Nice and clean new hotel in a business park near the river. Right next to the U Bahn line 2 stop.

This hotel creates quite a problematic list of non-compliance with flagged hotel standards:
1. The covid excuse: Restaurant not in operation, dated — rotten — food at breakfast buffet, no housekeeping performed.
2. The ignorance factor: when you ask for towels in day two, as they do not offer housekeeping, you wait and wait and then get them without shampoo and conditioner. Of course without: nobody is feeling the guest side of a hotel operation here unfortunately
3. The building: the building is acceptable the AC not working sufficiently and the metal hinges allow to only air such a little that it feels suffocatting.
4 manager is always in a meeting, obvioauly the busiest non busy covid times management team ever … so no way to get through to the person responsible for all that.

Great service and a terrific location!

Our second visit to Vienna and this hotel was a great choice. The corner suite room is amazing and so convenient to the Krieau U-Bahn stop!

My very first stay at this Courtyard, but most definitely not my last! The rooms and facilities are absolutely amazing. Only part better than the hotel and the accommodations are their staff! Big thumbs up to them! Every single one of them that We (my traveling family of seven) had interaction with over our four days, was absolutely phenomenal! The front desk and service staff are true professionals and know exactly what they are doing. From the moment We walked in, We …were treated like special customers and We’ve felt that way all the way through!
The staff in the lounge deserves a special shout out also. Mohamed and Christian go out of their way to look after us. We have sat outside till late and also inside of the bar. The friendly service was second to none! They should be training folks for Marriott that work at other locations! These guys have got it going! Their positive and friendly attitudes are captivating, and truth be told, we have lost track of time every night and easily stayed up beyond our usual bed time! Can I recommend this place? Hell Ya! I won’t be looking at other options my next time in Vienna. Two days from now will be a sad day when we leave this beautiful city, and more importantly, some new friends!

Large and quite rooms in a beautifully designed building.

Biggest hotel room I’ve ever seen in Europe. Bigger than our temporary apartment in Paris was. And the staff couldn’t be nicer. It’s not in the center of town, but I would definitely stay here again. 10/10.

A disappointing experience. The staff working there doesn’t know how to treat their clients. Definitely, it is not a 4 stars hotel. They make mistakes and then they don’t even apologize. Trust me, there are better options in Vienna (and for the same money).

Very modern, neat and clean throughout. Also very convenient to the transport system via Krieau station. Staff friendly, and coped with no language problems.

Location is a little away from the center. Connectivity to the metro station is fair. During booking they talk about cable TV in room, which ideally means 4-5 english channels (1 documentary and rest news). Even other things mentioned were missing. Poor stock of amenities, one has to ask for things and most are not available. Staff was nice. Breakfast spread was okay. Its a basic business hotel.

Cons: it's not in the city center. Pros: fantastic hotel with very nice interior design. Comfy beds, wonderful breakfast, great service. The nearest U metro station is a 3 minute walk. The hotel itself seats next to a beautifully desifned park.

Nice hotel with quality amenities and great location to the train station. The beds are extremely firm, pillows lack support and room temperature is quite hard to maintain as it can get very cold. Front desk staff don't like to be bothered. And no fridges in the room!

Brilliant place to stay when in Vienna. Great connections to the city. Less than a 2 min walk from the nearest metro station. Very good breakfast. Super helpful and friendly staff.

The room was very clean The hotel is not right in the central area but in a few minutes drive you can still get into the old town. Also recommended for any company meetings.

Really good food. Comfortable rooms and clean. Very close to the train station that will take you into downtown quickly. Not much to see around the area though. Overall a good place to stay.

Excellent location. Clean and comfortable rooms. Everything you need, except bathrobes. Breakfast-Buffet. Diverse. For every taste. The bar is amazing, unusual for me wine. The first time tasted Austrian white dry wine. Amazing bouquet and taste. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The Russian language does not know. German or English.

Great hotel with a really super lobby, fine lecture room and excellent catering. Our event there was very successful. Dinner was served in the restaurant which is modern and stylish and also the staff was always friendly and zuvirkommend. Everything in Alkem is a clear recommendation for events and of course also for overnight stays. Happy to be back!

The location is great not far from the bus station, from the Metro. Nearby amusement park. The rooms are modern and cozy. Everything was great. Recommend.

Very well located for MICE travellers. Especially because the main events venue is 5 minute walking distance. Compact and well equipped rooms. Decent spread for breakfast. Accommodating staff. Better Lunch and dinner options are available outside. The view towards the Lake is beautiful. Well connected with pedestrian paths and public transport.

Very impersonal and not friendly. Breakfast was better but OK! We are now a few years guests from the hotel… because my husband preferred it to the location and the Sauner area, I would prefer to visit other hotel's as I put very value on friendliness and value estimation…

The staff were very friendly and the room was very clean and comfortable. Also the bar did not convince me with the drinks. But I slept well.

For a luxury hotel you would have expected something more. Anyway, first the toilet was clogged when I arrived. Which can also be. But that the TV did not work and the drain of the sink could not be opened, I found something disappointing and strange. Has been a total of several hours until everything has been fixed since no technician has been available. So, at these prices you expect a lot more.

