Friendliness, flexibility and great food.

We stayed at the club with our 8 year old niece for a week. The childcare is perfectly organized and the program very family friendly. Big thanks to Julia and Finn, Charlotte had a hard time saying goodbye.
The charming and dedicated staff made us enjoy the stay. Chef Günni Kraus spoiled us with a fantastic meal every evening.
The served plates were super delicious.
We can highly recommend the club and the surrounding area offers something for everyone.
We will be back!

Great atmosphere, great location, very good food.

We participated in the GOURMET GIPFEL 2020 and were really excited :-) In addition to the great food (also you can really get on vegetarians and vegans :-) ), we were particularly impressed by the service in all areas… whether table service, bartender, concierge or the hiking guides… all top professional and always friendly. The location is really great if you want to hike… many hikes with different levels of difficulty are possible. … So… we will be back :-)

We spent a wonderful time here. Super food! Super team in kitchen, bar, housekeeping and front office. Carefree holiday — that's how it should be…

A great holiday. Very nice staff, delicious food, great walks directly from the house. Very adorable children's program, the first time that our children would like to participate in everything, great compliment to the team. We'll be back.

All in all, still a wonderful club. Super location, the renovations falcons very positive on. After 13 years here for the first time. A lot has changed. From 1991 to 2006 it was our favorite destination 2-3 times a year. We are very excited about the next few days.

Thanks to a friend's recommendation, we tried Aldiana as a FIRST ski holiday with our junior.
Of course, it costs a little more than "normal", but what to say, it's worth it and you just noticed it in all corners, especially in kindness and service.
Our 5, 5 year old junior is not so "I go there when I'm alone" and here: every day alone skiing holiday and then all of a time he had a taste for the Kids Club in the evening, the girls are really nice and welcome every child something of friendly, no matter where…
Conclusion: our junior has never been on skis, after 5 days of skiing school (in time Mama & Papa could fully enjoy the ski area) down a red slope, the children were taught to ski with fun… alone the care incl. Lunch on the mountain by the ski school left no wishes unfulfilled!
Rooms clean, eat mega! Entertainment TOP! Great Aldiana team with great atmosphere, we will definitely be back!

Lovely hotel with top service, food and Wellness in the region.

The last Time I was 5 years ago in the Aldiana hochkönig and can only say that I do not regret it, again, here we go! The rooms are newly renovated and more beautiful than before! The food is as always good and the Service is really great. The facility is very nice and offers a lot for families. Since I was only in the Winter here, I can't report, unfortunately, like the tennis courts, offers in the summer, etc. The ski area is very good and the huts are also emfpfehlen value! In the price are Ski and snowboard lessons are included. At the Hotel there is a toboggan run ends and begins at the Kopp house. There can be borrowed for a small fee of 3€ a sled! So, on the whole, I can recommend the Hotel only.

Price/performance in summer is absolutely true. The girls for the care of children are unskilled young women, most of them without school education. TW very fond, but unfit for the little ones, because even half children. In case of an accident (as with my child), overwhelmed. Wound (Open shin) was uncared for hours and was in consequence more than 5 days.
In winter price/performance is not correct. Except skiing no offer for the children. The ski courses with trained instructors (not in the Robinson) are good.
The food offer is quite ok. Cleanliness is good everywhere. How to get back.

Good location, nice rooms and extremely nice staff, the food is also good. Only pity that there is no pool for adults only.

A truly picturesque and beautiful place. Very friendly and courteous staff, very good food, would be perfect, who not only are these Details no Wi-Fi in the rooms, no LAN would be… Unfortunately, as an Alternative. The room we had was quite small, the Mini Bar, the price was missing from the list, and the selection, the bathroom is also very small, the door of the shower cabin doesn't go to the wrong page (it comes to the towels), and the opening Hours of the Sauna and the Pools are kept quite short. Too bad. Just the one with the Wi-Fi should be to today's times, actually, of course, well, maybe it's coming so soon. :)

Today our last evening is 14 wonderful and relaxing days behind us. Last year we were with you for the first time and were sad that we had only booked 10 days. Now we are sad that we were able to stay 'only' 14 days. I never felt so relaxed on the first day of my holiday! We have NEVER holidayed in one place and never was it clear during the 2nd holiday that we will be back next year!
All 4 of us feel at home with you and actually feel like friends!
We thank the service team for an ever-attentive look, for your smile in the morning and evening. We thank the kitchen team for sensationally good food every day. We thank the team at the bar for a perfect service, for recommendations and good memory for the respective favorite drinks. We thank the animation team for great evening shows, authentic good mood and great activities. And we thank the Children's Club for the wonderful care of the kids, for the great excursions and the warm affection!
We come a 3.4.5. … Once again to spend the best holiday among friends.
