This hotel is in a perfect location for sightseeing. We were in the suite which has a tiny terrace you can walk out on to check the weather and have a view of the Opera House. The rooms are very big and comfortable. The only criticism of the large open bathroom is complete lack of privacy. Also the toilet is in a separate little room with no sink! That being said, the tub is a great place to relax after a long day of sightseeing.

This was a lovely hotel in a very good area right on the Ring Road (Ringstrasse), one block from the State Opera House. Excellent restaurants and shopping all very close by and walkable. We had a spacious room with Juliette balcony. Bed was comfy. Try the Gruner Weltliner white wine while in the region!

Amauris Hotel in Vienna has set a new standard for exceptional hospitality during my business travels. The spacious and well-appointed rooms, combined with the delectable breakfast options, made my stay truly memorable. While I'm not typically a fan of local cuisine, the hotel's staff, particularly Mr. Valentin and Mr. Georg, were incredibly accommodating and helpful. The chefs' culinary expertise resulted in an unforgettable breakfast experience that left me thoroughly satisfied.

The absolute best with a tiny bitter aftertaste. This hotel is truly amazing in so many ways, from the magnificent rooms to the impeccable service and fantastic and, I mean, fantastic food at the restaurant. The spa area is just a gem with a hotel this size in the middle of Vienna with an oasis of calm sporting a sauna and steam room with a good-sized little pool/jacuzzi The bitter aftertaste… We left a bunch of clothes in the closet.

Good hotel just across the main train station. The rooms are quite small, but comfortable. It’s a great option if you’re arriving or leaving by train. I Didn’t have the breakfast so I can’t really speak for it.

This hotel was lovely. I would definitely recommend! I came to Vienna on the train. The hotel was a 2 minute walk from the main station. The location was ideal. My train was delayed so the journey had taken longer than expected. I was so relieved to hear that the room had a kettle. I was ready for a cup of tea! The lovely lady on reception got me some fresh milk to take to the room. Which I was very much grateful for. The room was perfect, I’d paid extra for a city view. I didn’t regret this.

We visited the beautiful Vienna for short two nights (wish it was longer). Best of this hotel is it’s cleanliness, nice small touches like chocolates on pillows, perfect location right in the center of the city, plus it’s 5-6 minutes away from the nearest metro station. Wi-Fi is good. Very nice bathroom, shower. … In case you are wondering about views from your hotel room, they are limited to the building across the street.

Stayed for a single night. We arrived in the early afternoon and were given an upgrade to a junior suite. The hotel is nice and the facilities were ideal for what we needed with tea and coffee in the room. The location is ideal for exploring Vienna as it is a short walk to the main square or to the nearest U station. There's also a stop for the city buses about 200m away. There's currently some building work going on along and across the street but this didn't affect our stay at all.

Nicely renovated, very clean hotel. The basic room was roomy, the bathroom spacious. Staff at reception were very nice.
Located an easily walkable distance to major bus and train stations and quite close to a metro stop.

The only issue for me was the internet connection being spotty at times. Otherwise, the room was nice and clean with necessary sustainable amenities. The location was great as well, close to both subway stations, tram stops, and the main station.

The Hotel Beethoven is great! It is a very comfortable hotel with friendly and helpful staff. The bar is a nice place to gather at the end of the day. The location is convenient to everything, especially Naschmarkt where every kind of food is available!

The bar was beautiful and had the best drinks that we had in Vienna during our stay, Marcel specifically made the bar experience so much more fun. 10/10 would recommend to spend an evening at the bar.
Other than that the room was spacious, clean and the Wi-Fi was blazing fast.

Beautiful hotel, centrally located. Hotel is older and elegant. Very modern bathrooms. The hotel staff are wonderful, always available to help.
Breakfast has many delicious choices. You can even, for a small charge, have eggs made to order.
There also is a highly rated restaurant attached so you don’t have to go far for an excellent dinner.
I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely return on my next visit to Vienna.

Great location. Good breakfast, starts at 6:30 am. Staff let us go in earlier before the scheduled time. Staff also allowed us to leave our luggage overnight for those who wanted to travel somewhere else. Thank you very much for the luggage storage.

