Very nice place although a bit in the middle of no where. And thats about the only thing which I would rate a bit negative. The rooms are spacious and clean. Seperate toilet from the bathroom and we had a desk as well. The breakfast and dinner options although a bit limited in choice are good in quality. Check out is a bit early officialy (9.00h) but when you ask upon arrival to check out a bit later there was no issue. (No extra charge). Our room looked into the garden and forest very nice.

2 stars for the 2 class society … in Addition, the Checkout to 9am. Some of the guests may have Breakfast outside, some not… the Hotel is completely empty still get all the rooms without a view.

Am service for 10 years customer, absolutely top, friendly, helpful staff, the reception fulfills all wishes, rooms from small to bigger perfectly fitting, buffet very well and also often something with rice and/or pasta, Cafetaria has longer open, good and strong Coffee, meeting rooms with the best I know in this area, see super cheap prices and also simply uncomplicated and patent. Would I use private immediately, as well as wonderful view over Linz, quiet location.
