Good location and just next to the subway station and tram stops right in front of the hotel. Reception staff very helpful. No meals available other than breakfast. It would be nice if they could provide iron and ironing board to guests when needed. Clean and good size rooms.

My family and I have a really good impression of the whole services in the hotel thank you and I hope to be back soon.

Good location but not ready as a hotel. When I come at evening, the air conditioner at my kid’s room was problem but no technician on duty in the evening and no solution from frontdesk, can’t move to another room beacuse the hotel was full at that time. In the morning, no seat available at restaurant for breakfast. All seats fully occupied by all guests, number of seats not enough to support all the guests when the hotel fully booked.

Very nice hotel, absolutely fulfilled our expectation. Rooms modern and clean, reception with very friendly staff, breakfast, excellent for everyone. Price performance is right.
We can only recommend to others.
Only a small improvement: From the outside the hotel is difficult to see, as is the entrance, but this is really only a small thing that absolutely does not weigh.

We stayed at the Simms's Hotel nights in the Easter period taking an offer on secret escape, great cleanliness of the room and well organized, breakfast for all tastes!
Convenient to the subway about 5passi taking the U3 in 10 min You are in the center, opposite there is also a great brewery and next to a coffee maker.

Clean, tidy, well priced, indifferent staff, good breakfast, clinical decor (think of an EasyJet designed hotel). Located next to a U bahn stop so is great for exploring; there is nothing to see where the hotel is located.

After we noticed that we received the wrong room category, we passed the info to the reception. Such a mistake can really happen, just a pity we didn't get an apology for it. However, we still received the right room afterwards.
Double bed were two pushed together beds on wheels. Heating and ventilation difficult to regulate.
Breakfast was ok but nothing special.
Cleanliness of the room and transport links were top! But not the best quarter in Vienna.
For a 4 star hotel we expected more.

Cosy, quiet and cheap hotel with friendly staff. Clean rooms with nice bathroom. Parking directly under the hotel for a reasonable fee. Will definitely stay here again if we are in Vienna! A note for breakfast: very good and plentiful and the breakfast coffee tasted us! It's a strong, good bean coffee!

Price performance top, about 4km from the center, but the tram stop is right outside the door, next door is also directly the subway. So you're very fast in the city center. The hotel is cozy and clean, the staff very friendly. The breakfast buffet is varied. All in all, I would book it again.

Slightly expensive, but there are always good offers.
Room ok, practically furnished. All nicely clean and modern. Safe with integrated socket and mini fridge available.
Breakfast delicious, only the coffee was terrible and on the second day bread and rolls were not quite fresh anymore.
The area is not exactly nice, but in the immediate vicinity there is everything you need and you can get quickly into the city, as the nearest subway runs right next door.

Good location but no breakfast!

Quiet, Clean and new. Breakfast good. From AirPort good Rail connection and with city center there is the U-bahn just beside the hotel.

A good modern Hotel without many frills. It's fine as a base to visit the city as it's metro and tram very close. Indeed in front of the hotel. For those who come with a private car just take a stroll in the surrounding streets to find free parking.

Not in the downtown, but metro and tram are next door. Breakfast is ok. Room is ok. You have a bar opposite with good dinner.

Clean, quiet and convenient hotel, just a few meters from the metro station "Zippererstraße", about 10' from Vienna city center (Stephansplaz). Very good service, polite and friendly personnel, very satisfying breakfast. There is also a super market near the hotel.

The Room was clean and there was everything you need. The Hotel is not located directly in the Centre, but this is not a Problem, as you can get to everything by metro and tram, which depart directly from the Hotel. Supermarkets are also just a few Minutes "walk away. The Breakfast was good in Choice and Quality but nothing special, which you can not expect at the Price.
All in all, a clear Recommendation!

Well located, easily accessible from the Airport, the most necessary Shops such as a Supermarket or a Drugstore Market are in the immediate Vicinity. A metro Stop is also right next to the Hotel, as is a Tram Stop. Breakfast is good Average so everyone should get fed Up. I would recommend the Hotel without hesitation.

Everything fit for us. Extra Praise for the Breakfast Buffet. Delicious! We were only 1 Night, but have nothing wrong. Room was clean but the Gap between the Mattresses was too large.

Centrally located to the Metro station Zippererstraße. After a few Stops, you are centrally located at Stephansplatz.
The Hotel itself is well maintained and functional. Breakfast fine. For Coffee Drinkers, the coffee on offer is not a Treat.
Overall, however, the Accommodation in Is fine due to the price/Performance.

Unfortunately as a frequent business traveler this is not living up to expectations. The breakfast could improve in quite some areas. Maybe employ an actual chef responsible for the breakfast buffet? With a small effort it can be made much tastier. No iron or iron board available for ironing shirts. The staff daytime did not give the best impression (a smile goes a long way) and the Wi-Fi disconnected on several occasions. Otherwise the rooms were very nice and location excellent. Pricing is fair too.

Nice hotel, rooms are clean, the only feature of the ceiling is the usual concrete on top of the varnish. It's unusual to watch.

If you arrive by car you can park in the P + R Erdberg very very cheap and go directly to the subway to the hotel. (2 stations)

We were really very satisfied with the stay in Simms. We had the Suite in the 8. Floor, which has a wonderful view. The Breakfast, the cleaning and the location is just top. Right next to the metro Station, which is within 10 minutes to the Stephansdom.

Hello, My wife and I were at the 07. — 08. November in Vienna, a service of the ÖBB, We spent the night in the Hotel Simm's spent with Breakfast, and we were excited! Hotel room, bathroom, Breakfast and otherwise, for this price all the attention! Persional friendly, fast and courteous Breakfast very good offer All in all thumbs up! As it is for me only a short break was from 15.10. To 18.10.15, however, I am utmost satisfied. When I say now, on everything, … then, it corresponds to the truth, without Details. Nice hotel, close to the metro station! The room has a minifridge, Hairdryer, air conditioning! We settled in the room at 10 am, what I previously asked. Breakfast paid for ABRO. The bathroom is large with separate shower. On the wall LCD TV Loewe.

Cossy, clean and new otel we love it. Also it has good breakfast.

Excellent access by tram or metro to the city centre, not needing to stay in the historic old town. Rooms are simple and comfortable. Only have breakfast in the hotel.

I am so glad by chance on this Hotel came to be. I travel for a room in the upper floors to be confirmed and already 10 minutes later came by E-Mail confirmation that we have a room on the top floor, just class of Service. Also the rooms are comfortable with great shower. The Breakfast was also better than expected, super fresh fruit salad, scrambled eggs, fresh vegetables and much more, so we looked forward each Morning to the Breakfast. Also the transport links are great to reach 10m across the road and down in the Tram or the subway. We are sure in any case soon again in this Hotel to go, because it is inexpensive and very modern.

The best hotel I liked during my austria visit not only the staff was helpfull but the facility is the best in the industry I would suggest this hotel to everybody.

Very good, friendly hotel. Subway and tram 71 to the city and central cemetery next door, opposite. Wi-Fi easily. Breakfast, dinner, plentiful and well around the corner. Caution: There Sunday 21: 00, order curfew until no later than 20: 00. Post Bank next door, society one block further. On request "lactose-free milk" was now friendly eigegangen. Advantage: The well-known punks from Viennese waiters here not to be found. Thank you for kindness.
