Clean, nice and modern hotel, a bit far away from the city center. I recommend it!

The room is comfortable, the bus stop right in front of the hotel exit.

The rooms are a bit odd because of the bathroom that is somehow combined with the sleeping arrangements. The food is great and the room-service also!

Very nice and well ewuiped hotel.

Very friendly service. Rooms modern, large and well equipped. Very clean and tidy. Breakfast adequate, with fresh fruit, various rolls and a good selection of toppings and sweet. The location is at an intersection, but you can hardly hear anything about it in the room. Bus stop is nearby.

Reception could be more polite. Good food! Price _ Performance fits.

I do not recommend to use this hotel. They had serious cooperation problems with my travel agency. The hotel wasn't able to invoice the travel agency even there already was funds provision. The hotel staff treated us like criminals. I am very disappointed. Even my travel agency tried to take care of the matter by phone, but the hotel didn't want to make any cooperation. Reply for the hotel: Dear Franz Zehetner, my travel agency called you or some of your staff member today 2nd May. There weren't any choices to have cooperation even they would have given guidance to use virtual credit card. My travel agency also called me and said, that only very little hotels might not be able to understand this kind of payment system. And they were sorry that cooperation with your hotel didn't work at all. You had a mail from my travel agency that everything should be ok (I saw it printed on your staff member hand 27th April 2018) and I really couldn't believe that it is not possible you to find out how to use an international virtual credit card of travel agency. You can contact them if you want to. I have never been treated the way like you treated me and my colleague and I am not happy about it. I loved to visit Austria and it's very beautiful country. Linz was also great place! I had great connections with local colleagues and I would like to visit again in Austria some day.

Room 115 is actually the top with the Windows closed and air conditioning — but I have problems with the bed — this is NOT a mattress — 8~10cm foam and located (due to this mattress thing this Hotel is out of the question for me). And in the great bathroom the floor is tub very, very slippery — white Anti-slip Sticker is missing, in my opinion, clearly. Breakfast really top — but here are my problems with the Bsp. With the comic inefficient Hand orange juice machine. And for me, unfortunately no salmon in the program and, unfortunately, no Back-fresh kornspitz more. Thank you and all the best!

The Receptionistinen seem to be in some cases overwhelmed. This affects your behavior vs. Guests. Room was top.

Gute und ruhige Lage (gleich bei der PH) und nicht weit von der City, sehr sauber, freundliches und bemühtes Personal. Zimmer war in Ordnung, Internet schnell, Sky als Fernsehprogramm inkludiert.

Disappointed for a 4 star. Restaurant very little choice and for desserts only 2 choices. No Bar, and room fro.

Stayed as part of a cycling trip. Positives. Best breakfast of trip. Clean… Large rooms. Quite at night. Negatives. Hard beds. No air-conditioning.

Very nice hotel with nice and clean room. Great service. Good breakfast (incredible croissants! ) Location is good too, nice little walk to the Danube and city centre.

Prielmayerhof is not a "complementary four star hotel". I don't recommend it to anyone The reasons as follows: 1. Rude, not professional nor people friendly, dishonest, greedy & disrespectful male receptionist 2. Small rooms and not even soundproof. Keep in mind, that's its stated that ALL ROOMS ARE SOUNDPROOF 3. Uncomfortable beds 4. Rooms had bad Odors 5. Inedible food. Bugs found inside 6. The "room service" — the food tray is placed on the sleeping beds 7. No tea making facility in any rooms 8. Parking garage is overly priced 9. Breakfast buffet could be better. 10. No A/C. It was broken and never been fixed — since the first day 11. Bad weather conditions — TV will not work. Nor is there any technical support 12. Difficult to park in the garage with a big car 13. Place looks old and the lobby is cramped.

When we arrived in Linz the airport had recommended us this hotel, and all I have is regret for this hotel. We stayed here for almost a week now and this week was hell for us. The rooms were very dirty when we arrived, the bathrooms werent cleaned properly, the 'elegant food' we were told about had flies and ants in then when it came, and also the room service said alot about how the staff treat the people checked into the hotel. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone because all that it has give me is back pain from the beds. Worst 8 days I have spent in Linz. Wir hatten die schlimmsten zeiten und werde diesen platz nie wieder nochmal besuchen wegen dieser schlechte hotel. Man könnte such besser als diesen hotel finden. Danke für nichts.

Great business hotel. Free Wi-Fi, working desk in the room, great breakfast buffet and made to order dishes. I recommend a room to the backyard to avoid the traffic noise.

Quiet, clean, spacious room and with all the amenities, good breakfast and dinner.

Interesting design. Room or bath > no border first confusing then rated it as innovative. Otherwise basic and tight staircase.

Helpful staff, amazing breakfast, nice place to park your bikes. Right on the bus route and near food stores.

Nice hotel, very nice garden.

Beautiful modern renovated rooms (although probably not all). Very friendly staff. Beds are comfortable. Sufficient water pressure in the shower in the upper floors (seen that time and again that isn't). Breakfast is rich and ok. Nothing too special but must be also net. Its restaurant offers good food into more manageable selection.

The owner is dishonest and greedy. He overcharged me due to an error of theirs while holding my luggage hostage. Buyer beware.

Not a convincing price / performance ratio,
* small choice of food,
* poor service (it took forever, individual order were forgotten. )
* The atmosphere was initially engaging. Then showed that the room is acoustically problematic and it was very hard to entertain.
I'll certainly so quickly no longer looking for the restaurant of the hotel Prielmayerhof.