I stayed at the Ibis Wien Hauptbanhof on a friends trip to Austria and Hungary in October, 2024. Clearly, the incentive to stay here is the proximity to Vienna's central rail station, which is exactly the reason why my friends and I booked the hotel. We stayed here a total of three different times over the course of two weeks. The check in was very efficient (although we did do the pre-check in online). The hotel is clean, has modern decor, and all the amenities one would need in a hotel.

Wonderful location, close to public transportation, restaurants, shopping, the opera house, museums, churches and many, many other sights. The bed was very comfortable and the rooms were a good size. Housekeeping made our room up quite early each day. Breakfast was included in our room rate and on offer was a buffet as well as some items that could be ordered from the menu. It was quite busy each morning.

Beautiful hotel. Rooms are incredible as well as the bath with heated floors in private toilet area. Bathtubs require a very careful entry as they are 18 inches high. They do have grab bars which most hotels do not. Have hip issues be sure to get a walk-in shower room. Their emergency alarm system, which went off at 7am, really could wake the dead. Great property in a strategic location both for the old town, which you get by walking for a quarter of an hour, and for locals and other attractions that are nearby (Belvedere, secession building, nashmarket, karlskirke, etc. ). Rooms are very large and clean, friendly and helpful staff, fabulous breakfast. A real four-star walk from the red line of the metro, the airport is reached in a flash, promoted with flying colors and recommended.

Μagnificent ambient and grandeur at the bar! You drink your wine and you have the impression that you go back in time where the Viennese aristocracy used to dine and wine! Excellent service! The lady at the bar, who is the bartender, prepared exquisite cocktails and she is very gentle and highly professional! All the staff is polite! Excellent experience!

The hotel doesn’t make a great first impression as the entrance atrium is a tad gloomy in my opinion, but there’s really not much else to complain about. My room was excellent, with a lovely view of the street below, the restaurant area has a nice ambiance, good food and great views, and the spa and gym, while fairly small, are very nicely done. The staff are all very nice as well.

Beautiful new (2 years) hotel on a secluded side street in the heart of Vienna—close to so much. Rooms are well appointed. Lights on dimmers which makes such a difference and an amenity few hotels offer. Huge, comfortable bed, although no top sheet which was surprising for this caliber of hotel. Large, plush towels, huge bathroom. Concierge was terrific in helping out with a doctor who came to our room—saved so much hassle, so appreciated.

We have stayed here many, many times. It is simply lovely. The lady at the front desk, I wish I could remember her name, arranged cake and birthday gifts for my birthday and yet more cake and gifts for our wedding anniversary. The cathedral view rooms are our favorite. The rooms are large and well equipped wtih AC and a shower and tub. Breakfast is wondeful with lots of options. They will even make an ommlete.

Our room was beautiful. We stayed in a cathedral room over looking the church and plaza. All of the amenities were lovely. We had a separate room for the commode with an extra sink. The hallway and closet were very spacious with an iron & board. Breakfast was delicious each morning. There were freshly squeezed juices and any type of coffee you asked for. The buffet included a large assortment of hot and cold items and you could request pancakes, waffles and a variety of egg options.

Absolutely top. Super nice staff. Location unbeatable. Breakfast the absolute hammer over the rooftops of Vienna.

Very good hotel in a green and quiet surronding. Very nice and clean room and bathroom. Staff is very friendly and helpful and the food and drinks are of great quality. Already my 2nd stay here!

Nice place to stay. Near to the SCS shopping mall. Front liner were good. Plus… peaceful environment. Hotel building are old but clean and spacious and everything working as it supposed to.

Overall, we had a great experience during our stay. Our room was designed to accommodate three people comfortably, featuring a single bed on the main floor—possibly a couch—and a larger bed accessible via a ladder. While the toilet was in a separate room, we found the sink and shower area to be open. For our family of three (husband, wife, and daughter), a curtain for added privacy in that space would have been appreciated.

Excellent location right beside the tram. Very good breakfast, great selection. A staff member Lola was extremely helpful and pleasant, which was great as we visited Vienna during Storm Boris, so we needed all the help we could get.

Good clean hotel and good value for koney. If you have a train to catch or come off a train, this is a perfect hotel.
