Great hotel, room with modern interior, very spacious. The bathroom is gorgeous. My room overlooks a beautiful, green patio. Very close to the metro, tram and railway station.

2nd time I have stayed at this hotel. Enjoyed my stay both times.

So good hotel clean room and spacious. It’s great choices for families and adults. The staff are friendly and helpful with greeting welcoming and the atmosphere is comfortable.

Certainly gives better hotels with value for money in Vienna. Would book another hotel next time. Cleanliness could have been better, minibar empty, Next subway at least 10 min. Bleak except the castle of course.

Very good location if you are arriving by train and a good location to say into the main area for the sites or to visit the surrounding area for food and drinks away from the main tourist areas. Rooms are nice, quiet and clean.

A few finishing touches would make this a better stay. Quiet, clean and comfortable otherwise.

We had a most pleasant stay in Pakat Suites Hotel… very helpful staff. Room was amazing… daily cleaning. Change of towels etc. Very quiet room, specious… air conditioning. Certainly recommended!

Great Hotel in good location for downtown, in a quiet neighbourhood, with nearby Metro. Modern, clean, spacious and quiet Suite. Very welcoming and helpful reception staff, especially Marcus. Possibility of covered parking in the basement.

The hotel was clean and nice. It's a 10 minutes walk from the metro and in the freezing snow it was unbearable. The worse thing is that they charged us *8 Euro* for some simple tea cattle, cup and some tea bags! (the room was empty from any beverages: no coffee nor tea)

Basically, the hotel, in which I spent two days without overnight in a seminar, is very pleasant. The service staff is very friendly, but they do not see the need. There were just a small bottle of juice in the seminar at each place, a bottle of mineral in every second place and no substitute drinks anywhere in the room. The milk for the coffee was empty after the lunch break and not refilled just as the juices were aisgetrinken and were still empty there. On request, everything (including spare drinks) was provided. So as I said, very friendly but the service orientation must definitely be edited.

If you have stayed in Vienna and are looking for accommodation I will look into this hotel, the rooms are large, The hotel has its own underground parking for which you have to pay extra. You can also have breakfast at an additional cost. The downside is the lack of hotel restaurant. I recommend.

I am on a 3 month 14 city tour of Europe, I had to go to the lobby to use the internet even though my package include free in room Wi-Fi, the connect would drop and not reconnect for days. The room was too hot, even with A/C on full it wouldn't cool the room. I woke each morning in sweaty sheets. No one was helpful or cared, they would laugh at me in the lobby at 4 am answering e-mails. In a city like Vienna this service is criminal. Was there 14/05/17 through 17/05/17

Awful experience, stay here at your own peril. Much better options at better prices, and I know Vienna quite well. The hotel is located in a non interesting areas far from downtown. The breakfast is really bad for the price, and the rooms should be cleaner. The worst thing is the staff. Rude, unfriendly and unreliable, they overcharged me and mistreated me when trying to get an explanation. I asked for late check out. Initially there was a 10€ fee but the guy in reception told me that I could stay till 2:30 pm for free (it seemed pretty empty). But when we go to check out at 3:15 pm (we got stuck on traffic) they charged me 30€! for late check out, and they would not listen to any explanation, mistreating me in front of other customers. Not any more, and I hope people reading this think twice and go some place better, there are many places with good service, food and location at better value.

Calm and clean hotel though pretty old and not renovated. Nicely situated walking distance from center of Vienna but not prime location.

Basic, clean suite — a quiet location convenient for the Belvadere Palace and the main train station (with trains to airport / European cities) I found the suites missing important ammenities; there were no robes, slippers, kettle or coffee machine. The mini bar was empty. The double bed only has single sheets.

Good size room. Separate living room. Lack of light in bathroom, impossible to shave correctly. Only 1km to main railway and metro station.

Let down by the staff. Location: I thought this was going to be too far from the sights when I booked it. It was a case of price versus convenience. In the end though it was closer than I had anticipated. A short walk from the metro, and an even shorter walk to the tram. With good weather, the walk into the main part of Vienna would have been very pleasant. We left Vienna by train. It was a short walk from an above ground train station, that was only one station from Wien Meidling. Very convenient in this regard. Rooms: The hotel feels very new (It’s about 8 years old – but well maintained) Staff: Some were friendly. In one case, the staff member wasn't concerned with anything I asked about. Would I stay again: Would depend on price rather than the hotel itself. The hotel was average in all respects. Other notes:

For a 4 start hotel it was disappointing. They send us to the 4th floor that was under maintenance (stairs covered with plastics and all messy). When we entered the room it was obvious that someone smoked there. We asked to change the room which was promptly arranged. We paid 16€ for the buffet breakfast but it was below average of all my 4 stars hotels breakfasts. Only juice from concentrated and not much variety of bread, boiled egg was raw.

Good hotel, decent transportation near by.

Very helpful staff, clean suites with all the comforts and a wonderful breakfast buffet. Unfortunately, the caption in the delicacies is missing so that people know what you think on the plate. Very quiet location. Centrally located and with the public transport you can easily conquer the city. Nice evening bar to make your day. Dogs are very welcome. Even a suggestion would be a food/water bowl and a dog blanket. All in all highly recommended!

A good hotel. Lovely large rooms, cost money. Red fish for breakfast and champagne. The convenient location is within walking distance of the Center.

It all started very nicely until we realized that the air conditioning is not really worked. Service was however not willing to compromise and just pushed the problem on the technique and that's so in the whole House. Staff has himself often wiedersprochen in the argument and tried to talk (which almost more bothered me as a broken attachment). Otherwise, we were positively convinced by the staff.
For a 5 star hotel must not be there, that the air conditioning is not working properly and you to get barely an eye at night at around 24 degrees. Therefore only 3/5 points and the next time a different hotel.
