Located 1225 metres above sea level and offering panoramic views of the Schladminger Tauern Mountain Range with its ski areas Planai, Hochwurzen and Reiteralm, the Sonnhof is set between Ramsau Ort and Rittisberg. A friend and I just spend a hiking holiday in Ramsau am Dachstein and have decided this year for the Sonnhof. What to say: It really does not get better!
After every hiking tour it is a feeling of "coming home" in the afternoon/evening when you arrive here again.
The young hosts — Cindy and Georg — are eerily sympathetic and give us lots of ' insider tips ' for walking tours, excursion options and for evening meals in Ramsau and its surroundings.
The breakfast buffet is top, everything is fresh and tasty and that you can take a little ' snack ' to go for the hikes is seen here as a matter of course.
Everything is first class clean and the view from the balconies priceless!
We like it so much that we have even spontaneously extended our stay in the Sonnhof for a few more days!

➜ The pension Sonnhof has enjoyed us excellently. The hosts are very accommodating and extremely anxious for their guests. They are very interested in the fact that the guests have a pleasant stay.
The rooms are freshly renovated and you feel like at home. The highlight here is the view of the mountains and the underfloor heating.
The breakfast is very good. A wide selection of fresh pastries is complemented by many changing Aufschnittvarianten and spreads. An egg can be served on request.
The selection of cereals is also convincing.
The sauna and the game room with ping-pong plate provide for entertaining moments.
The location to the ski areas and directly to the cross-country ski runs is very good.
