Arrogant boss, service below average, food standard, price/performance. What performance?
But in turn: on August 9, 2018 we got together for dinner in the evening — by prior reservation on the terrace for 3 people. A lady who was not recognizable as a staff thought we had reserved a place inside, but she didn't care. Well, we take a seat outside, a waiter comes and puts us 3 menus. No question whether an aperitif is desired. We put the cards up and two people are surprised that they got English-language cards. We are all Austrians and one person actually got a German card. English also no problem, so first of all gusting. When we compared the English cards, we noticed discrepancies in the menu. However, both are issued on the same day. We ask for and prompt the answer: one is for the vegetarian menu. Well, you could have got into it yourself. We ordered from the German card and finally our beverage request was accepted. Over the course of the evening with average food — vegater completely unimaginative — again and again total chaos in the service
Actively asking for information is unknown and even if you try to get attention yourself, it rarely works to have wines at the table on time. There was also confusion about the beers on the menu. When I had deposited my wish with 4 waiters and wanted to turn around, suddenly one came with two other beers. My desired beer is not available. But at least, beer! The service staff is simply poorly coordinated and so far overwhelmed, although hardly any tables were occupied. In the end, I was in serious doubt as to whether my mother's wedding dinner the following week could be done by this institution in the ranks according to expected quality. Fortunately, Mrs Schellhorn was present! I think I would be able to sort everything out with that. Far from it, the waiter told me that Mrs Schellhorn, who was sitting behind us, was too tired today. We should come back tomorrow. So 300 Euros paid and thankfully left this establishment — on no more reunion.