Not bad, especially for those who came to messe. However service is not flawless — we stayed there for 3 nights and didn't have cleaning one day. When we reported to the reception about that, nothing happened. Moreover the girl at the front desk was not polite. Selection of breakfast was poor. If you don't have it included, my advise would be not to take it at all. However if you decide to have lunch at their restaurant, burger is worth trying.

New hotel near Messe Wien and U2 station. Very bright and nicely decorated. On weekdays there is business lunch from 11:30 — 14:00 pm.

For a house that is called a luxury hotel for my feeling in the public area too spartan, not to say easy. As a meeting room in order, albeit for my feeling too decentralized. Apart from the expensive garage there is no outdoor parking.

Very close to the Prater, one of the oldest amusement parks. Hotel is very nice too.

Cozy, very clean, quiet, large spaces and hidden corners, full of spaces to accommodate groups of people. Staff courteous and polite. Rooms are large and comfortable in the style of Marriot. The breakfast has a full buffet of dishes of good quality. It has a parking which is chargeable. On the weekend we recommend that you park your car outside because the parking is free.

Room large and clean. Staff friendly. Breakfast delicious and extensive. Good location for the fair. Little commandments in the vicinity. Free Wi-Fi is slow.

Great and modern hotel with nice beds and plenty of breakfast. Parking costs per night €20 but this is still favorable for the parking situation. Free coffee and tea in the room and the breakfast is 4 * * * * worthy. Fresh Buns! No Aufbackware!
I was here at seminary in the hall KRIEAU2, the seating and tables were not consumed and the technology also usable. The snacks were delicious and fresh. The coffee tastes good.

Very Nice place to stay. Our overall experience was quite good. We stayed there for 3 nights. Breakfast was quite energetic and to many options to choose from the menu. Rooms are very clean and nice view from rooms. I liked it.

We stayed 3 nights in this hotel and everything was perfect. Great Fitness area. Rooms were very clean. Excellent value for money. For families the Vienna Prater can be reached in 10 minutes by foot through a beautiful park and the subway in 5 minutes. Very central location.

Responsive personnel, great room (granted, they gave me a complimentary upgrade), affordable room rates, great breakfast.
On the minus side — location. The bus to the airport runs only once an hour, the train only twice an hour, no ticket office in the Krieau station.
No complimentary bottled water in the room.
Lobby remodeling did not help.

Excellent hotel if staying in Vienna. Only steps from the U-Bahn, fantastic breakfast and friendly, helpful staff. All at a price that can't be beat. Highly recommended.

This is a truly lovely hotel. It is clean, modern, with beautiful and extremely cosy rooms (rooms have an armchair and a desk) and a proper full gym on the top floor. Breakfast is included and there is a very good variety of cheese, fruit, bread, yogurt and eggs. Excellent coffee too and helpful, polite staff. Location is good too with easy access to the underground. Closest stop Krieau. That's about 5 minutes away if not closer. You can go anywhere from there. Enjoy.

Very clean and new looking building with easy access to convention center and short walk to Danube boardwalk. Rooms are new and clean.

Loved this Hotel. Everyone was so nice all the staff. The beds are just the most compfortable. The breakfast was great. The spa just out of this world.
The location to the prater was soo close. The u bahn was just a couple of steps from the front door and so easy to get to down town and pretty much any were in Vienna.

Very bad experience as the Hotel 4days cancelled prior to the scheduled stay because of alleged Overbooking. And already paid my stay was reserved but already about half a year before. Here, you will be thrown in favour of a later book of guests who pay more. Absolutely outrageous business policy.

Very nicely furnished hotel, also the outer 1. Eindruck is fantastic. Surrounded a small water system, and as soon as it is dark green and lighting. Very close to the Prater amusement park & the Park, but it has its peace. The hotel room is very clean and modern. At the reception there is W-LAN and also the fitness & wellness offer is madness. And last but not least: breakfast! So a huge selection, I've never seen, there's the price-performance ratio definitely wrong! Enjoys it, bruncht early nicely and then off to the city. Thank you Vienna it has my 20. Geburtstag enchanted! We will come back…

Without having high expectations of Marriott hotels based on stays in North America, the Courtyard Wien Messe is disappointing. First and foremost, staff seems to be completely overwhelmed and as a result is not attentive at all. Also, for a business hotel, I would expect there are at least power outlets in the lobby, lounge, or restaurant area. You may find two or three and would have to lie your power cord across the floor. On top of it all, my room has not been cleaned and it needed me to remind the front desk twice on the same evening. Definitely not staying here again.

Unfortunately I have a very bad experience with this hotel. Despite booking reserve ration and credit card guarantees in advance, our guests did not get their rooms on a late arrival, due to a "booking mistake". I not book this hotel again, due to their unreliability and their bathroom trouble management wants. Unfortunately, I have bad experience with this Hotel. In spite of the reservation confirmation and credit card guarantee in advance of our guests had to be accommodated on arrival due to a "booking error" in another Hotel. I will not book here due to the unreliability and poor complaints management.

It was 1 year ago. Wünderschönes Hotel. Unfortunately we could not use the Spa facilities, since it is only from a certain time in operation. Also, the Wireless was not for free, what is the not cheap price already a little naughty. The morning food was very good and the staff friendly. As the previous speaker has already said, the transport links are also ideal.

Very hospitable, fully equipped and comfortable rooms; tidy, neat and refurbished. Great service all around the clock. Simply a lovely experience!
