Friendly staff, clean neat and comfortable rooms, 5 star breakfasts catering for all tastes, including vegan! Very impressed. Will be going back again in summer and will stay at the same hotel. Loved it ❤️

In the center of Linz, renovated in the local style. Historic building. Only flaw: it is located from the first floor and there is no elevator. Rooms spacious, clean. Lacks air conditioning but we didn't miss it (despite it being August). Very good and hearty breakfast. Eggs and beacons are missing. Great service and availability.

A beautiful hotel in the heart of Linz in the main square. The charm of the old and a very warm welcome.
We had asked for a quiet family room that overlooked the inner courtyard. Beautiful large room with separate toilets and Italian shower.
Secure bike garage at the back of the yard as it locks.
The staff were very caring for us given the heat it was getting when we arrived after 60 km of bike.
The next day we discovered a fabulous breakfast, sports special. Opportunity to make a fresh orange juice, fresh and dried fruit, homemade bread and cakes (a delicious marbled), jams, cheeses, cold cuts. A real Austrian breakfast.
The large room is beautifully decorated and it feels like the good old days. We had a hard time getting back from there, so we felt good!

Perfect place. Modern hotel made in old-fashion style building. Many restaraunts outside. Problem was that they gave me parking ticket expired 1 month ago.

A really well run hotel right in the centre of Linz. The room and breakfast were excellent and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. Be aware that a lot of the cafes nearby don't take plastic. Overall I would highly recommend it to anyone who doesn't need a lift to get up stairs.

Central location. In good weather, however, a bit noisy due to the outside gastronomy in the front area. On warm days it is quite warm in the rooms. Large, clean rooms, modern bathroom. Friendly staff. Bike garage available.

Best location right on the main square of the old town, very friendly staff, very rich breakfast — even with sparkling wine and orange press, fruit and mineral water in the room, absolutely noiseless in the spacious courtyard room. Always very happy!

Good as a 3 star hotel. Could be less expensive. Location extre.

Lovely hotel in a perfect and central location. Breakfast is included and is a simple but delicious continental breakfast. The staff are absolutely lovely and very helpful. Only drawback is there is no elevator from the street to reception, which mean lugging bags up a flight of stairs. If that had been different I would have given 5 stars.

Salzburg is not to be missed.

We had a wonderful time. Everyone was very accommodating. The only problem we had was that some of the bread at the breakfast was moldy. Otherwise we had a great experience.

Location, the historic site and the friendly staff was the highlight of the hotel. Clean, good breakfast and huge rooms. Parking is possible at a garage under the hotel. One minus was that there was no lift from the ground floor (due to building regulations, the building is 500 years after old) but the staff were helpful with carrying the bags. Will return!

Old House modified, no air-conditioning, the bottom is a row of restaurants, open the window too noisy, electric fans have to Frontdesk to.

It is a really good and well positioned hotel in Linz downtown. The recepcionists are amazinly friendly. The breakfast is tipical with many types of breads and many options for coffee. The hotel is just 1 block away from Danúbio river. Near from all good and tradicional restaurants. A great choice for anyone that intends to visit Linz.

A beautiful historic hotel in a fabulous location. The staff were really friendly and helpful; the room was quite large; the breakfast was delicious; the Wi-Fi was great… everything was excellent. I have to mention the staff again because they were all so hospitable and made my daughter and I feel very welcomed! I would definitely stay here again!

The hotel was very pleasant. The staff very friendly and attentive. The reception is open 24 hours a day. The selection of the breakfast was quite okey (no bacon — omg ;-) ) Since I had the room facing Hauptplatz, and this one all night was illuminated, I am always awake, as the curtains were not so great.

For me one of the most beautiful hotels in Linz! On the main square, this hotel boasts the beautiful location, the elegant establishment and super friendly service. Great breakfast!

Great value, had a one night stay and loved every minute of it. They even opened up the breakfast early for us leaving.

I stayed here for one night and it was an excellent value for money. The Pros: Location Location Location! Cant be beat at this price. The rooms are old school and grand! Price point Breakfast The reception desk was very courteous The Cons: The floors creak. The bathrooms needs to be updated No elevator from the street level Parking.
