Great hotel! Got our room immediately upon arrival in the morning. Room very spacious and clean. Extra bed was very comfortable. Breakfast very tasty. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Super location in the city center, train station is within walking distance, the parking garage costs 16 euros for 24 hours — gym is there and breakfast is very extensive. You can also eat outside in the courtyard. Despite busy roads, you don't hear any traffic noise because of the very good windows, which can also be completely darkened. Staff is very nice — continue so.

Great hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Great rooms and location. Breakfast was good but the same every morning but good is good even though it can get a little old if you stay 5 nights like I did.

Excellent hotel in a good location. We stayed here as part of a self guided cycle tour along the Danube. Cycle parking is in an underground public car park. It did not look as secure as I would have liked but there were lots of other cycles and we had no problem. Hotel room was spacious, well appointed and clean. It's an easy walk into the centre of Linz.

Excellent location. Friendly staff. Room was large, light and very comfortable. Aircon a necessity and not noisy. Parking €16 but in centre so expected. Did not eat breakfast at the hotel as thought rather expensive but could have paid a reduced price had we booked it on arrival€12 instead of €18. A pleasant and welcoming hotel.

Hotel is in a great location, walking to city centre. We stayed in room 417 for one night. Very clean and comfy room. Good shower and bath. Great Wi-Fi! Reception is very friendly, help us store food in their fridge overnight. Happy to recommend to anyone! P. S. If the hotel is reading the review, please note the safe in room 417 doesn’t work.

Amazing room, lots of space and clean, very comfy and quiet. The staff is friendly and the breakfast is good, I will choose It again for working travel for sure.

A hood hotel in heart of Linz and easily accessible to commercial areas and business areas and shopping and dining areas. A good reception and neatly arranged rooms keeping in mind business travellers especially. Also closer to airport, trams and ttain stations. Also have a good coffee bar and restaurant down and a decent breakfast. Also, the hotel has luggage storage facility post check out. And lastly, a decent and well behaved hotel staff.

Very nice surroundings old town within walking distance. Room tipping. Exercise facility (24h open! ) very large with focus on cardio (Technogym treadmills, ergometer and a C2 rowing machine). But also a multi-station, small dumbbells and gymnastics balls as well as space for exercises. Breakfast very good international standard.

A very good inn, convenient, clean and economic. In the very center of Linz. I think the hotel almost hosts all the commercial visitors.

Large and modern * * * * hotel, close to the centre. Rooms look modern, practice-oriented and generous. Reception is somewhat underendowed, especially if several guests arrive at the same time.

Clean rooms, staff friendly, breakfast okay, could offer more choice. What doesn't go is when bread goes out, little minus for it. Location Perfect, city center can be said. Parking is available for a fee.

We only stayed one night, hotel is clean, nice rooms good view and very close to the city center (2min walk) all you can expect and hope for from a hotel. We also used roomservice ordering a club sandwich from the hotel restaurant, was delivered promptly and tasty.

The hostel is spacious and very clean. Rooms are big and staff is friendly. If you have right rooms on the upper floors, you have a great view to the city and church towers rising above other buildings. They also have facility to keep your luggage in their cloak room after checkout free of charge. Highly recommend.

Every time we met there it was like this, that the staff was completely overwhelmed with 20 guests and was therefore very rude, but this time it was quite different, there was enough staff there and they were nice and very fast, otherwise there is this time for 2 years the E Irst something to get upset About. If it is the next time again, I will give an even better rating.

The only negative thing I found is the fact that you are forced to take the lift because there is not an accessible staircase.

Ideal for training and Seminars. The location was excellent and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Parking is available directly in the underground garage, but is operated by an external company. Parking not very cheap, but for Linz still Favorable.

Staying overnight on several occasions is perfect for touring the city on foot. Very good breakfast Spacious rooms. Recommended.

My family and I went to this hotel last year x 3 days of relaxation, rooms are large and clean, breakfast at the top, close to the center, the only downside is the absence of staff who speak a minimum of Italian, and anyway understanding that we spoke a British ICO have not done anything x put us at ease, in fact in my opinion it was or even clumsy is fun in their eyes, we recommend to insert a person with good command of the Italian language, three stars only x this, then x the rest nothing negative.

Rooms are OK staff is super Parking in Linz is not a bargain and therefore only 4 out of 5 Stetten.

Perfect location, clean and quite place. I'm not happy with the payment attitude. They have charged me 50 euro more and after a week I still don't have the money back.

Not 4 star hotel. Definitively not for that price. Welcome card tagged with a price for the bottle of water. Strange no mini bar in the room to rip even more. Room cleaning service could be better. And something was buzzing all the time.

It already several times in this hotel, check-in + check out easy, clean, large rooms, modern — very well. The hotel is in walking distance to the pedestrian zone. Breakfast was ok, could have more selection. Wi-Fi very fast.

I have stayed at the 8.11 at Park Inn, and had to pay the full accommodation rate at check-in in advance and a deposit of € 100,. When I wanted to check out the next day, the maid was called in my presence, which should verify whether I had anything stolen or damaged the room.
The situation was embarrassing for me as a guest and I would like to stay there again, never.
I (female, academic, 68 years) felt like a criminal and discriminatory and absolutely uncommon find the approach of the staff.

I am with this hotel very satisfied! the rooms are very clean, the staff is consistently very friendly and competent. As I, after a second ceiling asked, my request is done immediately! in the morning was a very rich and comprehensive Breakfast buffet is offered, even prosecco and vitello tonnato were present. Really Breakfast from the finest! for a short stay, I'd like to take non-existing boxes and drawers in purchase, for a longer would I but a box of wishes! I was the pillows too soft, but I can well imagine, when I after a harder'd asked, I would also get one. I can this hotel be good and happy to recommend and will be going to the next "next comic" like back in the "park inn" stay the night.

Without not so easy to find Navi. Tangle of streets in the area or Around the hotel. The hotel is upscale class and recommended.

Super hotel, it is situated in the Centre of Linz. Rooms are clean, Nice. Only steam is missing, unfortunately a downside. Otherwise super :-).
