Very nice hotel and place.

Clean spacious room, king size bed with comfortable pillows. Quiet with very friendly helpful staff. Breakfast was delicious with variation of breakfast options.

Definitively not a 4 star Hotel. Don't count on getting onsite parking, it is usually full. Had to park at IZD tower across the road at 62 euro for 2 days… Breakfast surprisingly ok. No restaurant on site. Wi-Fi not too bad either. Aircon in the room makes more noise than it is actually cooling.

Very nice hotel, very tasteful breakfast. Rooms are big and comfy, big screen TV. Parking places are limited, if you arrive to late you park on side roads.

Super Hotel, hardly anything to say, little things, such as the number of coffee cups at breakfast.

Good hotel, large room, but shower only in the bathtub. Only 2 rooms with separate shower in the hotel and one with facilities for wheelchair users, but all 3 were full when I arrived. Individually adjustable Airconditioning works great but is noisy. Great breakfast with lots of healthy choices and good service, especially at the reception desk.

Stayed in the winter, when I was at the conference and had to live close to Vienna center. The hotel is pretty shabby, design style — "my grandmother in the village", carpets were stained, the pillows are so large and hard that I woke up every day from neck pain. Breakfast every day the same type, but varied and you can eat well. The Parking was free. In summary — cheap and cheerful.

He really enjoyed staying here. Room was cleaned. Staff very helpful escpecially Mr Peter night shift. 1st time here. Thanks.

Below average for a 4 star hotel. Our room was satisfactory without any frills. However I was disappointed to discover the gym only opens at 8am (no possibility of a workout before work! ) and only has 1 treadmill. The bar service was also very poor. The bartender was unable to make a margarita, even though we established she had the ingredients. We then ordered a "martini" and were served straight vermouth rather than the standard martini cocktail (i. E gin or vodka with vermouth). The staff could benefit from more training!

Clean rooms.
The only point to improve is the shower, where the screen is very small and the water comes out.
It has facilities for wheelchair users.

It is a modern hotel, very nice and modern. The rooms are spacious and the bed is comfortable. The breakfast was great and the rooms were very clean. Very suitable if you go to the one city.

Very clean Hotel with free underground parking. The rooms are very spacious and the staff at the hotel are always friendly and helpful. The metro station is a 3 minute walk really close.

My family of 4 stayed in the "Junior Guest Suite" which was nice, spacious and over looking the UN. We utilised the underground garage which was secure and had plenty of parking. The hotel is well located and offers a good breakfast with many options for both Europeans and North Americans alike.

These guys are advertising their room with parking which is not true, and if you are driving there dont hope that staffs here will help you with anything as they barely greet you when you walk in.

Lovely hotel with very helpful and friendly staff. We were able to check in early when we arrived after 18 hours of flights to get here. Much appreciated! Great food both at the breakfast buffet and the restaurant. Our room is clean and comfortable. We would highly recommend the Park Inn, Uno City!

Simple hotel in a nice location. Nothing fancy here, but a great value. Friendly, English speaking staff. Daily breakfast. They have a bar with limited snacks, no restaurant. Rooms are very large and air conditioned.

Very poor in terms of accommodating disabled, they have 2 disabled parking bays that were taken up by non disabled people. We talked to them about this and they refused to help. Parking is not good in this area and the hotel parking was one of the reasons for us choosing this hotel. Also there was a drainage smell in the bathroom and Wi-Fi did not work in our room. Breakfast was good and the room was good. We won't be back.

Ok hotel will never set the world on fire, clean, polite staff and helpful but the air on in the room is terrible and my room was next to the bus stop so could not open the window and it was like a sauna by morning! Ask for rooms above the second floor …

Very comfortable and clean Hotel. It is true that the rooms do not reflect the décor of a 4 star hotel, but they are spacious and clean. I compared so many hotels to different prices and locations and I have to say that at that price I was not disappointed… Vienna is very expensive and you can not think to get away with little (medium) and wait so much… Good and plentiful breakfast, convenient to the underground garage and staff friendly and helpful… which does not hurt for Vienna and the Viennese… Now I understand what I was reading in other reviews…

Classic Business hotel located on the modern island in the middle of the Danube. The Metro is not very close.

Pleasant, small hotel opposite the United Nations city with excellent transport connections by Metro right opposite. The parking garage is suitable only for experienced drivers — but all in all we come back like.

Excellent breakfast, big rooms. Parking can be full, but there is a free parking in front of the hotel. 5 stations by U-bahn to the center.
