Pension Jahn Hotel

I had two stays here with my wife during honeymoon, it's a little bit traditional but quite clean and comfortable. The location is good, near train station, but station and Salzburg attractions. Definitely worthy! 老闆娘也是台灣人，相當親切！

Good location though the direction from the airport provided by Google maps is wrong. It suggested you take bus 180 in fact the simplest and most frequent is to take trolley bus 2 in front of Avis, Europcar car rental office. No need to buy the 24 hours tickets as the hotel is not far from the old town. Single ticket is 1.4 euro whereas the 24 hour ticket costs 4 euro. He rooms are basic but clean. Good value rooms.

Good location, spacious and clean rooms and amenities. Downsides were no aircon and if you wanted the window open at night it's on the corner of a main road so can be noisy (especially Saturday night). Staff were kind and helpful. Had an amazing time.

A good place to stay the night in. The owners are really nice. The rooms are cleans, and so is the bathroom. Its really close to the main train station. Please notice that the reception is colsed during the night time. The pension doesn't have an elevator. I do recommend for a short term visit.

Small and cute. I enjoyed one night with my husband for 60€ without any booking. Yes it was clean and quiet. Radiators were on the whole night which made it more cosy. Didn't expect that for a 2 star hotel. Was thinking might be worst. Planing to go again soon.

Close to the railway station (approx 4 mins walk). Very helpful and friendly staff. Modern, clean rooms. Didn't bother me, but there's no lift. Would happily stay again.

Value for money. Owner was very helpful. Basic breakfast cost 5 euro which I think is ok. Room was clean but has a funny smell when we enter. Otherwise would give it a 5 stars.

We stayed for 3 nights over Christmas. The owners are very friendly and helpful and the Pension is clean. We really enjoyed our stay. It is so close to the Train and Bus station and there is a Spar supermarket close by for late night snacks and drinks. I will recommend anyone to stay at Pension Jahn when looking for value for money accommodation in Salzburg.

Nice and quiet, very conveniently located to the train station and an easy walk to the old town. Also close to the river.

Loved it. Clean small rooms. Not far from the station and the city center. It's cheap. Shops are nearby.

Excellent location, clean place, good room. I stayed in a room with shared bathroom and still was very happy and satisfied. It costed cheaper than staying in the cheapest hostel in town!

Strategic location just 10 mins walk from the central train station. Place is clean, comfortable and homy. A lot of the furniture, flooring and decoration are in wood if you are into that kind of thing. However, no smoking inside the room, and no water heater and mini fridge inside the room because the owner is concerned about smell. No hair dryer also. Owner is of Taiwanese origin and very friendly. He gave us a map with highlights around the place and some suggestions. You can get hot water and microwave your food by asking the owner in the lobby.

Nice location, less than 5 minutes walk from train station. Friendly staff and very comfortable place. The price is reasonable for such quality. I would recommend this lovely place to you. :)

Very friendly and very accommodating owner family! We were a large group and partly something loud and difficult. Nevertheless, it was extremely friendly and polite to us. A room could be cancelled at short notice.
Rooms were clean. Breakfast was good for the price.
