it were possible. I'm a college student, so I'm not very picky about where I stay, but this place just sucks. From the moment you enter, there is noise around you 24*7. The hostel overall didn't seem very clean. The floor of the elevator was sticky and was not cleaned during my stay there. The rooms are small without air conditioning, and the free Wi-Fi is virtually in no existence: most of the time you can't connect to it, and on the rare occasions that you do, it does nothing. The bathroom looks clean, but smells horrible. The water in the sink smells as if they were recycling water within the building (if you know what I mean). If you are only staying for the night and heading out the next day, the location is fine, but otherwise it's going to be about 40mins if you want to go see any places. Worst of all: your BELONGINGS ARE NOT SAFE. To begin with, it's not guaranteed that you'll get a locker if you stay in one of the dorm-styled rooms. If you are lucky enough to get one of them (which is unlikely if you when you first arrive because the people who are there already would take them, and they don't have enough for one per person to begin with), you still need to be on guard. In my case, the housekeeping randomly cleaned my bed because other people checked out of the room. Yes, they don't know whose bed is whose, so they just pick whichever one they want.
I made a trip with my school for 5 days and we stayed in the hotel section of the structure. On the first day we noticed small things that bugged us out, like 3 electricity plugs in a room of 6 people and no cleaning service. Other than that, we found some nasty little bugs, but thought nothing of it. The next day we found other 4 bugs and discovered that they were bedbugs! We reported the accident to the reception where they treated the problem like it wasn't serious, they eventually gave us another room and a free drink at the bar, which was absolutely ridiculous. The problem with bedbugs is that they could have planted their eggs anywhere on your clothes or luggage and you wouldn't notice, plus two of my friends were bitten since they suck your blood while you sleep! The bites are very similar to mosquito bites, but they itch and swell a lot more, sometimes they even release pus. Moreover I had asked to eat gluten free since I have celiac disease and they had said there would have been no problem: false. For 4 days I had to eat carrots, peas and a couple other vegetables without any sort of dressing. On the last day only they prepared "gluten free chicken". I'm very perplexed by their service and I'm totally sure I will never return again.
I stay here only one night and left very early the next day. I choose here since it's location which very near to Wien hbf. The bed sheet cost 3.5 and we didn't know it. After we took the receipt and realized we try to returned the bed sheet and the staff showed his bad attitude. We said we have our own bed sheet and he said he doesn't trust. Although he returned the money back to us, he was so rude. The free Wi-Fi was totally rubbish. The bed was very dirty!
The rooms are pretty good. The shower is clean and the beds as comfortable as you expect them to be in a Hostel. Even though you're not really kn Walking distance of the main attraction, the Cathedral, you're still reasonably close to the U1 Metro line which will get you to Stephansplatz in roufhly 10-15 minutes. The receptionist we had did his Job but certainly wasn't enjoying it. He wasn't too willing to help out beyond the check in at the start.
(VIENNA) All well up on the breakfast orange juice (which was only yellow-colored water with no taste).
(HAMBURG) Despite paid and for me while allegedly reserved parking (pass by A & O) was my entire length of stay by another vehicle blocked no remedy — despite complaints.
Otherwise everything was fine.
(BERLIN) It was about as well as expected ok.
Such a high score I have given only for the reason that after 7 accommodating in this hotel did not have any objections — everything is all right. But our last use of the hotel 15.06. — 21.06. Not deserved this score because everything was wrong: when entering the room there was no bedding; we did not get the room cleaned not one day; I reserved a parking but it was not there when we arrived, …) So far has not happened, so I hope you will correct these errors.
It is close to the main and metro station; the staff is friendly and the breakfast was above expectations; Room and bathroom are clean. The only comment I have is that towels are very old. I noticed that there is no air conditioning — in the summer should be hot. I recommend. Bojana.
We attended A&O for one night in Vienna. We liked it for the proximity to the train station and the fact it was a brand name, however as backpackers in our 20s, we were definitely the odd people out. There were multiple school groups there, resulting in loud noises and running down the hall until about 11 PM, and many families playing in the lounge area. If that is the demographic you're looking to house, then this place is perfect! We also asked if there was a free tour option and were directed to a location that was closed and had noone at it. Look up the free tours yourself!
The hotel is full with groups of students. It is at night extremely loud. While there is a night service, which however does not provide the necessary peace and quiet. Want to enjoy a relaxing holiday, then you should check in somewhere else. Not to be recommended.
Rooms are very dirty, all hair and dust. The walls are painted and dirty. 6 beds in a confined space, there is no place the suitcase to store, which allowed window be opened not quite otherwise falls a fee of 200, — €. Small bathroom and also unclean.
Power appears as it would not be cleaned. Undefinable stains are on mattresses. Bed must be involved himself and there's open power cables that hang from the wall socket!
A typical party hotel, well suited for 15 to 25 years old. Anyone who want to sleep at night are to make here no eye. Also if in the hotel area anywhere signs me a night's sleep. Rumgetobe and shouting in the hallways all night. The rooms are equipped with TV and actually very expedient the bathroom is spacious with a hairdryer and shower gel. So all what you need.
Since I checked again cheap hotels search, for our customers I one for one night. The hotel's facilities from €20, and for the price of €100 for a double room, we got into a room by the curtain on 3/4 was torn down, granted free insights what has left not only light in, but also the neighbors.
It was hardly possible to have privacy, since we could hear every word from the neighbors. The doors went all night.
The far too small, extremely dark television had only Northern and Central German regional programmes on offer. (Still not einm
Al ORF, pro7, SAT1, …)
The beds are under the slippery plastic sheets… There is no way to keep the sheets on the bed.
The Internet is extremely slow. I will never recommend this hotel below customers.
I will start with the most important thing: DO NOT STAY IN THIS HOSTEL!
I have visited many hostels and this one was the worst of all in my life. I was stayed in a room 316 from 17.11 to 21.11 with a lot of gypsies/turks who were drank and smoked right in the room. They all night talked loudly, shouted, laughed and not allowed me to try to sleep. They slept with two people in one bed and not even go outside from room. The room was very dirty and toilet was clogged and the water in the bathroom did not going down. Also there was an unpleasant smell.
I would also like to add that on arrival staff even did not told me how to use the various services at the hotel.
Do not stay here anyway, otherwise you will be really regret about it!
Staff in the reception little kompedent — room Spartan established — in my no box and no shelves — are also sometimes not cleaned up and made beds — very noisy through youth groups — in my case to sleep until 1: 00 early not to think (stay 19. To 22 October 14 — good accessibility with simply — very good breakfast — bar moderate prices.
Very nice atmosphere, nice bathroom and local environment. Overall a wonderful hotel for little money.
Your freemium hostel of choice, need some sheets? 3 euro, need Internet? 5 Euro per day. Food is expensive as well, to enjoy on your best bring food with you and your bed sheets.
Overall clean, simple easy place. Nothing lavish but what do you need other than a clean bathroom and room? Location is a bit sketchy, but inside it feels very homely.
Big, cheap hotel rooms, 55 cm of FlatTV with 19 programs, beautiful small bathroom. For smoking something inconvenient, because the paths of the rooms to the lift and down can far since.
