Super small hotel, ideal also for dog owners. He is also allowed to eat with. Chef and daughter very friendly and helpful. Eat very well. Only room cleaning could be a little better. Will certainly go on holiday there again.

As dog owners, we highly recommend this hotel. There are no daily flat rates or cleaning fees for the dog, all are totally friendly to dogs and you can even bring him to dinner.
Rooms are suitable for the hotel category. Slightly thicker pillows would be very pleasant, they are already very thin and the beds were sometimes not made. But that really didn't bother us.
Since we were there for hiking (for which the location is ideal), I can't say anything about the wellness area, because we didn't use it.
The hotel owner comes to the table in person every morning and is happy to offer his help if you do not know which tour to take. He always has a loose saying on his lips.
The food was always delicious and sufficient. You could always choose between 3 or sometimes even 4 menu options for dinner. Breakfast was buffet.
Once we came back completely wet from hiking, we were provided with towels for the dog and we could hang our jackets in a dry dream.
We were really very happy and want to come back next year.
The 1 star deduction only for the pillows and the unmade bed. And the mattresses are very very soft. But that's a matter of :-D.

Very nice apartment in Tweng, right in front of the clear river Mur. You have everything you need in the room and its very new and clean. Wonderful view on the Obertauern mountains. Price was OK.

For this Hotel you can only give 5 stars. The head of the house always has a Ausflugstip in stock. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. … The food is very very good! We come to Rupert next year definitely again prefer.

Wonderful hospitality, super delicious food, practical ski cellar and nearby bus stop! If you're there, go to Bingel too, a must!

We, two adults with two children, were guests in winter and felt very comfortable in all matters.
Rooms, food and service were impeccable. Even small wishes were fulfilled. Even if you asked other hotel guests, there was always a positive feedback.
Nine minutes to the ski resort by car or directly to the ski bus, which stops in front of the hotel.
We would love to come back!

Friendly staff, good cuisine and a great sauna landscape. Since November 2017, there has been a very nice house opposite the main house with apartments, with its own sauna, games (with PS4 (Fifa 2018), table football), schistall, communal kitchen.

We were in the hotel with our dog and felt very comfortable.

Very nice structure, furnished in a typical way without being excessively charged. I especially enjoyed the cleanliness and the spacious and bright rooms. Great family run with friendly and helpful staff. It has a small attic for the night shelter of the bikes while the car parking are discovered.

We were here for the second time in the summer. This time directly two weeks. We again had a family suite with two separate bedrooms for a total of 4 people. The room was modern and spacious. The rooms were cleaned daily. Dinner is served as a menu where you can choose between 3-4 main dishes. There is always something for children and vegetarians. You can choose between whole and half portions, which is really useful with a child. In advance there are alternating soups and a salad bar as well as alternate desserts. The food is regional and tastes excellent. The hotel manager/owner as well as all other staff are always friendly and have taken care of our well-being. We really enjoyed the individual excursion tips. The location of the hotel is ideal, as it is very centrally located and can reach all the sights optimally. We can recommend the hotel with a good conscience and will be happy to come back!

Great hotel and the price is more than reasonable. Food is always top and the rooms are completely new (even the bathroom). Only recommended!

Lovely place with super friendly people. The rooms are not huge but very comfortable. The food here is very tasty.

We have a Lidl > Standart room booked. For a "reasonable" accommodation, per day we paid for 1 week, Per Person 5 € extra, what was the matter but worth it! The meal times were, unfortunately, very limited! You had to be at 18.00 PM at the eat! Would have us in the summer, because we moved a lot, often at a later time desired! You could choose the Breakfast for the evening between 2 to eat. In the case of drinks the host has left "a lot" of time! Probably that he needs to not drink so much, because it was All inclusive! Food was okay! Especially the desserts are the highlight! The host and chef has learned, according to the history of the house in the Sacher! All in all! For the price it was reasonable!

Good food, good room, great location, but not so dog friendly as specified.

Spent the weekend hicking in Tweng and Obertauern. The hotel was great. We got great suggestions for hicking places from the owner. The room was clean and modern. The food was great and the service perfect. We will be back with friends for sure :-).
