One of the Best Hotels in Vienna,, Very accessible. Right across to Main Train Station. Large area, Best selection of Breakfast, Polite and helpful staffs.

Only plus is the location which is close to the main train station. Booked for 3 nights, upon check in we were not asked for a credit card, the next morning we went for breakfast and unable to charge back to the room. We had to pay before being seated. When the room was serviced, shower soap was not replenished, so on last day no soap to shower. There was seating outside for dining but no tables made up. We had to get the place mats, napkins ourselves.

It's super! Everything was super! Cleaned and staff.

Very nice reception in the hotel, it's not better! Perfect location, clean enough large room, just fits everything!

Very centrally located * Friendly people * Good breakfast * Super wine at the bar.

Eat it, also because of Corona. Service great, friendly, attentive. Clean and well maintained rooms. Just one, for my longer stay in Vienna.

New and very modern Hotel, rooms are tip-top, the Executive rooms in the 18th century. Floor with wonderful views, a Nespresso coffee machine and Minibar incl. Great Spa in the 19th century. Floor with views over Vienna, very friendly and helpful staff.

For professional reasons spend the night a number of times here. The equipment is modern, the rooms are spacious and, depending on the category of small Annämlichkeit are provided. The Breakfast is super, that Service To be courteous, friendly and helpful.

Extremely convenient location for train travellers, right next to main train station.

I have e mailed couple of times in regards to a reservation I have made. I suffered an accident and Amy has been nice to reply but told me. The General Management cannot help me. My reservation number is 158730817055 and I find really surprising the unhuman way of reply as other hotels from Accor where I have my reservations as well were truly kind to help me.

I booked the hotel for 2 nights 25th Dec and 26th Dec 2018. I made a human error while booking online (Accor app) and accidentally chose November instead of December. The hotel hasn’t responded to my 4 emails and 2 phone calls since yesterday. I am not asking for cancellation or refund, I simply want to correct my fat finger error and change the booking to the same dates but in December. I am happy to pay any tariff difference. This hotel is only 200m from the back entrance of the Main Railway Station. Room was spacious and clean. All staff made the stay stress free by being friendly and accommodating with any request. Recommend this hotel to anyone who needs a hotel close to the Station where the underground can take you all over the city. Breakfast was huge with a great selection.

Great hotel. Nice internal deco. Fab breakfast though the breakfasts are the same every day. Will be really fantastic if the breakfasts could be more varied. Friendly staff.

Great place to stay in Wien! Close to the main station and close to the city center. In the hotel there is a reAlly nice restaurant, a small gym at the top of the building with and awesome view.

This place is super clean and very comfortable after a long trip on a night train. Friendly and flexible staff. Very convenient location.

A good hotel just outside the hauptbhanhof main station. It’s adjoining its sister concern ibis. The staff is very helpful and always smiling. The rooms could had been better and bathroom doors a re complete fail apart from that they charge 8€ for room service which is ridiculously high for a wok which cost 11-12€. Its well accessible and 10 minutes away from Belvedere palace. My experience is 4* out of 5.

Perfect for traveling with small children. 15 minutes away from the airport by train. Close to a lot of takeaway places for those early nights in the hotel room when the kids are asleep. Could’ve been more efficient in cleaning the rooms. Usually they weren’t done at 14-15 when we came back to the room for a breather.

Excellent Hotel. Clean modern rooms. Friendly and helpful staff. My kids and I stayed 10 days and we really felt like home. The location is superb as you are only 3 stops away from the city center and lots of shops and Imbiss Buden within the train station. Would definitely recommend and stay again there when visiting Vienna.

Impressive what has been done by the city of Vienna and the ÖBB here! A colorful mix of shopping mall, restaurants of Asia angry meat loaf seppi, and everything is squeaky clean, open and yet you feel safe by Security and police presence. Great.

It was a very bad experience with this hotel as during breakfast my bag was stolen from the breakfast area and the security cameras were not working. The staff was not helpful at all and they were behaving like nothing happened. It is a very unsafe hotel for family with kids as everyone can come into the hotel and still your kid or your belongings and no one will say anything. They are not prepared to take care of these kind of things and they should be, cause the metro station and train station is near by and people can still and just run to the train station without any trace as the cameras are not working at all.
